Awful

Power is continuously going off. It's totally unreliable and overpriced. How about waiving connection fees because we're not actually connected during lengthy power outage. Webpage for outages isn't updated enough.
We've got so much technology now, but still can't even manage to maintain power in Australia. Electric cars what a joke Show details

ABYSMAL SERVICE

3RD POWER CUT IN 2 DAYS...ABYSMAL....the power has dropped out 3 times in 2 days: 3 hrs, 2 hrs and now heading for 10 hrs outage, no compensation offered to us. Show details

Excellent Service in trying times

During the tornado event in Bunbury 10/05/24, Western Power continued to provide regular sms updates regarding the restoration of power to our homes. The power was back almost 24 hours before anticipated. Well done to the teams who ensured we were reconnected in amazing time under such difficult circumstances. Show details

Much appreciation to technicians at Western Power who were ready to go in immediately the fire in Wongan Hills was brought under control. Due to significant damage to power poles, lines and our sub station, we still have no power two days on with no relief in site. You are working tirelessly and unselfishly to restore power to residents as quickly as possible. In the resource rich state that WA is, it's time for our state government to take these (too frequent) outages more seriously by allocating funds to fix the problem permanently.
The buck stops with them.

Power outage

Power outage from 8pm till 3am. Suburbs everywhere have different time outages because they closed all the factories down and don't have enough to back up when a heatwave happens. Then synergy and government rip you off for power bills. Show details

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!

I have lost the account of how many times per year we have planned and unplanned power outages! I have never seen this anywhere else I have ever been and lived in my life, including 3rd world countries. I live in Balcatta and this year we have at least 6 power outages? This is one per month! We lost everything we purchased in the shop, we lost appliances and they make it so hard to file a complaint for compensation that we just give up! People is buying 500K units in the same area as it it was worth it! This is a F JOKE! Show details

So bloody unreliable

I’m so angry and over the constant outages, so many last summer, now 2 this week,. It’s Sunday night no power from 6pm/ 11.30 they say.
Wish I was off grid.
I truly have had it with this mob of imported incompetence.
No dinner, no shower as I have no water because the pump is electric.
