I have been ordering my business cards for Redfern Art Gallery from Vista Print for the last few years. They have always been highly reliable and their quality is exceptional. I recently ordered an urgent delivery for an upcoming book launch - It has been done really professionally and delivered perfectly on time. Purchased a Company Vehicle Decal - you get what you pay for. The instructions include adding 2 drops of detergent to a spray bottle, slight spray on window and squeegy from the middle. Thia creates smudges under the decal on what was a clean window. Wouldn't reccommend, spend your money on a better service.

Second time I have tried ordering a print and both times it is packaged so when you unwrap it I have no choice but to peel away and rip the print itself. Absolutely ridiculous. I complained the first time as it’s costing me money and they haven’t fixed problem. I’m done with them now.

I'd order these mugs again – I ordered 7 personalized mugs -- risky, wasn't it? All of them arrived within a week and the quality was exactly as I hoped it would be. I can't get over how quickly this order was at my postoffice.

Vistaprint does not send prints packaged correctly or properly. They are very loosely in cheap cardboard that easily gets bent in transit. specific instructions to please put it in a hard cardboard tube which are designed for sending prints btw. Because when packaged correctly they don’t destroy the integrity of the print. They agreed to do so but in fact they didn’t change a thing, sent the print the exact same way as the first time - it was horribly bent out of shape and worse than the first one and unusable before my wedding. This time my wedding was merely days away and i couldn’t get a replacement in time so i requested a refund. Don’t shop with vistaprint - go somewhere more professional so you don’t waste your money.

Sunday being the 1st day of the week. Just makes wall calendars supplied by Vistaprint look wrong. Many recipients of my wall calendars have also been very disappointed that the design shows Monday on the 1st column.

Why isn't Vistaprint providing the correct design template for their wall calendars?

My company has been a regular customer for many years now and this disappointing change is causing us angst and wondering if we should try other printing services and offerings?

experience with was mind-blowing. Handing over the job of printing your business cards to them felt like entrusting the work to a family member and asking that person to carefully watch every detail during the printing process. That same satisfaction I felt when I handed over my card-printing job to them.

Now the real story begins. When I received the cards, because of my own mistake, one alphabet was missing from my company’s website. While sending them the card design I wanted, I had not done proper proofreading. I shared this with them and clearly told them that I could not afford a replacement. One has to earn respect by being truly honest and genuine, even if their situation may be different from other customers. Even if they had offered me another set for free, I would not have expected it, because a company is not there to work at a loss. Nothing should be only about my benefit; it is always a two-way street. Every company has its own policies and reviews before deciding.

In my case, they created another lot of 500 cards free of cost, matching the same specifications. The quality of the print was exceptional from start to finish. The people working there felt more like family than a business team.

There is only one company that I can genuinely call five-star, and that is this one, in Canada and elsewhere.

When I contacted customer service, I was explicitly assured that the replacement order would arrive by 17 December 2025. That date came and went with no delivery. When I followed up, I was then told that the promised date was a “miscommunication” and that the earliest they could now deliver was 12 January 2026 - just five days before my wedding on 17 January.

They refused to expedite the order, provided no reasonable explanation as to why this was not possible, and expected me to simply trust yet another delivery date after already being misled once. Given the stakes and their repeated failures, I had zero confidence the order would arrive on time and demanded a full refund.

This experience was stressful, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable - especially for something as time-sensitive as a wedding. Vistaprint showed poor communication, unreliable delivery promises, and a total lack of accountability.

Don’t waste your time or risk important events on this company.

really honest, I did not know what to expect as the GSM seemed ok but without physical samples to touch and feel I wasn't sure how they would be, as a finished product. I was also unsure if I had nominated the locations for the spot gloss correctly. As the price was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than anyone else I considered, I was also worried it might seem flimsy or inferior when it arrived. So basically I was a bag of nerves waiting for this order to arrive. When it got here, I was blown away. These are honestly the nicest looking cards I have ever seen. The stock is top quality - they feel as premium as I had hoped for. Rigid stock that does not flex or bend. Beautifully rounded corners. The spot gloss was ON POINT. It actually looks phenomenal. I designed the cards with a headshot photo and that printed clearly and looks amazing. I could not be happier with these cards! The card holder was not in the package with the cards. I emailed support and they were all over it. A super prompt and personalised response came right away, advising me that the other item was being fulfilled from a different location but they gave me the expected date for delivery and in fact it arrived even sooner than expected. It is a beautiful little business card holder. I love it and for the price, the quality is outstanding. So really, I could not be happier. I wanted to write a detailed review because for me, when trying to find a supplier for business cards I really agonised over the process - wanting to keep the costs reasonable but still really chasing a great product. Vistaprint did not disappoint on this front. I would not hesitate to use these guys again - either when I need more cards or for their other products.

I had a very pleasant experience with Vistaprint. Printed some double sided postcards and came out as we expected. Delivered on time. Their platform was easy to use so it was easy end-to-end. I was also able to get a 40% discount because of a sale that was taking place.

First time I've ever used the service. I designed my own business cards and they came out looking exactly how they did on the preview. The printed colour was subtle and sophisicated. The linen is lovely. And love the rounded corners. Couldn't be happier.

Received my order of my daughter's wedding photos framed and was so disappointed with the quality of the pictures. They were all blurry and looked like they came out of an old photo copy machine. How can they ship this to a customer and expect satisfaction?? I will never use them again.

Zero Stars. Absolute waste of time. The chat/call centre is useless and cant even answer a basic question after explaining it in different ways over a 40 minute chat. The consultant would not refer my inquiry/complaint to the team leader, but rather ended the chat. All I wanted was to order one simple A1 foam print. Good luck!

Life's too short to deal with incompetence. Trying to simply get a couple of printed shirts to a Post Office, either direct or by a locker. The amount of work it takes to do so, you'd be better off doing it yourself. Zero stars

This shows up as a until the end of ordering stage which is deceiving - I ordered it in a hurry and didn't notice it while ordering which was my fault otherwise I wouldn't have used Vista for anything

Really deceiving and dodgy business to charge extra money from customers.

Stay away from Vistaprint- there are many other providers our there who are not DODGY like vistaprint

I ordered my item 3 weeks in advance. It was estimated to arrive a week later. It still hadn’t arrived by the time it was needed as a gift after 3 weeks. When I enquired they said it was still in production. This is the second time this has happened. The item still hasn’t arrived.

I spent hours designing a wedding album for printing, only for the quality to be awful when it arrived. Yes it’s cheap, but for the quality I received I still paid too much. The colour in the pictures is terrible. This was meant to be an anniversary gift for my husband, but I’m so disappointed in how it turned out.

the same box and design, I recorded myself preparing the order. I was right the first time - their system had messed with how I lined it up. I received two wrong boxes.

On top of that, the second box I ordered was through express shipping - I did not receive any communication from them until two weeks later that it was “On its way”. When I clicked the tracking link, it had been sitting in the post office for two weeks! They never sent me the notification it was shipped or delivered and I wasted $20 on express.

I will never order from them again.

without more than half of the design I wanted - then it was too late to make another one to be gifted.

Also, the quality of the photo printed is not good at all. Seems blurred and the colours are weird.

I highly recommend Vista Print for commercial and home printing. I am so happy with the two oak framed canvas digital prints they created for me, 60cm x 90cm. They arrived within a week and are absolute perfection in every single way. Both ready to hang.

Disgusting product. The writing on the business cards is so small that you can’t read read my contact details. Same on polo shirt and hoodie. Can’t read or see it properly. Also writing on pen is pathetic. Don’t your staff check this before sending products out. Horrendous quality. DONT use this mob
