Very bad customer service

Trying to connect the electricity over the weekend, it could not be done within the weekend, which is understandable as it's not working hours. But when I tried to ask how I know it's connected or not, the customer service staff could not give me the expected answer upfront, but just round and round telling me the "standard statements". Show details

Painful

They make the process of applying for a concession next to impossible. I am STILL getting emails from customer service about it, asking for information that they already have been given multiple times. It's so painful and they still haven't processed it after 2 weeks of daily emails repeatedly asking for the same details. And they charge too much. If I wasn't locked in because of my home being in a complex, I would never have used them. Show details

Bad Customer SErvice experience

Agent, Rachel appeared to not really care about my query, and was in a rush to resolve it.

Privacy factor and privacy concern (due information not provided) was completely dismissed as "customer error" - easy enough fix which was lucky, otherwise this would have been rasied with CRT, and or NSW Ombudsman for Energy & Water. Show details

Terrible company, total lack of accountability and terrible customer service! Their embedded network pricing is ridiculous and despite multiple complaints they still haven’t passed on the qld gov cost of living rebate (7 months after it was announced!). Avoid this company at all costs! Show details

Garbage company monopolising the industry

Their fees are incredibly high and their customer service team is extremely rude. When I ask for clarification for my bill they just resent my bill to me and said "it's all there."

Forced to use them in an apartment and website/customer portal is terrible

Website is always down, was trying to move out this weekend and stop my service and it hasn't been available once citing maintenance but no heads up was given or alternatives or even any idea when maintenance would end.

Shockingly rude customer service team

This company doesn’t really care about their customers. When there is an on-site metering issue which leads to estimated reads which are way off, they do not communicate to the customer at all and bill shock them without any explanation. Show details
