year. they sent me a spare battery, it's a laughing if it wasn't lost money. time and nerves. The worse service I have ever received.

Unavailable items being advertised as in stock – A few days after purchase I got a message that both items I had bought online were 'Out of Stock' at their supplier with no likelihood of being in stock soon. So I would be refunded. Looked at the ad again today, still showing as in stock, available to purchase. What a waste of time! Show details

No Loyalty – This Floreat Forum store was fine while I was spending lots of money in there. But as soon as I bought a defective product they didn't want to know about it. So annoyed by the poor customer service . I won't be going there again. Nor will my family and friends.

Worst Purchase Ever – I purchased 2 pairs of Linen shorts in Sage Green & French Navy... Tried on instore for sizing. Bought online. They stretched so much with wearing & washing to the point of being unable to wear them as they fall down. What a waste of money. can't resist – I have bought so many clothes from W Lane and NoniB online. My wardrobe isn't very big so I have several on one hanger but ant resist the specials and the amazing clothes. I can always manage to find something and people always comment on my specials when I wear them.Now and then if it doesn't fit well I have a niece I give them too if it is a bit tight and a friend who is taller than me if it is a little big but that doesn't happen often. Show details

Lovely product and service – Good service considering it was over the Christmas/ New year period. It came in two separate parcels. They kept me informed of the progress. Sheets are lovely and soft, and the quilt arrives tomorrow. Easy to contact if I had any questions. I would recommend W Lane online services .

What happened? – I used to save my money to buy W Lane quality, beautiful items. The quality has dropped, materials get balling. Clothing doesn't hold it's shape. Nothing looks dressy anymore. Colours dulled down. Everything's wrinkled. Materials cheap, doesnt hold well Unmarked boxes in the shop. Nothing to be proud of. Target's standards are higher than W Lane. Show details

was in the shop as unfortunately the employee working there has no authority to make any decisions without Mandy, in fact she seemed terrified to even try and contact Mandy on the phone! So what is a customer to do? Long story short we managed to get hold of Mandy on the phone and she was so dismissive and rude, and found every opportunity to try and prove me wrong. I explained to her I’m a regular client and I would appreciate some positive and respectful customer service, and all I got back was a total unappreciated, abrupt and rude attitude. I am disgusted and will be taking this to the head office. Do not go into that store.

Do Not Buy - Waste of Money – I purchased 5 items from W Lane, including 3 dresses in size 12, which are miles too big ( looks almost like size 16 !) Cheap fabrics, one looks white in the photo and is actually beige. They look so good in the photos but not in reality. Have sent email requesting help with return but no response yet, not even sure if their Contact website is working. So disappointing as I used to buy their clothed when they had shops you could buy from. Show details

Disappointed with products – On 24th November 2022, I purchased W.Lane Comfort Full Length Pants 1 x NAVY 14. This is my usual sizing in pants, sometimes a 12. to return the dress also. I received my items on 4th December 2022, so I returned the 2 items the next day, 5th December 2022 back to W. Lane. I finally received my refund on 16th January 2023 after contacting W.Lane chasing up my refund. I also purchased another dress on w.Lane website, evidently through a third party of W.Lane, (Pretty Girl Fashion). I have never received that item so I contacted Paypal to intervene as I was not getting any satisfaction via W.Lane as to why I had not received the item. I was informed by Paypal that I had to get a Government Statutory Declaration Form signed by a JP to prove to the seller that I did not receive the dress. I finally won the case and was refunded my money on 21st February 2023 through Paypal. So buyers, beware. I will never buy from this seller again as I spent a lot of my own time trying to get my money refunded for returned items and a non delivery item. Easier & safer to walk into a shop, try on, pay and walk out.

EPIC FAIL - product and customer service – Item sent to me was not aligned to the product description (95 cm waist in sizing chart - item received has a 37cm waist). phone line for xtended periods and no resolution, unhelpful email responses citing my issue was a 'change of mind' so no return/refund. Ignored my repeated questions of why no one can leave product reviews and why the link to the 'terms and conditions' was broken.

Not quite the same – I like many of my friends are disappointed that so many of your stores in Adelaide have closed. I feel that your sizing has changed a little. Without in store shopping, I am more reluctant to purchase items without being able to try them on and see the quality of the items. I have been a longtime supporter and purchaser of W Lane merchandise and now feel a little out of touch without the staff and instore experience.

good service – initially staff was mentioning that order is on its way. when i asked when is it sent as i did not receive any confirmation or parcel details, i kept asking for the date and further details. then call centre person mentioned that the item is out of stock that she can refund it. mentioned that undelivered goods are refunded promptly. i am still waiting for the money to appear in my bank. Show details

Scam ads – I see them as scammers because they keep sending sms ads to my phone interrupting me at work, I get into trouble and can't unsubscribe from them by texting STOP no... I have to visit a link no way am I clicking on that very sus link I don't even know these guys and clicking on links is how hackers get your info they can even connect to your device NUP not doing that. Also can't block it either.

Some great clothes at good prices – I buy most of my wardrobe from W. Lane online. I have never had a problem with sizing and the clothes are always as good as they appear or sometimes better and the prices are great. I have been especially pleased with a recent jumper. The only problem I have ever had is having an item missing which has happened when I have bought 5 garments for $50, however I have always got a refund.
