I highly recommend WA Asset. They’re very professional and cover everything with your renovation so you don’t need to worry. They have a great showroom with samples and patient staff to help with all your choices. They work hard to get your renovation into your budget. My only disappointment was with some of the tradesmen’s skills and attention to detail was not always there. Once pointed out though, if it could be fixed it was. So 4.9 out of 5 means I was happy overall with my new bathroom and laundry.

cheapest quote, but absolutely worth every cent for the quality and peace of mind. Six months on, the bathroom looks amazing and works perfectly. Would definitely recommend and use again

Excellent renovation. Great tradespeople and staff. The whole project was well managed and we would recommend this company.
Lack of Transparency – 1. Contractor left asbestos on site until we followed up for removal over a week later, although due to be removed same day. It caused asbestos to disperse over our front yard. 2. Contractors poured gyprock/grout down drain resulting in an emergency plumber being called as sewer overflowed into backyard. days on site, but attended less than 7. Fixed cost, would not provide breakdown of material or labour costs. 4. Kept leftover tiles saying they always overorder 10%, although ours were a mix of special order and in stock. Could not show evidence we didn't pay. 5. When asked a question, responded but included internal emails with derogatory references to us.
It has been a horrid and very costly experience. Questions are met with frustration and lack of transperancy. For an ensuite size costing 26K would have thought questions ok.

wife knows me as a scrooge who truly doubts the worth of modern jobs however I cannot doubt what can be seen. If you are thinking about it, just do it and you will never regret it with WA Assett
Better than I envisaged – WA Assett were a pleasure to work with from design concept to finished product. I would choose them again for any renovation I would do on my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Brilliant Bathroom Renovation – The best renovation experience we've ever had. Absolutely phenomenal from the start (including help with design) to finish. They came in on budget (only an extra $500, which I consider on budget). Always tidy, always polite. Turned up when they said they would turn up. Finished when they said they would finish. Experienced, reliable and good communicators – From the quote and ideas from Frances and design by Vicki to site supervision by Alan and his friendly bunch of tradies, we had a good experience. Good communication throughout and problems quickly solved. Came up with great suggestions for solving difficult spaces but still listened to our needs and preferences. Would use them again.
Bloody supreme – From stage 1 picking colours tiles toilets baths to the Lil 1 percentages to look right. Stage 2 with delivering equipment on time and everything structural and in order in a well timely dated matter no arguments very professional absolutely love the final product ESPECIALLY CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES more then %110 percent thankyou to the team and all involved at bathroom asset

their sales representative Frances, the follow up meeting with Vicki to choose all the bathroom materials, the easily understood renovation contract, the renovation schedules sent by Lainie, and their project manager Alan who oversaw the build, everything went so smoothly. Alan was always available if we wanted to ask him any questions. Sometimes Monica would text him a message in the evening as she thought of something and he would always reply back within 15 minutes, no matter what time it was.
The tradesmen who came out to our home were very friendly and professional. They would arrive at 7am and work until 4pm and sometimes later. Some even worked on Saturdays. Our bathroom is 3-times the size of a normal ensuite so it took just over 3 weeks to finish. All the tradesmen made sure our place was left as tidy as it could be at the end of each day. Everything went as planned. When everything was completed, our bathroom was cleaned and all the waste material removed from site. We definitely will be using WA Asset again for future renovations. We love our new bathroom and will enjoy using it at our forever home. Thank you to all the staff and tradesmen at WA Asset for making our renovation experience a very happy one. You’re just too good to be true, can’t take my eyes off you – WA Assett delivered our amazing new bathroom and separate toilet with absolute professionalism. We just can’t stop staring at the bathroom. Looks like a 6 Star hotel in there. All the staff are so professional and easy to deal with. They started the reno exactly when they said they would. Ensuite renovatopn – I am more than happy with the renovation of my ensuite. All tradesmen were on time, cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly. Renovation was completed on the exact time quoted. Communication between supervisor and myself was excellent.

Amazing Bathroom / Walk-in Robe – I have transformed two rooms into one. I love it. All the workmen that came into my house were friendly and their workmanship was great. These guys were amazing! – i rang these guys on Sunday night and they were there first thing Monday morning - provided me with good information and advice and installed my new hot water system that day at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.
