try and resolve this and have been ignored. My credit score was in the high 800's and now it's well below the average Australian score. Because of this major error, my credit score shows two unsecured loans with Wisr which is incorrect. Wisr’s acknowledgement that this was an ongoing issue confirms that Wisr was aware of the problem and had a duty to monitor, manage, and prevent ongoing harm to customers. Wisr’s failure to do so, combined with its failure to correct the error promptly or communicate with me after acknowledging the issue, represents a failure to meet its obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and applicable credit reporting obligations. If I had not identified the error when I was applying for a credit card, I would not have known this error had occurred. Due to this error and how this has affected my credit score, I am unable to apply for a credit card. I advised them that this required urgent attention so this could be removed from my file. Please do not use this company. I have since learned that this type of "error" is common with Wisr as well as other serious matters when handing a customer's credit file and personal information. As a result, I will now be lodging formal complaints with AFCA, ACCC and Fair Trading. Disgusting service.

Very satisfied, I was able to adjust my payments to suit my lifestyle for example change it to weekly payments instead of fortnightly and also have control on making extra payments. I appreciate the loan and benefits of this loan however it seems the process, despite being a long process with repeated requests in seperate instances needed my documents almost immediately which truthfully didn't feel like a fair and equal process. Show details

Terrible experience, Took them whole week to come up with a louse unfounded explanation and failed to analyse through the provided data. Takes them 24hrs just to reply to an email. I doubt the positive reviews on these ones, am leaning towards paid reviews not genuine.

previous loans where you need to pay for a loan statement, so full visibility is quite important to me. Everything was quick, easy and seamless, which was highly appreciated because I live a very stressful life.

I was so pleased with Wisr for a car loan, once I paid it off I secured another loan to upgrade to another car. I love the "round-up" function on the app....by using it is paid off my original car loan 16months early. Very happy customer. Highly recommend.

I had a good experience with Wisr to obtain a fairly large personal loan. Very fast customer service and replies, not really any issues getting the loan besides my bank Up wasn't in the list to upload bank statements, which I had to reach out to get another link that did have it as an option and it's also not compatible with roundups. All requests are handled promptly. The deal given was better than the car dealer could do. No early payment fees. The only thing I don’t like is when I make an extra payment, I have to print out a remittance and email it to them. In the days of portals and on line security it is a cumbersome step. Show details
