I mostly use Webjet when I book our flights because it's so simple and convenient. I love being able to compare airlines and prices in one place, without bouncing between a bunch of sites. The whole process feels really straightforward and easy to understand, which makes plannning travel less stressful. Ticket didn't come and you say it's not our problem we have to contact jetstar. You booked it so you should be able to fix it. Also webjet after other charges was more expensive than booking direct. Show details

The WebJet booking process was very easy and contacting them by phone to double check information was excellent was answered very quickly. However the answer to my question was not quite accurate and that it when the process became stressful. I don't blame WebJet but Air Asia have a terrible reputation for solving issues, had I known WebJet was in the end tell me to contact AA I probably would have not booked the flight I did. Show details ·  1

Booked return tickets from the comfort of home. Simple and straight forward. What I didn't like was: 1. A fortnight ago, on the Jetstar web site, it cost me $10 to choose my seat. This time, on Webjet, it cost me $20:60 to choose a seat. 2. A Jetstar tax of $7 was there. There was no Jetstar tax a fortnight ago when I last booked.… Read more ·  1

So,...what spoilt the experience was 1. the extra expense selecting a seat. Twice as much as a fortnight ago. and 2. The $7 dollar Jetstar tax. Why doesn't Jetstar just add that to it's advertised price, instead of clawing out this extra.

3. The Webjet's booking fee, that's OK, but, there's also this "price guaranteed fee" Didn't expect that! All these little add ons.

'Tis good that I can buy online, instead of having to go out to an agent. That's convenience. Can buy the tickets before the prices go up.

Thankyou Webjet, in this case circumstances changed, and I had to cancel the entire trip less than 24 hours after I booked it. AND within 24 hours I received a full 100% refund. No credit to use on Webjet in the future, just a full refund back in my bank account. Well done, I'll continue to book my flights with you. Show details ·  1

I hate being put under pressure to fill in critical details by a timer on a price guarantee. I think this is totally wrong, leads to mistakes and should not be once you are working through your deal. At the very least it should be at least double the current allowance Show details

scammers. They will offer you a refund if your flight is cancelled - but claim its voluntary even after they stated there was no alternative bookings they can make for you. If you agree to the refund, they will make you wait up to 12 weeks for the money and also not refund 100% of your money because their 'service fee' is non refundable even… Read more

though they have offered 0 service/product to you. It is against ACL to charge a service fee when they are unable to fulfill a service. Reported to ACCC, consumer and business services, and contacted my bank for a chargeback.

We used webjet for two bookings in Indonesia, and both of them had issues that we had to resolve during our holiday. Even though we were able to make contact with webjet through their chat, they did not resolve the issue or get back to us. Webjet also couldn't tell me how much I would be charged in local currency, so I was left to guess how much we would be paying - not very upfront or transparent.

I booked through Webjet several times without any issues. I had a great trip overseas and the booking was very easy and gave us a wide range of choices. Will happily be booking through Webjet again. Show details ·  1

The prices for package deals were great. All the itinerary was sent through in good time and was very clearly labelled. Communication post booking was good. Cannot fault Webjet, very good experience all round. Will definitely use them again. Show details ·  1

Intuitive interface which captures all major Australian airlines, plus many other options such as baggage, insurance, car hire and hotel options. Prices almost the same as booking directly with the airline. Show details ·  1

Easy to book, hassle free and just simple to use through webjet my flights for myself and family we did through flight center but that was dear compared to webjet glad we could get home through this site much cheaper and will be doing more bookings next time round thank you. Show reply

Have booked with Webjet previously for an international flight and was happy with communication. So have again booked with them. Easy to compare flights and usually get a competitive price. Never had any problems with receiving information and tickets from them while overseas. Show details ·  1
