Great service in a pinch – The power at our property would not turn back on following an outage in the area. I really appreciate Western Power's customer service portal. It's user friendly, easy to hear automated updates for your area, and allows you to speak to an agent without jumping through hoops.

I like to complain about how greedy this company is we lost power for 10 hrs over Xmas day and not a cent was payed seen most our food went off due to being a 40 degrees day and they say they. After waiting time of 2 years discussing about various solutions...to connect the 3 phases power to our farm... is over twice as much as it should be. The monopoly of the company WESTERN POWER was very abusive! and finally after months of pushing all work and all preparation ready...begging them for weeks again... they came with 12 trucks 8 cars 41 people... to simply change one post and install 2 new one... They cut the two news smaller post in 1 m length only...they prefer to waist it ,instead of giving it to the farm for fencing... so that we can not use them on the farm...

6 power outages in 24 hours. And this is after they did routine maintenance last week. We had no power for 10 hours then. These outages are lasting from an hour to three hours at a time. Unreliable – Each summer a power drop out in Greenwood, ostensibly due to a feeder problem this time at the beginning of another heat wave. Western Power estimates that it will take approximately five hours to restore power. my consumption is $5 per bill and service fee $120 for SERVICE LOL. Service SERVICE. Come on has to be the worst company in the universe in my opinion but surely I have reason to think this.

24 hrs without electricity – Year after year, we endure long power outages in Innaloo. Despite the previous outage, no action has been taken. Consequently, we are once again plunged into darkness for 24 hours! And to add insult to injury, the latest update suggests that power restoration is unlikely until tomorrow morning! Western NO Power – Living in very rural WA. Power outages are common place, especially if it rains, Guaranteed outage, for hours! This company are seriously lacking in upgrading their existing infrastructure. I'm surprised we get any power at all. It's a serious shame we have only 1 power company to choose from. Absolute systemic failure – 12 to 15 months to connect to the grid for a new house build in an area that the block is the last one to be built on and everyone else has power. Power in the street to every household. THE POWER POLE IS 5 METRES FROM WHERE THE DOME WOULD BE ON MY PROPERTY!. Every excuse is given but no actual action is taken. Excellent Service in trying times – During the tornado event in Bunbury 10/05/24, Western Power continued to provide regular sms updates regarding the restoration of power to our homes. Power outage – Power outage from 8pm till 3am. Suburbs everywhere have different time outages because they closed all the factories down and don't have enough to back up when a heatwave happens. Then synergy and government rip you off for power bills. Show details
