6 years old and still going strong – We've had our Vuly trampoline for almost 6 years and it is still in great condition. The kids (5-10 years) have loved it and spent many hours over the time and I frequently join them. We also had the basketball hoop which was another good feature, but not the easiest thing to install. The trampoline came with the tent feature but hardly used as it… Read more ·  1

got hot when on and limited jumping head space for adults. Over the years we have had to replace the safety net (2017) and now replacing the safety pad. I think the longevity of the trampoline is fantastic given it is exposed to the Brisbane weather all this time. The trampoline net is still in great condition. Definitely a great investment for entertaining kids.

Extremely disappointed – Purchased the Lift 2 large trampoline for my three kids 3 months ago. Within a month it has rust, the padding over the springs fills up with water if it rains and does not drain out of the little holes that it is supposed to. The tubing is also filled with water. I must be blind or dumb because I cannot see on the website where it states that you… Read more

need wheels to move the trampoline. It is unbelievably heavy (maybe because water is sitting inside the tubing) so it's actually impossible to move the trampoline even 10cm. So, for me to be able to mow the grass (pit of mud) or to move it so some sun can dry the ground underneath I splashed out and spent hundreds of dollars on these wheels, waited a long time for them to show up to now find that its a 2 person job to attach the wheels! Iam a single mother, I tried attaching them myself it is impossible. The trampoline is stuck in a pit of mud and I can't move it. Extremely over priced and the fact you need to spend extra money on wheels to move it should be made very clear. Such a let down for me.

Poor quality. Disappointing – I purchased this product Christmas Eve 2014 for my two children who were 4 and 6m old. It came with the shade tent, within a matter of weeks, the shade tent had sagged and ripped. The ladder needed replacing due to rust and the replacement has also rusted. I find the net to be poor quality and has ripped in several places. The spring cover faded… Read more

and cracked within one year of use also. The trampoline Matt itself is strong but the pictures quickly faded leaving it looking tacky. I was told Vuly was top of the line and I paid over $800 for something that would last. I wish I had spend my money at Kmart instead for a similar item.

To make matters worse, I wasn’t given a receipt by my retailer in the pre Christmas rush and will need to pay a further $400+ to replace the spring cover and safety net as I’m not eligible for 50% off parts. Or I can pay $99 to get the discount. Money that shouldn’t need to be spent.

All in all, I’m disappointed in the quality and would not recommend Vuly to anyone.

5 years old and still going strong – We love our Vuly trampoline. We purchased it in 2013 and the net and frame are still in great condition. We need to replace the clips that connect the poles to the nets however with the 50% off replacement parts it’s only going to cost us $13. We live in a hot area and I highly recommend Vuly as the mat and net has held up where my neighbors has fallen apart.  Show reply

Queensland we are exposed to extreme temperatures and like other brands I did not expect the Vuly keep its durability like other brands. Once again I have been proven wrong! We love its funky printed mat and the bonus tent we received. We have had numerous sleep over's in our tramp and I don't have kids driving me crazy when it rains! Money well spent!

Terrible quality - Not worth the price at all! – We purchased a 12 foot and it was damaged before we even got it out of the box! The Vuly logo had run so there were white marks all over the matting. brand one which we all know gets damaged within a few short months. But there was also a problem with the stitching that was damaged on the padding for the net poles and had all the tags hanging out. I had to submit 2 warranty claims before we even had a chance to use it! My poor kids had to look at a half assembled trampoline for weeks before we could sort it out!

I assumed spending more money would be better quality but it really wasn't - we had less trouble with our Kmart trampoline!

Spare Parts Bonanza – After paying $1000 for this trampoline it has been milking us ever since .... I have just discovered this morning that the net I purchased directly from Vuly 14 months ago has now ripped again! I had to pay full price for this one as I did not have my receipt from Toys are Us. This is just terrible. Really how on earth are we supposed to sustain replacing these items every 12 months or so? Shocking quality :(

Accessories don’t last more than 6 months – Bought a Vuly for the kids for Christmas last year and put it up Xmas eve. The suns had had ripped by May. Why not look after ALL Vuly customers? – We bought a second hand 12ft classic trampoline with tent (from a local family moving overseas) around 2 years ago. 5 years and still bouncing ! – We received our trampoline 4 years ago (or was it 5?) Father Christmas bought it and had it all set up in the backyard for our kids. This would have to be the best present that they have received. It is all still in great condition. Our daughters aged 11 and 13 still regularly use the trampoline. We moved to a windier area so we are pleased that we received the anchor kit too.

Great so far – Bought this about 6 months ago. The trampoline itself and net are good quality, and nice and smooth to bounce on. Also bought a basketball hoop but it is heavy to put up and the rubber falls off, but the kids do love the hoop. I have not tried the tent which came free as a special offer. So 5 stars for a great trampoline minus 1 star for the crappy, heavy hoop.

