who told me they had forgotten to include an additional fee.

I was then sent a new contract with the extra fee added and asked to sign it again. To be honest, I found this quite disappointing. If there was an additional fee, I believe it should have been included and clearly disclosed before the original contract was signed.

It was frustrating to get to the very end of the process, think everything was done, and then have the terms changed because of something that was missed on their end.

Apart from that, the overall service was good, but unfortunately the way the additional fee was handled left me with a negative impression. Hopefully they can improve their processes so this doesn’t happen to other customers

Excellent customer service both via direct calls and chat. Accurate information in quote and very clear requests for extra information if and when required. The app is exceptional with a wealth of information to assist with paying off a loan smoothly and even quickly and other useful tips as well. Overall a very positive experience.

with a supervisor regarding their interest rates. On their app it is quoting ridiculous rates eg. interest eg 13.49% When my current loan with WISR is at 7.9%. Still waiting to hear back from them. And of course WISR did not follow through on their customer service promise to have the correct person contact me by the end of business today. Such a shame what was once a very good lender has reduced itself to this. Might be time to take businesses elsewhere.

Hassle free application. Very quick process. When the credit team wasn't sure of some things, they contacted me and I was able to provide them with explaination of my situation, etc. to help with the application process. Great customer service.

try and resolve this and have been ignored. My credit score was in the high 800's and now it's well below the average Australian score. Because of this major error, my credit score shows two unsecured loans with Wisr which is incorrect. Wisr’s acknowledgement that this was an ongoing issue confirms that Wisr was aware of the problem and had a duty to monitor, manage, and prevent ongoing harm to customers. Wisr’s failure to do so, combined with its failure to correct the error promptly or communicate with me after acknowledging the issue, represents a failure to meet its obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and applicable credit reporting obligations. If I had not identified the error when I was applying for a credit card, I would not have known this error had occurred. Due to this error and how this has affected my credit score, I am unable to apply for a credit card. I advised them that this required urgent attention so this could be removed from my file. Please do not use this company. I have since learned that this type of "error" is common with Wisr as well as other serious matters when handing a customer's credit file and personal information. As a result, I will now be lodging formal complaints with AFCA, ACCC and Fair Trading. Disgusting service.

Despite having a excellent credit score, Wisr claimed I was not going to be able to afford a loan from them for only $5000 and their reasoning was; "strict credit lending criteria" & "bank conduct". even a customer! I don't recommend this business. A flashy website is all it really is & a robotic response. Effectively you're dealing with an AI that determines if you can afford it. Pretty weak. Was able to get funding elsewhere without an issue.

I appreciate the loan and benefits of this loan however it seems the process, despite being a long process with repeated requests in seperate instances needed my documents almost immediately which truthfully didn't feel like a fair and equal process.

My broker helped arrange car finance with WISR and I found the process quick and painless. I also wanted an early termination clause without penalty as I am usuallu likely to settle before the end date of the contract and this was easily arranged.

I am struggling to link my loan to the app. I also noticed that you increased my debt by the amount of commission of the broker. I read somewhere that the finance institution pays broker's fees.

We purchased a vehicle on a short settlement time frame and our Wisr representative James did an amazing job getting the whole thing settled in 1 day staying back beyond 6pm to help settle the deal and allow us to pick up our new car.
