Bullcow – Don't NOT USE COMPANY ITS A SCAM report to police this company has an ABN with several companies all using the same ABN. Jordan demand a 185.00 call out fee in cash and they can't fix the machine they have no idea how too I have reported this to the authorities please if anyone else has had the same problem please report them as well this has been going on for four years and he needs to stop

Poor service – Charged $187 for them to come and tell us the dishwasher pump is broken, and that they have no idea about what was wrong with the washing machine. Still waiting for the quote regarding the pump that he promised… 10 days later, nothing. Haven’t even received the receipt for the $187 we paid. Don’t waste your time.

Don’t use the company – Absolute scam- paid $165 for 5 mins and the guy didn’t even take out his tools -after he left the machine was exactly the same -worst company I have ever used. Phoned and emailed the company didn’t even rely or returned by call- they should be investigated by consumer affairs

Courteous and effective – Had Cooper come fix our dryer that wasn’t heating. He knew what he was doing, fixed it and then educated me on troubleshooting for the future. Very courteous and honest. Highly recommended

Efficient friendly service – Two guys came in, got to work straight away. Were friendly, efficient, and gave great advice on how to move forward with the dishwasher. Call out fee was as advertised and arrived right on time. Thanks guys!

Simply the best!!! – This company is our new go to!!! After contacting them, someone was at our house to fix our washing machine with in 1.5hrs. Toby was very polite and helpful. Fixed the machine, explaining everything he did to it. Would highly recommend then!

Scam! – Paid $440 for parts with promise of 2-4 day turnaround on repairs. After a month no parts, no-one answers & calls not returned. DO NOT USE THES GUYS!

Avoid Appliance Hero – Worst customer service ever. Came out to fix the washing machine charge $65.00. Said it needed 2 parts replaced. Asked me to pay $188.00 for the parts prior to ordering them. Jason. After 6 weeks of not having a washing machine they finally came out and replaced 1 part only and charged an additional $65 a call out fee.

Poor service. Don't fix the job – Do not use. Is a scam. They send someone out to do work. They don't do the job and charge for call out. Then try to palm the job to another friend to do. You pay double.

I’m not sure why it says this operator is discontinued because they came and took my money weeks ago – 2 weeks ago my smeg dishwasher broke so I searched “fix my dishwasher smeg” online and they came up. me $165 to look at it and said I’d receive a quote to fix. Never received my quote even with some reminders. I called smeg and found out there is only one authorised repairer and no other company should touch them. The kicker is - it was under warranty and because they touched it now my warranty is voided. A costly mistake – I used this service because they promised next day service to look at my faulty dishwasher. Service was prompt. This company made two appointments and failed to turn up for either – We asked the company to replace the door seal on a F&K they charged us for the replacement, and made an appointment to do the work. Did not turn up and made an appointment for the next day. Again did not turn up. We have not received the seal we paid for.

Feel Cheated – I was told that a service man needed to inspect our dishwasher which would cost $165 which would cover one hours labour and parts would be extra and that the job could be done within the one hour. I subsequently received the quote which was for $110 extra labour plus the parts $175. This adds up to a total of $450. I was deceived and have had the job completed by another company for $265 total. Beware.

Just don't – Tis company is not reliable and will not fix anything. I wish I had read some of the review here before I pay the $160 to do nothing. Had a problem with my Miele Dryer, it is only a couple of years old. They came out and diagnosed the problem as a broken belt. said someone would be in contact shortly to let me know how they went sourcing the part. (still no contact from them.)

The guy said it would cost $80 to replace the belt plus the cost of the part. I then got in contact with Miele and ordered the part myself. (got the part sent to me in three days). I then contacted the company to let them Know that I had the part, and to arrange a time for them to come back and fix my dryer.

After numerous phone calls and messages left as well as texts I still have heard nothing from the company

Absolute con, avoid – I made the mistake of using this firm to look at my 8 year old machine. phone and if honest, he should have said it was not a financially viable repair but instead, plugged the inclusive labour. The guy who turned up came with minimal tools and didn’t seem overly confident in his work but eventually said it needed a new mother board and the company would be in touch with a quote, they never have. I made multiple calls back and eventually got through to Jordan who agreed to a 50% refund on the basis that the repair man did come and the fact that I was unhappy because he should have advised against this. A couple of days later, no sign of the refund so I make several more calls to Jordan and finally get to speak to him and he said that I hadn’t given him my bank details to pay the refund, he never asked for them, I just assumed he would refund on the card I paid on. Days later, still no refund so I have referred it to the bank as a disputed payment. Please do not use this firm, they are a fraud. The website is very good and looks legit but that’s about as far as it goes.