Rep gets fired for helping me – I bought a Vuly last year for my sons birthday and I wanted it set up the day before his birthday party. lovely, polite girl who tried to help me as much as she could as she understood living rural (turns out she was from the same town as me).

After trying to look up someone to set up the trampoline she couldn't find anyone from their "hired help" in my area and told me she'd call back by the end of the day hopefully with someone to set it up.

She called back not 20mins later and informed me she had found an outside tradesman who would do it for the price I was charged.

Everything went great, and the trampoline was set up in time for my sons birthday.

I called Vuly back on the Tuesday to speak to the girl and to thank her for going above and beyond for helping me and to make my sons day special.

I was told she no longer works there due to breaking "company policy".

I asked if it was anything to do with my case over the weekend and they replied "yes", but could not explain further.

Since then i had a few problems with my trampoline and the remaining Vuly staff have been so unhelpful and rude! Not returning emails or phone calls!

I never got to thank that girl and I am disgusted that she was punished for giving amazing customer service.

I hope she sees this one day.

Poor warranty service – We purchased our Vuly trampoline 3 years ago from Peppertown in Brisbane, for a Christmas present for our granddaughter, sensational service and our 12 ft trampoline looked amazing. 3 years down the track the mat still looks in mint condition but whenever is used leaves a black residue all over my granddaughters feet and all over her clothes. We… Read more

rang Vuly and had fabulous service and was told try scrubbing the mat, this was done but still the black kept coming of.

Back to Vuly, again good service and was asked to send photos (the padding around the outside of the trampoline is also badly deteriorated) thinking at least the mat would be covered under warranty.

Vuly have come back to us saying "the black coming of the mat is carbon due to wear and tear and being in the sun" how ridiculous, how many trampolines are under cover! These trampolines (very expensive) should be made to be left in all weathers. Why are we paying extra for something that falls apart so quickly. The trampoline in the neighbours yard (bought at a department store at a much cheaper price still looks as good as the day it was bought.

As for wear and tear, there is one child aged 8 that uses this trampoline, not like 4 or 5 kids using it on a regular basis.

While the service is great we would NEVER purchase or recommend this product due to a very very poor warranty service, selling products half price doesn't cut it, sell a good product in the first place which is what we thought we were getting.

Already doubting our purchase – We have only had the trampoline for a few days, well a few days that it was usable and not awaiting parts. asked to collect the net from wherever needed rather than waiting yet it was then posted out anyway, meaning more of a delay. The wrong net was sent. Another unfortunate innocent mistake however i then needed to collect another one and return the wrong one. Reading where it was to be collected (and speaking of this location to the Vuly rep), only 20 mins away I thought no biggie yet I was informed i would need to collect it from a different location twice as far. To add to this, one of the buttons inside the leg poles was missing to connect them securely and another did not arrive as promised until I followed it up. Whilst the customer service was not poor... it also was not apologetic and now after reading all of these negative reviews, I am wishing we didn't go with a Vuly. Kids have been begging for the tent on (the only reason we ended up going Vuly) but as i find out, that's a pointless exercise and i don't feel like Vuly understand the exponential cost compared to cheaper, seemingly similar quality models.

October 25th 2016 Update: Follow up review

I'm posting a follow up to my previous review as I can't seem to edit that one. The trampoline is still going strong and being used daily. I was a bit disgruntled with multiple issues we had but have since been contacted by a rep. I am pleased to see they are taking consumers seriously and realising that service speaks louder than anything so an apology went a long way for me. Just knowing they recognised that wasn't ideal without brushing me off plus trying twice to get in touch.

Pro's:

*Love the strong, sturdy frame now that one has turned into a bit of a daredevil.

*strong sturdy frame also means it's easy for me to drag around the lawn to care for the grass without poles coming loose or wonky.

*tested the tent for a day. Shame i was too scared to leave it on longer than an hour! Kids did enjoy it though.

*pictures on the mat make for a multitude of games which we love. They haven't even looked at the suggested games but have just been making their own up.

*perfect sized zippered door. Looked at the other ones with no zip but stretchy entry and wondered how on earth you'd get an injured/upset child out, let alone a parent getting in there to help them. Very happy that I can get in to drag out an unwilling toddler, keep kids safe from falls and it is large enough for older children to navigate without ripping net open. Zips still going strong and secure too.

Con's:

*Pads retain water for days after rain so as per instructions, I'm manually lifting and draining them to extend the UV protection. Water tends to run off onto the mat when kids get on to play but I'd rather have thickness in the padding (previously we had a trampoline where the pad went thin almost immediately).

*clips seem to come loose keeping net to the poles. Not an issue given the top ones stay together and hasn't affected it, more an ocd mother issue i think
