Shoddy and Deceitful.

Sells items on eBay with fraudulent delivery estimates and then advises there's a 20-day handling delay. Have read several separate reviews stating they have engaged in this conduct - just withing the last month. So the excuse that's being given on other sites of it being a mistake or error in their inventory software is absolute nonsense. Targeted and fraudulent. Stay away at all costs.

It seems that it is not the first time they sell goods that they do not have in stock, even it shows delivery will be in a week.
Good luck, maybe u can have ur parcel a month later if they do not cancel it.


Sells items not in stock, delayed delivery

This company seems to rely heavily on good reviews on productreview, and directs its customers (like me) to post reviews here, so here goes.

I have shopped on wireless1 twice now, once recently and once a couple of years ago. Both times, despite listing items as being in stock, they were out of stock and the company failed to deliver in the time promised. Once, I might forgive, but that's a 100% fail rate that now means I can't give my father his present on his birthday.

Either this company can't keep track of its own stock, which is hardly inspiring, or it doesn't stock items and sells via the distributor, which is deceptive.

Hi there Guy, I'm sorry to hear you've had a negative experience with both of your transactions. I'd like to look into this further to see if I can get to the bottom of what happened with your items. I'm unable to find any recent orders within the last month under your name or last name, so I cannot identify your order. Would you be able to provide me with the order or invoice number so I can further look into this? Our system stock counts are usually accurate and are done monthly. We have had some system errors in the past or a few other issues may occur in the stock count being slightly inaccurate. However, we are actively working on this to ensure this doesn't happen in the future. -Ash

Old School "Customer Service" - A Breath of Fresh Air!!!

Looking to buy some new Arlo Ultra Accessories and found it almost impossible to find a supplier that would help - That was until I came across Wireless 1!! Although the items are on back-order (As with all the other suppliers) Wireless 1 went out of their way to help me and to give me the most updated information about my purchase. Waited over 2 months for a return item and nothing sent.. will not deal with ever again.. stay away

bought a cool router that was faulty, no worries, i got warranty.

sent the router back and waiting for a new one be sent out, every week a person emails giving me a different story, and now they sent to to the wrong address,, so i gotta wait another 3 motnhs.. buying a new one from bingleee..

Hi there Fadi, We had informed you that the router was out of stock at the time you had sent it back for the replacement and there would be a slight wait for the item (around 2 weeks), in which you had agreed to wait. When the item was finally back in stock we had sent it back to you. In which you seemed happy with, even though it did take slightly longer than expected. However, you did not notify us that you had a new return address and so we had sent the replacement to your older address, in which you weren't happy with, so we had to wait for the item to be returned to sender, which, unfortunately, does take some time as they are not prioritized like regular parcels by the courier service, before we can send it out again to your new address. As a gesture of good will, we had even sent it out to you via express post the 2nd time around at no cost to you so you can get it sooner rather than later and we had provided (also at no cost to you) a Sandisk 64GB micro SD card considering the inconvenience caused by the wait. I do apologize that it had taken approximately a little over 1 month to replace your item, this is not how we regularly operate, but when an item is out of stock and we cannot immediately replace it, it is out of our hands until we can get more stock in, which in this case, had notified you about the situation. I hope you understand that the delay due to us not being notified of your new address, was not our mistake and unfortunately, cause a slightly longer lead time for your item, -Ash

great vendor

Great service, Prompt shipping

I managed to grab a good deal on Wireless1. They are extremely good when it comes to price for a specific product. Also, they ship orders from NSW to VIC much quicker than I expected. The product is as good as expected.

Great Service!

I had a great experience with Wireless 1. The item I bought was in fantastic, brand new codition, I got it for a discounted price I was happy with, and I got free shipping. To add to all that the item turned up a week earlier than promised over the busy Christmas season. I couldn't ask for a better experience!!
Would definitely buy from Wireless 1 again!

If you want terrible service and dodgy practice, shop here!

Customer service representatives have no clue what the left foot is doing from the right, they tell you one thing and then backtrack.

Company shipped defective product that did not operate as intended (not fault of their own, the manufacturers) which in traditional sense would remit a full refund via the manufacturer and consumer. Nope, not these shady chaps, they'll try to swindle every dollar out of you, even creating a margin of profit on postage (inflated price). They have a clear misunderstanding of Australian Consumer Law and common sense when dealing with customers.

I would highly avoid their Amazon site, but after my experience I would recommend you avoid them altogether.

Have to do a bank charge back in order to receive full ENTITLED refund.

Literal theft and fraudulent business practice.

Hi there Patrick, According to the feedback, you had left us on Amazon (Which is publicly avaliable to read). You had specifically stated that the item was NOT faulty and was simply not providing you with enough range, past your basement. We had messaged you saying that, if it's a fault, you may get the RMA number from NETGEAR after troubleshooting and we are happy to either replace or refund your item, whichever you choose, we also mentioned that we are happy to take care of the item for you if you do not wish to troubleshoot with them. You had told us the item isn't faulty and that you don't want it anymore cause it's not providing you what you need and you had asked us to pay for the shipping back to us. We don't pay for the shipping cost if it's a change of mind. It seems like you did not like this answer and then proceeded to open a return case on Amazon, which until they review, accept the return and then the item is back in our possession, we cannot refund. That delayed your refund even further. While we could have simply solved this between us, the delay in refund was caused due to the case being opened on Amazon. -AshYou've responded to the wrong person. Because if you think you're responding to the correct person (big guess) you're completely wrong. Please respond with my apparent public review on Amazon, which I've never in my entire life done. Your crew are completely useless and exceptionally rude, even trying to 'school' me on the law, customer service is beyond your capability. I had a few problems setting up the the Asus Lyra 2200 full home wi-Fi, the manufacturers tech department was of no use, so back to Wireless 1. Ash e-mailed instructions which helped in resolving the set up.
The Lyra works well, full and strong signal from garage to the back of the 2 storey house. It would be nice if the module illumination level could be toned down, and they do get quite warm.
The Lyra has certainly provided the solution for this rather long, 2 storey home.


Great mouse

Their eBay store is well layed out and easy to navigate. Although the product is of a high standard, it did not arrive on time. I ordered express and the product did not arrive. All and all a great product.
