on the process steps for e.g. a. Our Recycle water connection was disrupted/damaged during the lanscape process but no one did mentione to me about it and just called the work completed till I went myself (by luck before handover date) and saw that water leakage has ruined one portion of newly laid grass. b. Secondly, the quality of the grass and work done of rolling it is of very low standard considering what someone is paying for it. I am saying this because the high standard of work/product that I got from overall the construction duration is of top quality hence seeing low quality work can be picked easily.

Swimming Pool and Associated Landscaping – Chris the Wisdom Pools sales guy met me on site, part way through our build, very helpful and easy to talk to, the quote was received a few days later, along with a preliminary sketch, some minor changes followed, without a change to price. weeks ,In this time the house was finished and we had moved in. The day before the installation commenced we had a meeting with the Wisdom people, all was well and I met the Supervisor who was to look after the project, Nathan Murdock. The installation commenced and the guys that excavated and installed were exceptional, and very helpful, polite and very competent, they were a pleasure to deal with. I dealt with Nathan a few times, but really no need as everything was going to plan and it appeared that he had total control of the project. From the date of the initial site meeting (pre commencement) to actual handover was around 4 weeks, very happy with the performance and finish, and very professionally managed by Nathan.

Landscape Driveway Retaining wall – I got my landscaping done through wisdom homes. They have done amazing job according to my expectation. While working on the driveway there was minor damage (chip on the edges) which i was told it will get fixed. It was promised by manager that will be repaired and colour seal over the weekend.
