We originally were shown many options by Michael, who was clearly an experienced sales person of the products. It is always good to be served by someone who knows what they are doing and can navigate through any issues that arise. Michael is a valuable asset of the business and made our journey through the purchase seamless.

My son and daughter-in-law purchased a stove/oven from Winnings in March 2025 along with delivery/installation. As the item was a floor display model they had inspected it in store and had photos. emails/phone calls to get Winnings to accept the damage even though it had been verified by delivery people. Winnings refused to replace the item and insisted repair was the only option. Several repair visits later - each with multiple emails and delays- the stove is still not operable and Winnings line is that parts are on back order. It is now end July’25 - five months from purchase- and still no operable stove/oven. A shocking indictment on winnings and their standard of customer service!!

service from a company that prides themselves on their “exceptional customer service” was diabolical and the staff’s incompetence honestly mind blowing. If it were possible to give a zero star review, believe me, I would! My advice to anyone considering shopping with Winning Appliances would be JUST DON’T!

“Whining” Appliances – Acrid staff, self-engrossed in personal conversations, adept at avoiding customers, oblivious of product knowledge, pretentious and uncouth. Waste of an hour. Good Guys gave me a far better experience – Could not tolerate unhelpful service and bureaucratic nonsense required to get admission to their precious temple. Left asap and went to the Good Guys at Alexandria where service was very good and range of products on display was better. Best customer service – We purchased products for our renovation and dealt with Fauve throughout - customer service has been excellent and Fauve has made the process much easier. Recommend Winnings and Fauve if you are looking for home products.

Stephen Morato was our instore contact and he was able to efficiently lead us in the right direction to make decisions and seek availability quickly. Great stove but no soft closing door as indicated on Ilve specifications – This is a great unit with many inclusions and the expected Ilve quality and standard. Just be aware that the specification sheet includes a soft closing door which isn’t the case with the Australian model. Show details
