frustrating experience (I am sure on all sides), Westside Management Pty Limited has shown their integrity and professionalism by reaching out once they learned of the issues and not only offered solutions but made it clear that they care about property management and value their costumers.

I do have to point out that the building manager is very polite, professional, and responsive. Additionally, as Strata management is a rather difficult and demanding job, I am sure there is ample opportunity for conflict and frustration. I believe, however, that it is the ability to take ownership and move on from challenges that allows us to successfully grow, and am happy to attest that Westside Strata company represents those values.

Jessica Duong is a Strata assistant not a manager! She thinks she can come barging in changing arrangments that was set into place with our complex. Don't use her. She lies and just push aside tenants and owners agreements to get pass what she wants. Wouldn't recommend her at all. Doesn't reconcile with tenants or owners before she takes her own actions into place. Inconsiderate!

Poor service – Very dissapointed with the quality of service from this company,we have now moved on to another company that is providing a much better service.

Doesn't answer emails or return calls – Hard to assess the service as they do not answer emails, or even acknowledge receipt of an email with a "sorry, will get back to you soon", and when a message is left, again, no response. Come on George...

to patiently follow through on an application to Sydney Water, to recover more than half of $6,000 charged in one bill. This was more than three times the normal charge to our Strata complex and was due to a leaking pipe, hidden under a brick pathway. Apart from this impressive achievement, Mr Nguyen has always responded promptly, in a friendly manner and most helpfully to important issues relating to plumbing, gardening and requests from owners or tenants' agents in our Strata complex.

Very responsive Strata Management – We have had a number of strata managers over the last 13 years owning our unit.
