If only all companies were as good as Vuly – We purchase a trampoline almost 4 years ago. It is still going strong. Extremely impressed with tramp but more so with the ongoing support from Vuly. Recently purchased some accessories and a replacement net, I couldn't remember exactly which trampoline I had purchased and the staff were extremely helpful to ensure correct order was placed. Delivery and follow up was fast and efficient. 100% would recommend Vuly to all. Show details

Deteriorates – Purchased in 2012. What it looks like today (2019)... It started deteriorating rapidly after 2 years. Despite frame under warranty, they want $600 for replacement parts, and wouldn't offer that amount as a discount for a new trampoline instead. We don't really want to pay $600 for replacements when that amount would pay for over half of a brand new tramp? Show details

Not happy – We purchased a $2300 vuly thunder 14foot tramp for Xmas 2 yes ago, leaver point for wheels has rusted through and snapped off, vuly will not repair or fix under warranty, as warranty is only for 12 m. Disappointed customer with quality & their customer service – I bought the Vuly trampoline for my daughter & I noticed shortly after putting it up a tear in one of the pieces that holds the spring. Then the trampoline wasn't even 6 months old when a rip appeared in the net, which eventually went all the way around. My disappointment was with the lack of customer service & their inability to follow up. I… Read more

rang & left at least 2 voicemail messages which no one replied to. I made the decision to buy Vuly in the hope I would have a top quality & lasting trampoline. I expected it to last a lot longer before things started to fall apart. BTW - my attempt to contact them to sort the problem was while it was under warrantee & now it is out of time. Unfortunately it is a FAIL on both QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY DISAPPOINTING VULY.

Amazing trampoline that the kids love! – The trampoline is very safe and my kids love it! Definitely a great investment for many years to come. I would recommend the Vuly to anyone looking for a trampoline and have let my friends know it is the best option. It's also great to be able to buy spare parts and accessories.

Great trampoline – We have owned our Vuly trampoline for about 6 years. We have four children who have regularly used the trampoline on a daily basis. Our trampoline frame and mat are original and are showing little sign of wear and tear. We have had to purchase a replacement mat and nets, however, the ongoing service provided by Vuly was fantastic. We look forward to many more years of happiness from our Vuly trampoline.

Rubbish – No wonder this is discontinued. after 12 months springs started to snap and the frame started to rust. Now after 3 and a bit years. the mat is shot and most of the springs have broken. i thought i was buying a good quality brand that would last a lot longer. silly me. i did post some feedback on their web site but no reply. needless to say i would never buy again.

Love our 14ft Classic! – We love our Vuly Classic 14ft, it's fantastic and the whole family can jump together as it's quite big, it's also quite strong! We would highly recommend the care package too, as you get half price parts for life of your trampoline which means you can always rebuild it and it will last pretty much forever!

Perfect!! Worth Every Dollar Spent – We purchased our trampoline in November 2013 and it looks as good as the day we purchased it, I was hesitant to spend the extra money v's the others on the market but I am so glad we did, it has far out lived our neighbours and friends and has no signs of wear and will last for many years to come. use of it. We recently had a period of very strong winds and it held up extremely well, all the netting still in tact and no damage except a couple of the elastic ties that holds the netting to poles but this is extremely simple and easy to fix with their half price parts for life option! The trampoline holds up to anything that is thrown at it, it can have adults, children, trucks, chalk, sprinklers and it never fails to perform. We have never used the tent as it seemed a lot of work for a temporary time that it could stay on but my son will definitely be keen to have this on now he is bigger and aware of it. We purchased the basketball ring and I was a little disappointed with this, it seemed very flimsy and has always leant in towards the trampoline and never been straight, my son has never shown any real interest in this. The netting is super strong, my five year is constantly purposely throwing himself against the netting and running and bouncing off it with force and I never have any concerns he is anything but safe. I don't believe there is anything else on the market that I have seen for the money that you could buy that would make you as happy and would last as long as this trampoline and you will definitely receive your money back in the hours of fun in play and laughter of your children as they enjoy. I wouldn't buy any other trampoline now.

Perfect product to keep the kids busy and fit!! – The Classic model with basketball hoop and tent has been the best purchase we have ever made for the kids. We have had it now for just over 12 months and there has been no faults or fading despite being out in the weather elements. Every aspect of the trampoline is still in perfect condition and the kids never get bored of it.

excellent trampoline that is still being used – we bought our vuly classic trampoline 5 years ago. It lasted fully for 4 years then just before the 4 year mark we bought a replacement net and padding. trampoline but we have been very happy with how long it has lasted and we will hopefully get a few more years out of it if we are lucky. The tent we have hardly used as we found it way too hot in summer (stopped the airflow) and it was a bit of a pain to put on and off so we just kept it off. It was an older style tent though and the newer tents look a lot better/cooler. We would buy a vuly again and would recommend a vuly to other people.

we LOVE our vuly – we absolutely love our vuly trampoline. It is the only thing our boys play with every day and they spend hours on it together. The quality is excellent. Highly recommended. We tell everyone how good our vuly is. It's great to bring the family together to jump and play- couldn't be happier.

