The VIP Treatment! – I had a wonderful experience when I engaged VIP to clean my sofa. Matt came out and did an amazing job by removing a few older stains and giving my couch a much needed freshen up. He explained the benefit of adding some sanitiser to the sofa to help give it some extra protection. I highly recommend this company! Show details

- they went above and beyond as it was certainly a bigger job than expected! Everything went according to plan. They were good communicators - responsive and very flexible with times (as other collections needed to be coordinated with no crossover due to access) and it was necessary to achieve this work over two sessions. They were always professional and courteous, even under trying circumstances! In fact, the whole team were excellent in each of their capacities and timeliness in delivering this service, whether onsite or not. Did a fabulous job taking the garden back to it's original intended state, with good attention to detail on finishing off. Couldn't recommend them more highly. Very happy with their work. Would have no hesitation in using them again, and thoroughly recommend them to anyone else. Was good value all round - with an excellent job provided at a great price.

Disgusting VIP shailer Park Queensland franchisee – Warming don't use V.I.P. The electrician fixed the gate .But the "gardener "only cared about himself getting paid first .He was told you paid for the damage you did .It's a hard enough life for the ndis participant who would like nothing more than to do everything for himself.But this person damaged a very expensive automatic gate now the ndis participant will have to pay the electrician out of pocket.

Dangerous driving – I would like to inform you of one of your employees/franchise owners that is reckless and dangerous on the road. His number plate is GLENN2 and had V.I.P decals all over the car. Shockingly bad and expensive – Shocking. We tried them for 3 visits before we fired them. two men turned up, one couldn't communicate as they couldn't speak English. the other kept talking about how successful their children are. they wanted to talk more than work, they missed rooms that we didn't pick up until after they left. toilets were left dirty, no attention to detail. rushed to get out and asked for cash only. no receipts. though their website states it is part of their package, he then said he would have to do it over three days (not what he told me on the phone). I would have expected the place to be messy as I’m in the middle of moving, and he made me feel very uncomfortable in my own home, he did not apologise for his x 3 postponed appointments.

$500 down the drain – Quoted $519 for 3 rooms, 5 seater sofa and rug. I paid $500 for sofa (back not done), 1.5 rooms(as underneath queen bed was not done) with make up stains still there and i also vacuumed the rug straight after because i could see dirt. Cannot be trusted without supervision – i would not recommend this company, they contract out to cleaners they do not supervisor or manage. we watched on camera the cleaners and they walked in and out of the office within 15 minutes and charged a full clean service. no clean was effectively done. when vacuuming the vacuum was not even scraping the carpet. it was held in his hand most of the time whilst walking around. there was no apology for this work ethic or effective actions taken. Show details

Poor service – Cleaner came for a walk through before coming for the first time today. Came home and 1st thought was she hadn't been. Noticed the wet floors and thought oh ok she has been. Some not all surfaces wiped down. Smeary marks left. Called the cleaner and she told me she only goes as far as the vacuum reaches? We have sockets that she can plug into to reach all areas. Shabby job without any care factor. Definitely not VIP service a as described. 1st and last time ! Also went off with my house key that had been left to use and replace. Not impressed ! Caused more stress and had to finish the job myself.

Time wasters – Uncommunitative. Time wasters. Waited around for a quote, accepted the quote, then the cleaner spent several weeks making excuses as to why he couldn't do the job. Unsure why VIP would bother quoting if they have no intention of taking on the work. Waste. Of. Time. Show details

Fantastic job! – Sam has brought our 20 year old modular sofas back to life. The stained arms & sides are like new (I hate to think of the colour of the water). He was so friendly & professional and a credit to the VIP brand, we will definitely recommend to others. The cost was very reasonable considering the result that Sam achieved. This is Stealing – I asked for a quote to get two couches moved, the quote never came, the man said he would come Saturday I cancelled because I couldn't trust him with my tip vouchers, and took the couch myself. Cleaned my carpets, 3 rooms and passage – It’s remarkable what a professional clean has as a result. I have a cat too and I do spill stuff. Even after the vacuum it looked much better and I think all the stains are gone. I elected to have scotchgard too as I have read it is very effective. Matt worked hard and smart. Very Rude – We engaged VIP home cleaning services on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and have never been so dissapointed in a service before. No quote after 2 weeks – No response to online request for gardening services on Sunday 1/5/22. I called on 4/5 to see if they were going to quote. I had a call from a franchisee later that day who said she was going to visit the following day. I left my side gate open so they could see back garden but no quote or any follow-up contact has been provided. Two weeks after initial inquiry I have heard nothing from VIP about if or when they can attend to my garden. Show details

Contacted head office again and asked for a refund of my voucher, I was then told that the voucher had a 3 year term and that I'd have to wait till then to get a refund. Consumer affairs were no help. Pathetic company, pathetic service.