One of life's biggest mistakes! – Please avoid this company at all costs, they are devoid of any common decency and customer service. Will never see my money again but hope families will see this review and seek other avenues to fix appliances.

Quick to take your money slow to do anything else – Sent someone to check my washing machine, charged me $160 and said it needed a new part and they would organise it. DON’t trust or use this company – The repairer came to fix a problem. That evening we surprising found a flood from the washing machine. Came back the next day to ‘repair’ / left in a hurry to then have the machine leak again! Called another service man to correct the problem that this company failed to do. Getting a refund for the job that was never done was also not given. Get another company! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

Never trust this company – My washing machine broke down and the scheduled repairer was to arrive before midday and did not, we cancelled a medical appoint to wait until 1:30 and still he did not arrive. The rescheduled service was due Tuesday 14 November between 8 and midday at midday was told it was cancelled with no explanation.

Crap repairs – Made me buy the parts technician came to repair my front loader couldn't put the rubber on the inner rim stretched it to the point its useless and left without installing the rubber and they won't refund my money I paid its the most unprofessional service I have ever seen I recommend not to call this company.

Do not recommend – came out to fix our washing machines next day they stopped again they promised to come back next day now no response. Left messages cant use the contact page its not working

They are a scam, do not pay them! – Turned up and opened washing machine, said another tech would come out, I paid $165, that’s over a week ago, despite me calling them to see when the next guy is coming out, nothing. They are a scam fo not pay them!

them again was when I sent a new inquiry through their website, under a different name and with a different mobile number, I got a call back within 5 minutes! When I spoke to Alissa (who Mark told me is the manager) she made excuses that their phones were diverting as they were working at home, and she didn't get my messages. I told her that was a lie and mentioned all the reviews on here and Google where others had complained about the same treatment after paying $165. Alissa agreed to refund me, but since then has done nothing, and again is ignoring my calls and emails. I am taking the matter further and will continue to do so, until they refund my money.

These people are the worst and they are scamming the community. I hope others will see this before contacting them, and save themselves the hassle I now find myself in.

do (absorb water out of carpet and moping) he agrees he will re-attend site. 3 hrs later he attends and after inspecting machine he tells me he forgot to plug something back in which caused the flood, plugs it back in and walks out stating "Im sorry for what happened but im not taking responsibility for the damage and you have to call the office!" After repeat calling the main sales line I receive a text stating "The manager advised that you should go through your insurance company for the repairs and to send us the information." Which I did, I have not heard back from management after sending insurance claim number through and neither has my insurance company! All further calls have been ignored and the $165 service fee was not refunded as well as being further out of pocket for cost of damages. Never has my family and I felt so ignored and ripped off!

fixed and one pays for responsive service. And the first hour of labour is paid for. The two 'technicians' rolled up four hours late, Ok, they are busy. They closed the laundry door for privacy, didn't open up the machine at all or move it. I enquired 15 mins later. Apparently I needed a new door latch ($50-$100) and possibly/probably a new motherboard ($300). Plus $88 /hr for labour. Ah, I said, I have one free hour of labour as part of my $165 payment. "I'm sorry sir, that one free hour is only for today". Ok, I understood the situation. I paid my $165 because I stick to my promises and waved them goodbye. I received an SMS later quoting a part price and asking me to pay upfront for the part which would take 4 bus days to arrive. I of course did not go ahead...fool me twice and all that. They're a scam and a young crew with a good website, but no inventory and probably no HQ. Their business model is to skim the $165 off the top and follow up with a bit of theatre afterwards. They'll re-Pheonix the company when Consumer Affairs and A Current Affair discover them. Two organisations I'm sending this text to. Be aware.

Atrocious service. Do not use this company – Awful service, especially from Ramy. The only thing they do well is charge the callout fee. The parts took months of me badgering them which was met with me after lie and excuse after excuse. The machine still doesn’t work and they don’t answer any texts or calls. Please save your money and go elsewhere. If I had more time I would refer to Consumer Affairs Victoria.
