Amazing customer service and support – We have been dealing with Wilson's for nearly 2 years and this time was to no fault of theirs, we had issues getting title and then with Bushfire rating. walls, changed doors and added cupboards) nothing was too difficult. Our appointment for color selection was an amazing day everyone we met was friendly and knowledgeable. Once the build got on the way Matt our supervisor was great, he kept us up to date answered emails and calls and between himself and the amazing contractors we were able to get the keys just before Christmas. Having now moved in we love it, it's everything we had hoped, and the great service hasn't finished with friendly follow ups and calls to see everything is ok. Having built a house previously this was definitely an easy and less stressful time, we were amazed at how quick and well-built it is. We recommend Wilsons to everyone; they have been a great team to deal with.

My New House – Matt Stewart the project manager for my build was the ultimate professional kept me informed at all stages and would make sure he would get me to look at any thing that needed my feedback. start… once the construction got going, it was great to watch… there were some delays in available workers but over all we were very happy with the timing… usually they said (pre covid) that they would get our house up in way less time then our contract stated buy lets face it, who hasn’t been affected by covid so there was no point getting shirty about it… The two weeks from completion to hand over were the longest two weeks of my life haha the anticipation was insane but so glad we chose wilsons… our site supervisor checked in every week with updates… Cost came in exactly what we were quoted too which is a bonus! Overall i would definitely build with wilsons again… thank you so much i love my new home!
Quality homes, helpful and friendly team – Scott Wilson was great to deal with I met him and Chelsea at the Latrobe display home it was good to see the finished product before buying my own plan, Scott and the team suggested great ways for me to get what I wanted and be stress free with the simplicity payment option which ment I didn’t have weelky payments till completion which helped… Read more
while paying rent and made suggestions to help me as well and save me money when it came to finance, stamp duty and solicitor fees. I really liked the design centre the fact you can sit down with an interior designer and choose everything in the one spot was very convenient and saved time, great for me as I don’t have a lot of spare time. During the build process I got regular updates and pictures via email and phone to get me in the loop, and walk throughs to see onsite progress. They look after you with a 90 day warranty as well so if you move in and find something that needs fixing after the final inspection it can be looked at and fixed in that period. Elliot ,Thalia and Chelsea’s communication was really good if I had any questions they were always happy to answer and follow up quickly with me. The other thing I liked as well was the fact that once I picked everything and it was all locked into the contract the price didn’t change which gives you peace of mind of what your in for.