Fantastic quaility - endless hours of play! – We have had our Vuly for 3yrs now and it is in good as condition as the day we received it! Our kids literally use it daily and the play opportunities are endless. Other friends have brought cheaper models which haven't lasted 12mths. Well worth the investment, and it's good to know that if something does need replacing in the future all parts are available and at a discounted rate!

Great trampoline, customer service was a let down! – My daughter was gifted her trampoline in April 2015 for her 5th birthday. A few short weeks later we experienced very heavy rains and strong winds, so we thought it best we remove the tent and discovered in the… Read more

process that we were already too late and that the roof was completely torn on one side and that 3 poles were bent and unable to hold up the net walls. We were devastated. Later that day I made a phone call to Vuly and after going back and forth received an email stating I would need a receipt to make a warranty claim. I had already explained to the person I had spoken with on the phone, that the trampoline was a gift and that we had decided we didn't want to alert the gift giver to the fact that it was damaged less than a month after receiving it by asking him for a receipt so that we could make a damage claim. Instead we asked for a quote on replacement parts. I was again asked for a copy of the receipt, so that I could receive the parts I needed at a discounted rate. We didn't want a discount if it required a receipt, we wanted to fix the very expensive gift our daughter had received only 3 weeks earlier without having to ask for a copy of the receipt from the person who had gifted it to her!!

After more back and forth and feeling as though no one was listening to our request to purchase parts without the receipt, we threw in the towel.

Sadly her trampoline was only 3 weeks old and it looked like an absolute mess. 18 months on and we still haven't the heart to tell the person who purchased it for her, what has happened when he asks if our daughter enjoys her trampoline. It still has the bent poles but our daughter who rarely uses it because if if it's state knows now just not to jump on the side where it's damaged.

I've heard that Vuly isn't doing the tents anymore, good call I think. Hope they have improved on their customer service also.

I wouldnt choose a vuly trampoline again – I'm disappointed with the vuly trampoline that a purchased as a Xmas present for my three children, believing it was better than the supermarket brands. My brother-in-law had one and his seemed fine out in the full sun after five years so we spent the money. After one year and two months the safety net ( which is now not safe at all) started to… Read more

tear all around the top of the net. I rang vuly and explained, believing it had to be a fault, and it should have lasted longer than this. The vuly company talks up their quality and says they are better than there competition. I took photos of the net and sent the photos into the company. They said it was sun damage and there was nothing they could do but give me a discount on a new net. I couldn't believe it. Sun damage! It did get shade from our trees but other than that of course it would have sun damage who keeps trampolines indoors???

My husband and I now wish we had bought a trampoline from Kmart and saved our money and bought a new one each couple of years. Because vuly isn't worth the money.

Vuly trampoline – The Vuly product does not stand up to QLD weather conditions. The metal structure bends in strong winds. Our trampoline was a few months outside of warranty and they were polite in saying bad luck. Simply put, the product is not engineered for Australian conditions. Unless your planning to keep your trampoline inside then suggest you shop around.

incident, I believe, poses an extreme safety risk to everybody who owns one. Vuly's response that it showed UV damage (how ridiculous after only 1 Melbourne Summer and for such an important safety feature) is unacceptable. The response from a Company that prides themselves on Safety - quote from their website - "ingenuity that transcends that of all competition' and 'we create the best materials to rigorously combine safety, strength, form and functionality' is laughable. Surely the materials used in the safety net should be UV stable, enough to withstand it's intended purpose. I am extremely reluctant to purchase another net for $99 plus delivery, given that I would be putting my 5 & 7 year old girl's safety at risk.

If you're considering buying one of these expensive trampolines, factor into your budget, $99.00 per year to replace the net alone (for your kid's sake). Failure could happen at any time (unless you keep it indoors!!).

Friends with less expensive trampolines have got years out of their nets with no issues/concerns.

purchased two anchor kits, as we live in a very windy southern sea side town. We have a few days of extremely strong northerly winds, I quickly unclipped the net to the lowest clip to stop some wind resistance (this was very easy to do, and put back up again), and it stayed firmly to the ground. The only negative is that the padding that goes over the springs had some discolour in a few patches, it hasn't had an affect on the safety, and I dare say that it happened in transit as the box had come apart.

My girls have had hours of fun on the trampoline, I would recommend a Vuly to anyone.

insert and remove, the net, mat, poles and pads are much better quality compared to the cheaper brands and it does not squeak when the boys jump on it. We have had extreme winds lately and the tramp has not moved as we used the anchor kit, fantastic addition. The boys love the basketball hoop which has also survived the high winds. We received a free tent with the tramp but we would have to remove the basketball hoop to be able to use it, a design flaw that maybe vuly could improve on. I got to assemble the whole thing again on my own a few weeks later as a wind gust picked the whole thing up and skewered it on a post when it was only a week old. STRONGLY suggest using anchors. Fortunately, even though we had to replace the mat and some of the framework, the cost including freight to WA was around $160, so relatively affordable (compared to a new $700 plus trampoline!).

Now have it safely anchored to the ground plus I tend to take down the net whenever it's windy (it's quite exposed in a rural area). half price parts, nice and solid Makes a good kite in windy weather.... ;)
