message from Wireless 1 apologising for the delay. I told them to refund my money. To date I am still waiting, I escalated it with PayPal and Lo and am currently waiting for the outcome. AVOID this store at all costs, ASUS are no better.

Product not received, no response from Wireless1 – Ordered a mouse over a month ago. Hasn't arrived and there's no sign that it's on its way. They will not reply to my email or answer my phone calls. I also noticed today that their website is down - has this company just dissapared?

Scam artists, communication non existent – Absolute scam artists. Bought through official ASUS Australia website on 6/12/24 and found out wireless1 are the resellers. Recieved invoices confirming purchase then the wait and hell began. Item was never shipped and still hasn't been to this day. Can't get through to wireless1 as they never answer anything. Wireless1 - Poor service, lack of communication and false advertising – Wireless1 had a sale on 14/11/2024 for a bunch of Ubiquiti gear. Well it's Mid December. I've not received any of the multiple products I've ordered.

You've not given me any options besides wait + lack of updates. You've not offered Refunds, Sent me what's in stock, etc. You're holding onto my money and now I'm out of pocket / without my goods.

Will be requesting a charge-back and will never shop here again.

Why do orders take so long to be posted? – Store has good pricing and range, but postage took way longer than it should have. My order took 10 days just to be lodged with AusPost. Show details

Surprisingly ghosted – Silence after order. The product I ordered had no updates on its shipping status after a week. After I emailed them, I had an response saying they would check back in daily. 3 days of no response I have had no reply. Surprising because last time I ordered the shipping time was a few days. Navigating the site was quick and easy, to the point.

Good price & product but very poor communication & delivery – Despite the reasonable sale offer there was no communication from seller until I asked where my order was to be told they had no stock and wouldn't have any for a while. Still waiting ten days later for an update.

Okay for a deal – Good discount on Ubiquity. Their website needs updating though, very hard to search. Their packaging was also not great, just with bubble wrap so all the boxes got squashed.

Sound like AI robot company to deal with that is not working properly – order placed and no responding. It appears that wireless 1 has no one monitoring the system. It sits there and only auto sending out message asking end user to contact them if order not received. Customer phone number is on music all the time. And email took more than 24 hr to reply. Hate to deal with robot company. Never ever deal with it again.

correct address i had given on my original invoice. they then said the address doesnt appear on google search. i explained i live remotely and for security the PMB address is secure. then they changed to wanting a signature, previously not needing one or stating it was required. then i get an email saying my order will be cancelled, but nothing about a return of money. i sent multiple emails getting more annoyed each time with no reply. the person on the phone said the manager wouldnt take my calls.

despite prior to getting angry i had provided a family address for a signature and that was not a PO box or PMB. with nothing other than a verbally being told my money "should be back in 3-5 business days." so far im out $1700 with no guarantee of financial return or the product i have paid for. even after meeting everything they asked for. DO NOT TRUST wireless1
