My confirmation email arrived promptly and included all of my booking details, along with my travel insurance information, which gave me confidence that everything had been processed correctly.

I was also pleased that ChatGPT suggested downloading the Webjet app, as that turned out to be the perfect solution. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use Webjet again or recommend it to others.

Always gives me the best overview on all flights available and best prices. Most times cheaper than direct with the airline. Have used for domestic and international flights. We tried to change our flight, web jet staff stated that it was an airline issue. Airlines are transparent and for a fee you can change the flight they were very disingenuous. I will never use them again and would recommend that others give them a wide berth Show details

On arrival we were told no monies for either were sent to car hire so we paid the full amount for car hire and insurance because we thought webjet had not communicated properly Unfortunately we were wrong because of the fine print and incorrect assumption Will never use again and a 277$ lesson was learnt

I can not fault the flights that we booked through WebJet for this recent trip. Both Virgin and QANTAS were excellent and our flights were stress free. We flew from Melbourne to Broome and had to change flights in Perth both ways. All flights were pretty much on time, so no complaints from us. Show details ·  2

There was no clear pathway with dietary requirements, and neither Quantas nor Emirates provided a post-booking pathway to dietary requirements which worked. Otherwise, I was advised of booking changes adequately and timely. The biggest disincentive is that airlines always require all communication going through WebJet. Show details ·  1

scammers. They will offer you a refund if your flight is cancelled - but claim its voluntary even after they stated there was no alternative bookings they can make for you. If you agree to the refund, they will make you wait up to 12 weeks for the money and also not refund 100% of your money because their 'service fee' is non refundable even… Read more

though they have offered 0 service/product to you. It is against ACL to charge a service fee when they are unable to fulfill a service. Reported to ACCC, consumer and business services, and contacted my bank for a chargeback.

We used webjet for two bookings in Indonesia, and both of them had issues that we had to resolve during our holiday. Webjet also couldn't tell me how much I would be charged in local currency, so I was left to guess how much we would be paying - not very upfront or transparent.

for our son with a different booking number. Yesterday when we were checking in at Melbourne airport Fiji Airways did not allow us to keep that booking and they created a new ticket for my son as Infant in lap. We had to pay extra for that and our original booking was cancelled because infant was booked as adult.

I raised this with customer support but not getting proper response. We are now travelling with baby in lap instead of a separate seat.

We haven't slept in 24hours and now next 14 hours ahead are not going well as I cannot book additional seat with Fiji Airways now.

I also have return flight but this is going to be same issue. Now start of our journey this has given our whole family a lot of mental distress.

Need some urgent review from your end. I tried getting managers escalation process hold but there is nothing as per customer support.

I didn't experience any additional fee, i had booked my flight a return ticket to Fiji and the price was veru reasonable it worked according to my budget. I would definately book through webjet for future travelling with accomodation as well. Show reply

(Qantas). My luggage was left in Melbourne, causing huge stress, as I was going on an 8 day outback tour. Luckily I got my luggage next day, thank you Qantas! So, in future, could WebJet make it obvious when booking under these situations to give a reminder to passengers to be aware of this? That would be wonderful!
