Wonderful experience
TAS, HobartThis is the second home we have built with Wilson Homes and it has surpassed our expectations. The construction and finishes of the home are excellent, but it was the tireless efforts of our building supervisor that really made the experience. He was in contact with us regularly providing updates, any issues were addressed in a timely matter, he went over and beyond to ensure the house was exactly what we envisioned. I cannot praise him enough for his professionalism and friendly manner. We now get to sit back, relax and enjoy our new home.

New Build
TAS, HobartThroughout the duration of our build Matt Muskett has been great. He was supportive and ensured we stayed informed the whole process. The experience was as stress free as it could possibly be.
We recommend him highly!
Excellent construction, not appealing communication and time management.
TAS, HobartConstruction wise no compromise but, communication wise it was disappointing regarding increased price. Site supervisor deserves 5 stars but company communication deserves 4 star. The company added more price than the consolidated price without letting us know that it is going to increase which is disappointing. Either there is poor communication or there is no transparency.

Luke is exceptional
TAS, HobartWe have had an absolutely horrendous run with Wilson during the pre-construction process and our entire experience has been turned around by our slab supervisor Luke. Contact from the second excavation started through to the slab being done (from lunch time yesterday finishing around 9pm) absolutely fantastic work cannot recommend highly enough. I only hope the remaining stages are looked after just as well and are completed just as quickly. Thank you so much to Luke and the team for getting so much done so quickly we are over the moon :-)

TAS, LauncestonFrom our first phone call and then throughout the planning stage, we have been extremely impressed by the support provided by our Wilson Homes Sales Consultant. We were particularly thankful that he took the time to listen carefully to our specific needs/desires (including budget limitations), and drew from his architectural insights to help us plan together a house that we will in the future call 'home'.

TAS, HobartThis is my first house and Very disappointed with the quality of work. I would never recommend anyone to build their homes with Wilson. Display homes are build with good quality to attract people but the houses they build for customers are very bad quality and cheap materials

Gary Bird was fantastic to work with during our PC completion stage. Gary has a high level of construction knowledge, and assisted us with final amendments that were time sensitive. Gary was inclusive, listened to all of our concerns, and acted promptly, always producing a solution very quickly. Post key handover, Gary has showed so much kindness and effort to assist us with any small concern, which we greatly appreciate. We want to thank both Will and Gary for their fantastic care and service throughout our build process.
Exceptional experience to date
TAS, LauncestonEarly stages, but have been dealing with Phil and his team in Launceston after a horrid experience with another company.
Phil is the first person you meet and speak to so the face of the company in Launceston. My experience has been nothing but positive, nothing has been a problem whether big or small questions. Prompt, attentive and works with you rather than over you.
Together we have a forever home design that is perfect for my family needs with my two disab adult sons growing needs accommodated. I'm so excited to see this journey complete

Very thorough and informative process
TAS, HobartSherry guided us through the colour selection process in professional manner. She explained to us the various colour combinations and helped us visualise how the house would look like. The use of samples that one can touch and feel was really good. Sherry was a delight to work with.

Highly recommended Builder- Excellent service Peter and Amber
TAS, HobartI would say the the whole process with Wilson Home was amazing. Staffs are very friendly and helpful to guide me through as I am very new to the process. Peter and Amber has done an amazing job on designing and recommending options for the build. Only drawback that I can highlight here is the fixed price of our home design increased significantly due to titles not being issued on agreed time frame. This would be a good feedback for future clients.

We are really upset with the progress of construction, it was ok before xmas, after that its really slow, keep moving dates. we came to know about Supervisor change its going really slow with new Supervisor. why construction progress should be affected with supervisor change, I feel depressed when I went to visit and no progress, feel was worst decision to choose Wilson homes.
