Unfortunately the hat “style Anderson” is also to shallow for a male head. Bit disappointed as it’s sold as unisex. You need a very small forehead to make this hat work for you.

Companies should not be able to force credit only when it’s their product at fault. They should be covering and refunding postage for initial item. Greedy un-Australian

Such a fast and easy process! Cannot recommend them highly enough, this is the 3rd hat I’ve purchased through them and cannot fault them!

I am annoyed with this company. I keep getting spam text messages with a stop 'stop option' that appears as spam and possibly a computer virus link. It doesn't work and I was reluctant to click this link. I have never dealt with this awful company, nor their pathetic products. How dare they market their useless products this way! Avoid them like you would any other toxic virus.

Unfortunately they do not issue refunds and will only accept exchanges or issue a credit note, but will deduct money from you for the return. Absolute scam! Do not waste your time or money. also terrible, I ordered straw hat and 2 different fabric bucket hats, both cuts if bucket hats were.woder at top of head/crown than head band, meaning the had shape when worn just looks wrong. Fabric material is also poor.

Don't buy you can't return and customer service is terrible – Don't do it! If you don't like the hats you'll have no way to send them back or get a refund. The package came badly damaged. The hats weren't flat and frankly I just don't like them. They never stated that the hats were shipping from Australia and that I'd have to pay return shipping and only receive a store credit for the return. Scam - Avoid – Will & Bear will not give a refund on sale items but did not state that prior to purchase. Their largest hat won't fit me, so the store credit they're offering is useless. Customer service refuses to help. Dishonest marketing and bad business practice.

Cannot get refund and unable to speak to anybody on the phone – I bought a hat as a gift and it was unwanted. Unable to get a refund. Store credit or exchange only options. Texting only means of communication. Warning to others. Good products but poor service.

Great product, above and beyond service – Before I bought my hat I reached out to will and bear on Facebook with some questions about the sale. Not only did they replied very quickly and answer my questions, they also set up a personal invoice and helped me get the best deal possible. Super good service. Be careful - they don’t give refunds – Purchased a size small hat based on website sizing and my head circumference. The hat is too big. Love my hat & great service – Love my Will & Bear hat! I'm not usually a hat person so was reluctant but the Anderson is so comfy! I am in between sizes so initially ordered too small but returned easily for a store credit to use to get the bigger size. They had some hat fillers to make it fit me better, which were easy to use and worked a treat. Customer Service was very helpful throughout the return process. Best customer experience – I couldn't recommend Will & Bear more. We have now purchased 5 hats in total. Manipulated Reviews - NO RETURNS – Stay away from them, once you purchase a hat they will do everything to not give you a return! They are breaking ACCC rules and forcing youto a product that is NOT that great! You can dispute you issue with your credit card!

Do not trust them or their reviews. They pretend to have a positive ethos but are dishonest and unscrupulous. I didn't want to have to create this page but they didn't leave me any other choice.

Please think twice before buying from them. They can change the terms of sale as they wish.
