seller. It's obvious they never had the phone they sold us in the first place then ripped us off with an inferior phone. Customer support failed to address the issue initially and are now no longer even responding to any attempt to contact them.
Follow-up · The seller eventually offered a full refund upon return of the phone, or a small discount if I kept it. The discount didn't compensate for the situation, but I decided it was going to be too much trouble to return the phone and go through the whole process again of finding another one and re-setting up, etc.
UPDATE 2: Since my last update the phones I ordered arrived today. The CSR I spoke with told me that three of the five phones I ordered weren't in stock so he upgraded me to a later model. UPDATE 1: Apparently their system was down which I found out through using their chat feature. I called their number again after at least 20 attempts during the day and it actually went through to someone.
The guy I spoke with seemed helpful and said he would dispatch the phones either today or tomorrow and confirm it in an email. I'll keep my fingers crossed to see if they follow through. If so I will upgrade their review rating...
ORIGINAL REVIEW I placed an order 5 days ago for five phones. The order confirmation email says that it will take 4 to 5 days for the order to arrive and that I would receive a tracking number as soon as the order is dispatched.
We are now at day five, I haven't received a tracking number nor have I received the phones. This is a RED FLAG so I have now read the reviews and they say this company doesn't respond to emails, never answers the phone and the person on the live chat hangs up.
Alas, I tried calling and the phone rings out. I tried emailing and as yet no response. I tried the live chat and it doesn't work at all.
I have now accessed my account to check the order and it says it will be delivered in two more days. I clicked on the tracking info and there is none.
I'm starting to feel like I've been scammed. Service so far is terrible, hopefully it turns around and my order arrives.

I am overly frustrated with this situation. They are holding my money and there hasn't been contact for days.

Given no progress for 2 more week, I send another email to follow and the reply was "Thank you for your message. I've requested an update on your replacement from the concerned department. As soon as I have more information, I'll let you know." Given no progress for another month, I sent another message to follow up, and received word for word the same reply. The Defender case was advertised for the price of Symmetry case. These are 'old' model phone and cases, probably little demand. Seems like a way to sell redundant stock at full price.
The vendor is actually Skyphonez.
Also, I opted to pay via PayPal for protection, but the purchase is not listed in activity. The transaction does not appear to have been a genuine Paypal
If you recognise the content if the messages I have quoted above, you might be getting the run around too.

complaining and checking with them on 29 Apr, the item arrived on 30 Apr. So kudos for rectifying the problem quickly. Item received was genuine and no issues there. Only the initial delivery had hiccups. It shouldn't be that the customer has to follow up on tracking an item.

Terrible – Barely a functioning company with 0 customer support, their phones just ring out, no live chat anymore and no responses in emails. Please save yourself the hassle. They're the closest thing to a scam company that exists.

WiseMarket and I requested a replacement. No apology or follow up until I emailed to ask what was happening only to be told twice that it was being followed up. I saw red when they sent me an email saying Australia Post had delivered my phone and was I happy with their service after it had been returned.
