Just a heads up about their terrible Return Policy; you have to pay for shipping when returning stuff, and they can come up with all sorts of excuses to refuse your returns...
They use Aramex which are a rubbish courier service. They allegedly missed delivery today (Thursday) and the earliest I can book in for a re-delivery is now Monday. Also, they don't have a depot for you to pick it up from. I would give this review to the courier company except it's 2025 so businesses can and should check the reviews of the courier company they choose to use before employing them.

without having to have them altered, and that I could purchase them locally in Australia. I found them on Wild Earth and they were very prompt in delivering my order. Unfortunately, the courier service, Aramex, that I’ve previously reviewed, delivered them to the wrong address. Wild Earth was very prompt in following this up, offering to refund or send a new pair if they went missing. Good news, they were redelivered the next day. Props to Wild Earth! I ended up buying a second pair in a slightly larger waist size; both pairs are fine, but the larger size will be more suitable for comfort for long distance flying. I will update this review later this year when I head back to Japan. I already own pants by Helly Hansen and Gondwana, and they have served me well over the years, however, these pants are very comfortable with their stretch panels. I can recommend them as being good all-rounder pants (subject to my travel review), and I can highly recommend Wild Earth for their product range and customer service (unsolicited!) Haden from Wild Earth was outstanding.
He listened to my concerns, checked stock levels physically, checked with the Warehouse Manager to make sure delivery would leave ASAP and arranged StarTrack to make it all as fast as possible.
In the end, the 4x massive boxes arrived days ahead of schedule!
One box had been spilt in transit and some parts had been lost by StarTrack (luckily not parts that would stop our holidays!!). I let Wild Earth know and while we were away on our holiday they managed it all for us.
All missing parts were supplied promptly and with no fuss at all.
This company deserves good reviews and I can only assume that people are quicker to complain than they are to say something nice these days and that's a sad indictment on our culture.
I would happily buy from them again and would recommend Wild Earth to my friends and family.

out the email meant there were none in stock and they'd refunded the full amount. And THEN, lo and behold, just a few days later, their website announces they have the products. I rang them to complain and suggested they could have notified me of the stock replenishment, but they were unfazed and not about to honour my order. I also responded to their customer feedback survey to comment on their poor inventory management. Long story short...Yes, I could buy the products from them online and pay shipping this time, but in hindsight, I felt dudded because the shipment for 1 item came to just over half the cost of the item itself so they summarily cancelled the order.

questions asked, got the refund almost straight away. Another time someone stole my delivery from out front of my place while I was away. Just like before, I let them know and they shipped me a replacement order straight away and it arrived in time for my next planned trip. I then contacted Wild Earth to explain the situation. This was on a Sunday and I received an immediate reply to my surprise. They were very apologetic and offered to re-send the item at no charge and the staff member made a note of this to be done on Monday morning. They were straight on to it and I was very pleased when my item eventually arrived. The issues I had were with the carrier, not the seller so I will make sure to choose a different delivery option (via courier) next time.

Don't Buy ANY Tasmanian tiger Products – Purchased Tasmanian Tiger Pouch no 7. What an absolute load of poor quality rubbish this stuff is ? Packaging resulted in damage to product, company refused to refund – Expensive backpack arrived wrapped in what was essentially a plastic bag. The backpack had damage and so I submitted a request for a replacement. The company contacted me immediately to advise that they would not offer a replacement as I had caused the fault. The manager of returns also advised that they received on of these issues a week! I would certainly not purchase from this company again.
Very poor packaging for an expensive tent! – Very poor packaging for an expensive tent! My $600 tent was wrapped in rubbish liner when I received it. The tent fly could’ve been easily damaged during sorting and transport. Would need to check thoroughly for damage.
Excellent price and fast delivery – Bought a pair of Mizuno Goretex running shoes. They were offered about $80 cheaper than any other site, and they arrived very fast (ahead of promised date). Couldn’t be happier.
Very poor customer service – Bought a product from Wild Earth in 2019 which had a major fault with it. I have tried numerous times via email, live chat and phone to return it for a warranty claim but they will not even respond to me. Now having to get the ACCC involved. No problems after a number of purchases – Have purchased items from Wild Earth a number of times and have also been through the returns process with a tent that was not working out for me. I was dealing with Nathan for the return and had no issues. I find they stock some pretty decent gear, higher end than Snowys. One thing that I do have to mention is that their review system is flawed, mine never seemed to get published.

Can't recommend this company more, and I'm comfortable purchasing higher ticket price items online as I know the return process is easy if there are any problems. Will continue to purchase my equipment from Wild Earth, and seek their price matching service if I find the same item elsewhere for cheaper. Their customer service has really sold it for me.
Disappointing – Dodgy product sizing. My North Face coat was meant to be size S, but definitely felt more like an XS. Online Returns (avoiding naming him) very unhelpful as the guy was unable to remember our previous conversations - very convenient. Will be avoiding Wild Earth in the future.

Amazing customer service – After receiving a damaged item(in transport) the help centre was able to dispatch a new item that day and a free return for the damaged item.
