Love Wellies Online! – I appreciate the emails featuring various specials and recently ordered a pair of Outscape Performance Gumboots Low Crockery. Updates on the delivery were prompt, the delivery was timely and the gumboots are excellent quality. Size was perfect (I ordered one size up as recommended) and they are so comfortable. terrible quality & worse customer service – Boots lasted maybe 10 months (with proper storage) before splitting and breaking apart. I contacted customer service and they asked for a photo and then ignored me. I was patient, maybe they were busy, but it's been three months now.

The Stormur Boot is a giant disappointment – I received these Original Fleeced II Blue Ankle Gumboots - AU11 EU42 on or about June 14th with an enormous amount of chatter on their paperwork regarding, "don't do this, don't do that" or you will void their warranty, it seemed. I wanted a cool color. I got stuck with blue and blue is even more purply than blue.
I wear them moderately - once or twice a month. Today, I had a real need for them as I needed to go into the soggy backyard to harvest stuff. Within five minutes, my socks were wet and uncomfortable.
So, not only didn't I get the color I wanted, but I got a product that certainly doesn't live up to the Paddington Bear Wellies fame.
I get pocket money every month. They rest goes back into our business. $90 from a $250/mo pocket money is substantial for a product that is worthless for me. I would have been happier to go with Merry People or something like that. It seems they are also made in China but at least I wouldn't be expecting a nice product from them. I expected something that would see me through to my last breath. If these are going to serve me the rest of my life, I had better get my affairs in order.
PS: I bought a pair of toddler overalls and gumboots last year for a friend's girl. They seemed ok. Or they were being polite.

Delayed Delivery – Very easy to purchase the gumboots intended as a birthday present for my mother . Paid the delivery cost but unlikely to receive the gumboots for about a month from date of purchase. No explanation and disappointed with the lack of service.
