Good range and very competitive pricing. Price matching claims are genuine. The only reason I gave four stars instead of 5 is the lack of clarity around delivery. No tracking and no warning regarding delivery until the day of delivery. By then it is probably too late to organise anything if you are not home. Show details ·  1

Product review for the PX8. Sound 9.5 Build quality 10 Noise Cancelling 8

Used inflight and very happy with the sound quality and anc. The ANC is not the best compared to the Sony xm6 but I bought this for the sound and have been very happy with it.

1 month update Been using the px8 to the gym, inflight and gaming. What a step up from my Bose . Sound quality is top notch and the noise cancellation works so well. For me it's still the clarity of the music that comes through. I could hear more from my workout playlist and oh boy on gaming it's wicked. Awesome job B&W!

racing through city streets began to fade, I heard Vin Diesel himself gently whisper ‘family’. Which confused me enough to shake me from the depths of my sorrow, and sent my mind travelling on thought like a car propelled by numbers into space. “Wonder if West Coast HiFi can help a man trying to avoid people on their mobiles at the cinema?”. So I sent a message via the easy to use web page, hoping there might be a way to extend the promotional pricing. Well, faster than Race Wars (2000 was a simpler time) sold out, West Coast HiFi uttered those magic words “it’s never too soon, junior”, within moments I had a personal link to the promotional pricing, and another click later safely paid and checked out. I felt weightless, like I was soaring through the air over taking tracks in an Orange Supra, tasteful under glow, and T-Tops off. But the was no coming down hard or broken arms for me, a smooth power slide to gracefully bring me to back to earth as the package arrived as fast as overnight parts from Japan. After a weekend installing the receiver, and some tasteful R34 Godzilla Blue Yamaha ceiling speakers, it was finally time to put this newly upgraded 7.1.4 system into gear. I think we all know which series it was always going to be grace my silver screen…

Excellent service from WCHF - very satisfying result despite a few hiccups – After fully researching WCHF products I ordered a Reavon 4k player online.. Unfortunately the shipping took longer than I expected (around 2 weeks - unlike my experience of many other online purchases around Australia). some of my discs so I contacted the online manager and also took it to my local store to prove my concerns (they even recorded the noise!). The problem buying online is when an issue arises you can't discuss things 'hands on' with a real person (and I didn't want to send my discs away with the player). The store contacted the WCHF online manager and my noisy player got sent back to Reavon.

After waiting 2 weeks I contacted the online manager to see what was happening and he arranged an immediate refund. He also notified me of a price reduction on an alternative Panasonic player (due to eofy sales). I ordered this new player, it arrived in a week and works very smoothly. Very happy with the outcome. Online communication was excellent over this whole process - there was a long string of text communication and I received responses within minutes on most occasions. It's not WCHF's fault that my first player wasn't up to scratch. It was comforting to find everyone online and in store worked hard to keep me happy and provide real service...

Overall: Product range and quality is good/excellent. Buying online - it can be difficult to solve issues without going into a store (replicating the issues, shipping, waiting time, etc). Staff were excellent. Communication was excellent !!

I bought a yamaha AS701 integrated amp on Saturday. It was delivered on Monday. It took me 5 minutes to set up and is performing beautifully. My Dad bought a lot of his hifi gear from West Coast HiFi about 45 years ago. I am pleased to say, you guys are still the best in the business. Awesome service and products. Bought headphones that were defective on arrival and was redirected to the manufacturer instead of the store resolving it. A day-one fault is a major failure under Australian Consumer Law, and the retailer is responsible. Poor after-sales support and very frustrating experience. Show details

Bought speakers on sale on line in June and they arrived in early August. Speakers are great and price was good. No problem with delivery. Just the delay on receiving them beyond advice and expectation that detracted from the experience. The comms were OK. Still recommend West coast HiFi as a good HiFi seller

guess. It all stems from there being no little local stock, relying on the East for supply which is typical. Happy with the product so far though, very happy. Ended up paying $3050 for an Onkyo tx-nr6100, a Polk es30, a pair of es20, es10 and OWM3.

I've played Hogwarts Legacy using through the system, using THX mode with dts 48/192khz, 7.1, truly wonderful.

Very prompt delivery and great communication throughout. The Shokz OpenRun 2 mini headphones are fantastic. I originally bought them for running, and they’ve been perfect for that, but I also use them for calls and online conferences.
