0 STARS!!! AVOID!! – I wasn’t able to give 0 stars so had to give 1. AWFUL COMPANY!!!!!! Never received my item, emailed EVERY WEEK for 8 months & they kept telling me the refund was being processed. I ended up having to go through my bank. Their items look nice but don’t be lured in .... AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!

Fraudulent Company That Has Now Changed Name To Konstillo – I ordered a lamp from them in June 2020 and my story is same as other victims here - Waited for delivery long past given delivery date. Contacted them, was told the lamp was no longer available, and refund would be made.(August 2020) Needless to say I never received it.

Worst Supplier Ever....! – I purchased Grohe tapware - product arrived with missing and incorrect parts. After several angst ridden months, I finally negotiated a refund - They just never bothered to send it.... stay away.

The delivery tracking worked perfectly and I received updates along the way to alert me of my order status.

The only negative is that delivery was exactly a month from ordering, but this was stated at the time of ordering.

Very satisfied! – Very pleased, I was looking for an 'Opinel' online, found the wellindal was the cheapest, even including the freight charge.Within hours of ordering it, it was on its way from Barcelona, Spain to Queenstown, New Zealand. 6 days later, it is in my son's letter box. I am very impressed and very pleased it arrived on his birthday.

Very satisfied customer – Having made a purchase online from Wellindal I read some of their customer reviews. Given the negative sentiments of these reviews I thought I had made a donation to experience! How wrong I was. The purchase was easy to track and I was informed at each step of the process. The product arrived seven days before their estimated delivery date. Cannot fault.

I then contacted them again and mentioned that I did not receive a refund, to which they replied They would get it to my by 23/03/2020. I still have not received my refund, and I sent an email this week which I got no reply, they are simply ignoring me. I highly not recommend this company, is a totally scam

they do not reimburse materials not delivered – I ordered a Lacor Soda charges co2 10 pcs. I did not received it. I asked several time to be reimbursed and i received one answer after 8 months. After two years I did not received anything. Fraudulent company. Do not buy anything from them.

No product and no reply and no reimbursement – They accept payments for products they do not have in stock and give you a delivery day. After that date they eventually contact you to say they do not have the product and offer to send a different one. I asked if they had the other colour already 6 times or so and they never replyed to the question even though on their website they say they reply in 24-hour most. It's been 3 weeks and nothing. they informed me that the refund system is down and soon you will be refunded waited another week and again the same sorry, now is 3 months passed and they stop replying to me and never got the money back. Scam artists selling uncertified gas hobs into Australia via Europe. Do not touch this company! – Bought a gas hob from this company. Thought because they had a .au website that they were an Australian based company. They sold me a gas hob from Europe with no certificate of compliance and therefore illegally. When I tried to get in touch with them the ignored about twenty emails and were completely uncontactable.total scam company do not touch.

Total scammers – Ordered 2 kitchen knives in JUNE 2018 - never arrived. After about 30 emails back and forth - most with wrong or conflicting information from them, still no refund and it’s now January 2019! Absolute disgrace - scam company – Ordered over $100 worth of items. Never arrived - only email contact I have had is an automated email saying my money will be refunded - never has been - don't buy anything from this company - it will never arrive and you are throwing your money away.

Don't purchase from this mob, they are Scammers! – Placing order was the easy part. Product delayed, Then unavailable. I don't think it was even available when they took payment. Seems to be a scam company – The goods took an age to arrive and then when they did most of the goods were missing, I contacted support and they asked for photos. When I sent the photos they then proceeded to ignore me for weeks.

The few in-stock items arrived 6 weeks later. The refund never happened. So far, I have 12 emails reassuring me that the refund will happen, but I have given up trusting them, and filed a credit card dispute.

No communication, poor service, items not in stock, promised refund never happened. Worst online shopping experience ever.

Do not use this company!! – I ordered a baby monitor in February was not impressed with the product and sent it back, I have still not received a refund and it is now August. I follow this company up every couple of weeks and it's always excuse after excuse. Never buy anything from this company.

avoid at all cost – Wellindal advertised cheaper if you buy more than one of the item. However they don't even have one but still take your money . When you chase it up they promise a refund in 14 days but this doesn't eventuate. Mastercard refunded me . Luckily I kept all the emails. Never deal with these crooks.

Do not use this company! – Never use this company. I ordered in February (Now August) and watched it apparently come to this country via "tracking" but I was told it was sent back to their warehouse in Europe. Long story short after many many emails regarding the return of payment I still have not received payment or the product. Terrible company!

Avoid this company at all costs you will never get your product and will be forevever chasing – Ordered a garden Strimmer almost 3 months ago started to chase it up after 4 weeks of the order saying processing even though the money was taken off my credit card as soon as the order was made. After several emails and 4 weeks later was told the item wasn’t available. It’s now 4 weeks since I was told it wasn’t available and after almost a dozen emails I’m still yet to receive a refund. So for 3 months they have had my money!!!

Wellindal is a sham – Ordered product on 19th April. Advised out of stock early May. Requested refund, advised refund would be processed within 14 days.... still waiting!!!

I have been scammed – I purchased on line and paid with a credit card and the purchase has appeared on my statement. This was 6 weeks ago, I tried the tracking site provided and it showed that it was still being processed, then the next time I tried it vanished off my iPad. I replied to the order email and it has been returned as unable to be delivered. A total scam, I think that I will put it on Facebook.

The purchasing process was easy and it was delivered promptly. However the instruction leaflet is entirely in German, and when I emailed the manufacturer I was advised that instructions in English are not available. So it is all but useless to me. Surely advertising the product in English should mean that instructions in English are provided?

Scam – Warning don't buy from this website. I’ve ordered from this website. The item I’ve ordered and paid according online they have it in stock and now I’m fighting to get my item or refund. I’ll just going to open a dispute with PayPal. Don’t believe what they got in stock online.
