The repair guy came out to repair my machine with his white plastic bag containing his minimal amount of tools. Told me the shaft is not good without actually seeing it except for its movement. Absolutely no professionalism. Asked why he doesn't have the necessary computer needed for my machine and was told his other one broke and it's too expensive to buy a new one.
Most unreliable communication I have ever encountered
We called these guys about our washing machine when it stopped draining.
They came out and looked at the machine and saw it needed the pump replaced. They ordered the pump and said it should arrive within about 1-2 weeks. (We paid for the pump when they ordered it).
After this we didn’t hear from the company at all for several weeks until my husband called them to find out what was going on. I understand during covid and the Christmas season, suppliers and couriers may take longer to deliver parts than expected and this is not the fault of Was...
The worst service I have ever received from a company
They advertise 24/7 service. It took them 4 days to come out the first time. I paid over $200 for a new part that didn't fix the problem. They told me on 4 more occasions they would come back out the next day but they never turned up. Absolutely do not recommend.
Four weeks ago today I booked a call with Washing Machine Hero for my Miele dishwasher. They advertise prompt 24/7 service. Sure, they sent someone out the next day, I paid $148.00 for that privilege and $105.00 for a new part. I'm still washing dishes by hand. I've learnt the hard way to book a specialist in Miele appliances who carries Miele parts with them.

Fast and prompt service. Excellent communication . Cooper's customer service was second to none, Honest, polite and very helpful in sharing his knowledge and giving options in the process of repairing our washing machine. I would definitely trust them with any appliance in need of repair.
Great service and friendly people
I was super impressed with the amazing service these guys provided me. They were polite and quick to book me in and once here it took them no time at all to work out what the issue was with my washing machine. They went above and beyond to get the part I needed asap and at a decent price.

Super fast response time, I phoned & a serviceman was out in less than an hour. Very thorough service & he was honest about costs, worth of actually getting a new part etc. Also much cheaper than other competitors that I checked out prior. Highly recommend.
SCAM OF A BUSINESS
My partner and I made a booking to have our washing machine looked at due to an OE error. After taking the machine apart ourselves, we suspected the pump would need to be replaced. Upon making the booking, my partner was quoted around $60 for the replacement pump and $25 per 15 minutes of labour. We were told the pump replacement would happen very quickly (i.e. in around 30 minutes). After much deliberation, my partner and I decided to go ahead with the service rather than opting to buy a new machine.
Several days later [name removed] arrived...to take a look at the washing machine. After about 15 minutes he diagnosed the issue as the pump needing to be replaced (which we already suspected). We were charged $150 for this 15 minutes of labour. I asked [name removed] what the cost of the pump replacement would be and when the service could take place, but he claimed he had no idea (which seemed odd considering he is allegedly the owner of this business). [name removed] also bragged extensively about the amount of money he makes from the business each year before leaving our house. The next day we were informed that the replacement pump would be $140 and the labour cost would be $100!!!! Altogether, we were up for $390 - ie. a fraction less that what it costs to buy a brand new washing machine. Now I know how [name removed] makes so much money each year - by severely underquoting customers and then ripping them off when they're in too deep. Do not waste your money at Washing Machine Zero.
Unreliable service and Did not fix the issue
Initially, great customer service in booking appointment. Jordan arrived on time and was personable and explained what he thought was wrong with our dishwasher and assured us there was no leak, despite the fact we had mentioned there was some water pooling under the machine. However, within 10 minutes of him leaving our premises, the same problem with the motor continuing to run after the cycle had ended (a problem with the float) as well as severe water leaking/flooding in our kitchen. We had to rebook a new appointment to have him return to a...gain service the machine which ended up being three days later. Jordan failed to show up on the day of the appointment (booked for between 9-12noon), despite the fact that we called the customer service line and spoke to Jackie 3 times during the day (once at 11.45am and then twice in the afternoon) and were assured he was on his way. We wasted the entire day waiting for him to show up given the confirmation. When we finally were able to get Jordan back to relook at the machine, he then advised there was a tear on the water extraction pipe causing the flooding - something he failed to pick up on his first repair visit. I understand that this requires a replacement hose part that needs to be ordered, but after a whole week of waiting for the call from Washing Machine Hero to confirm the part price, availability and when he would be back to fix the issue, we have heard nothing. I understand that sometimes issues aren't obvious during the service and things can go wrong even after a service, but the poor/zero follow up without us constantly chasing has been a terrible experience and still no working dishwasher.

Absolute sham of an operation. The lady receptionist was friendly and seem to make bookings ok but that’s where the “service” ends. First Time no show, I call to ask where “technician” is and one hour later some guy calls back saying there was a misunderstanding
Call again to make another appointment, this time he will show from 9-12, then get Confirmation message It will be PM. Another no show! Haha what a shambles!

What a waste of time
We had a guy named Jordan arrive on Saturday after he was a no show on Friday night. We waited 4 hours for him to ghost us and never arrive. Apparently, he is the owner. When he finally arrived, he was here for 15 minutes and told us we needed a new washing machine and that it wouldn't be worth fixing or we could install a part that probably never existed. He then handed us a $148 call-out fee for his "time" As if our time isn't worth anything when we were left waiting on a Friday night. I don't think he is even qualified to stack a dishwasher let alone fix one.

The firms approach as to the poor response related to the repair of the dishwasher and was there a request from Miele to carry out attend and repair the appliance,
I encountered the same thing with my dishwasher. I was told I needed a part which the tech didn’t have. I was told to get it myself as it would be cheaper. I felt like what was the point calling them. So I got the part and fitted it. It didn’t fix the problem so I called them back and was told to call fisher & Paykel. Waste of time and money dealing with this company.

A dear friend of ours asked advice on the fixing a Miele dish washing machine and a representive Ormar from your firm arrived at her residence at Sorrento. Mentioned that tha mother board was t fault but no further advice as how to arrange for the unit to be fixed. He left after charging $130 and the machine remains unfixed and not working. The machine I only 4 years old. You of course would have the address of the location. can you advise as to what steps your firm will take to resolve the problem. Even to a degree that the charge fee would be returned.

Wes, Please call to discuss. All companies have a call out Fee parts on top of that, Mother boards are an expensive part to replace, we would have advised you of the cost to replace this, and still charged a call out, Any repairer does, unfortunately we can not diagnose over the phone.
