Got the Rotisserie kit to complement my E-320! – Turns out (pun intended) to be the best, most succulent, even cooking on the Weber - thrown everything (mostly) at it: lamb shoulder, pork loin, whole chicken, whole duck, lamb leg - all with minimum fuss and the rotisserie just keeps churning great tasting meats! Highly recommended. Took our Weber cooking to a new notch and now family's asking,… Read more

'what's on the 'spit' today Dad??? Throw in a some wood chips in a smoker box, and you've got the taste of Texas right in your backyard. Highly recommended!

Best BBQ we have ever owned – After 9 years my faithful Sunbeam 4 burner BBQ died, I have been looking at the mid range Webber Spirit for a while but just then there was a model change and the price of the E-320 dropped so it was a no brainer. I just love my Webber Spirit, it took us 1 hour to assemble, a quality product from top to bottom. It heats up in about 10 min and… Read more ·  1

cooks much faster and juicer than I could imagine. It doesn't need to be on full to do a perfect job, I cooked a large BBQ for 7 in a flash and all done perfectly, salmon, lamb loins and a heap of sausages for the kids all at the same time. Just finished my first clean and the pull out fat tray is a God send, easy to cook, clean and a bonus is the powerful wok burner that does a mean stir fry. We did buy a Ziegler & Brown for the wok burner but returned it in 24 hours, it just didn't have the power to do the job. The Spirit is a good mid sized 3 + 1 burner BBQ and well worth the money.

So glad we bought it – We only bought our Weber some 4 weeks ago and have used it about 10 times, but whatever we have cooked turned out really tasty and moist. It heats up fast and we have followed the guide in the cook book re roasting with good results. Cleaning is easy and so far we are ever so happy we bought it.  Show reply

Poor Customer Service – Purchased the BBQ at the beginning of December and found that the Base was damaged after unpacking. Could not even put it together as this was the first piece to the assembly. Contacted the retailer who said I had to deal with Weber directly. After numerous Phone calls , Failed deliveries , Wrong Parts , take a day off to let them rebuild it....… Read more

lasting three weeks I put the whole thing back into it`s box best I could and took it straight back to the shop. Came out with a really nice Masport and $350. Note to Weber , if you forget to order the part..... do not blame somebody else , or say the power went out or we had a glitch with the ordering process and its definitely on the truck.

Made in China and quality to suit – Have had 4 Weber Spirit E-320 BBQ's now since November. All four have had excessive noise from the Crossover which is much worse once pre-heated. The noise is inconsistent, on a windy day it might be quite and on a still day it might be noisy (or visa-versa) Weber have been notified and they they the noise is acceptable thought the Technician… Read more

that came out and the store I purchased from says otherwise. I would argue that for the Quality product you are buying the noise is unacceptable. The latest BBQ on top of this noise after a few weeks use will all of a sudden not heat above 200 degrees C.

The build quality seems good but the Stainless steel is a cheaper quality than the Spirits big brother the Genesis.

All 4 cooked = with the grill closed to my knowledge but if you do like to cook with the lid up (not intended for this Weber Grill I agree) but with lid up the grills are very varied in temp.

Weber to credit have replaced all 3 faulty and have offered refund and provided a few accessories. ( but don't buy their tools they bend at first use, obviously made in China too) The thing is Weber seem to miss the big point that they have shipped off this design to be manufactured in China and the Quality Control (and Quality for that mater is not up to the standard expected from such a reputable company.

All though I know you want to buy one anyway (this is what I said after reading past bad reviews) either spend more on a Genesis (made in USA) or buy another Brand.

Worst Service Ever – I purchased this BBQ from Heatworks in Adelaide on 17/9/15 and paid in full on the day including an additional amount for delivery and assembly. The service and advice from Heatworks was very good indeed. I was contacted the next day and was told the delivery would take place on 23/9/15. I made specific arrangements for someone to be in… Read more

attendance at my home on that day but nobody arrived and I was not told any reason why nobody had attended.

I called them the following day and was fobbed off with some lame excuse about a lack of communication between the delivery/installation people and that they would now be arriving on Friday 25/9/15 between 12 noon and 3pm. Someone eventually arrived at 4pm with no apology or explanation.

One would hope that the product is better than the terrible delivery/assembly service but I must say that Weber's good reputation for customer service was most definitely not applicable to my situation and I am not at all sure I could confidently recommend them to anyone.

The mistakes made by Weber were very inconvenient to me and having to balance business commitments with non attending delivery people was costly and very problematic for me.

Public relations and customer service = Epic fail
