Received online order with tag still on. After multiple SMS & emails was told by Witchery to take product to store to have tag removed even though I advised them multiple times I am currently unable to drive due to surgery! understand. In the end I gave up trying to deal with their joke if a customer service department & had a family member return item to store to have tag removed only to find out it was not the same tagging system the store used so that was a wasted 1.5hr round trip for my family member. Witchery need a total overhaul of their online order system & so called customer service department. Store also advised they had multiple customers returning online purchases due to tag still being attached.

Second order in as many weeks that has gone AWOL. I don’t know what is happening at Witchery but the last two experiences has left me with no confidence in purchasing online with them. Never again.

What in the Temu special is going on, Witchery. I'm getting the 80's Kmart vibe with the quality. I went to purchase more of your tank tops (I love them) and now they are a lot thinner but the same price. Your dresses made from "a soft cotton blend" are cheap poplin - currently selling at Spotlight for $2.75 a meter and your linen shorts are see through they are such poor quality. Whatever foreign sweat shop you have engaged, move on from them. Show details

Online Order - arrived with security tag on – Item arrived with security tag on. Solution - go to the nearest store & get it off or wait for return delivery satchel then post & wait for it to be resent with tag off. Not helpful when I have a function tomorrow I am planning to wear item & nearest store is a 1.5 hour return trip. Product Quality - Not Good – I bought this dress on a visit from NZ at Rosebud for abt $ 187.00 in July 22. I should perhaps had looked at reviews before I did. that the seams on one of the arms are not done, so it's all frayed and jagged and now if I don't do it myself, it will fray and in no time the dress will be damaged.

Now one, doesn't pay $ 187 for a dress in order to complete the work that should have been done beforehand especially from a company like Witchery! Do you not have quality control? Regardless of where the dress is made, there should be QC this dress should have been rejected or sold at a discounted price advising the customer that it's faulty!

I am not going to wear this dress and next month when I go back to Rosebud, I'm going to see if I can get a discount or a refund, although I've washed the dress and am not sure where the receipt is, however I do have the credit card statement.

You need to up your game, Witchery. This is not good business practice. Your clothes aren't cheap but the quality is!

Employee of the year - Jenny deserves the title – The service that Jenny provided at Miranda Westfield was exceptional, her professionalism and knowledge about fashion is a credit to her, Witchery you are very lucky to have her work for your company. I always ask for her in store as she is honest and only sells you what you are really happy with.

‐--------‐------------------------------------------------------------OLDER POST: I went to a Witchery store and at the Brisbane Aiport DFO and asked a sales person ( woman with shoulder length blonde hair and in her 30-40s age bracket) if they accepted my earned voucher and she asked for my mb number. I also logged onto my witchery account at the same time and just like that my $150 dollar voucher DISAPPEARED infront of my eyes and went from $150 to $100 and then $00.05. I think that staff member did something and then had the audacity to then tell me that the use by date of my EARNED VOUCHERS had EXPIRED. That is Absolutely disgusting and without any integrity.GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK WITCHERY!!! Shame on you.

Best customer service in store! – I'd like to acknowledge the excellent customer service of Effi at the Chadstone Witchery store recently. Effi went above and beyond to ensure I was able to purchase the item I wanted in the correct size and using the voucher payment option I requested. She rang other stores, advised me on how to receive a discount and generally showed empathy, professionalism and absolute courtesy. Witchery has lost its way. The current summer collection basically offers nothing for women who wear a bra. Everything is shoestring straps (those awful satin lace camis that I thought died in 2004), halters or off the shoulder. If you have breasts, there’s one fugly asymmetric shirt for you.

Love the clothes but in 2026, Witchery’s customer service is absolutely appalling. They seem to have outsourced it to India and Ai bots and any issues take up to a week or longer, to resolve, by which time you have almost certainly missed out on the items you want to purchase. They couldn’t care less about their customers. Extremely disappointing as a 30year + customer.

Terribly slow to deliver items. I ordered a dress first day they had the 30% off Black Friday sales and I visited 2 stores with the dress in stock on my lunch break thinking it would be quick. I received an email 5 days later stating they were trying to source my order but when I go into store, there it is, in my size on the racks and a few in each store mind you. I should have just gone in and bought it in store. Online service is terrible! Show details

Appalled by the customer service yesterday at Westfield Chermside Friday 9/08/25. Two ladies, older age might I add, gas bagging and not one of them offered help as I was trying on belts. Probably shouldn’t work in retail ladies, or any customer service role for that matter. Such a shame as it was it was a completely different much pleasant experience when I purchased a set in May.

I purchased a jumper online and sent to back for an exchange within 2 days of receiving it. Conformation from Aust Post that witchery received it 21/7/25, then the dramas began. There is no customer service number, chat online doesn't work so you need to text, each reply you receive is a generic one so you need to provide all your info again.… Read more

This has gone over the 10 business days and I still am no closer to a refund or actually getting any information , now I have a case number which asks me exactly the same thing each time, please provide proof of return , then it all starts again. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, worse I have ever come across. I will be taking this to the ACCC as I am sure that they will be breaching rules that you cant even contact them. After going back and forward for over 2 weeks, I am done playing nice and will be reporting them for every breach I can come across. Their customers support module, for one would defiantly breach retail laws. YOU CANT COMMUNICATE WITH THEM !!!!!!

I wanted to return jeans bought online. The return process took me to a third party that wanted my date of birth and either my drivers licence no, passport number or Medicare number! will then process the refund. I knew in my bones this was incorrect but she had already printed off a packing slip, taken my item and brushed off any of my questions about this strange process. She was condescending and clearly unwilling to mess with her sales target for the day by processing a refund. I attempted to make a complaint to head office but as mentioned in previous reviews: chat is disabled and no one gets back to messages. Somehow, by some miracle, I managed to speak to someone after days of trying. She told me that my experience was not in line with their processes and that she would follow up. She then sent me an email confirming the complaint had been logged but in the email it mentioned the Townsville store. I replied telling her this was incorrect and heard nothing back. Sent a follow up email - still nothing. I will never shop at Witchery again. What a joke.

You can’t email or call, and the only available contact method, text, does not get a response. I’m still waiting to hear when I’ll get my product or a refund. Do not trust! I found the online store has a glitch, some items were available on the app and not available on the website. The checkout also has a glitch which would not allow a guest checkout if it found an account linking to your email. reset the password. I attempted this numerous times over a period of a month and the same thing would occur. I then attempted to contact the Customer Service department on the 28/04/25 and it is now the 19/05/25 and they still haven’t been able to reset my password. I also made them aware of the importance of the current sales, of which I missed 2. Not pleased with the customer service department at Witchery, they did not address the lack of service or to advise when they reset my password so that I could check. Very frustrating.

I purchased a coat instore and was told at the counter that they could not find my account in their system. The saleswoman opened a new account for me. When the emails stopped mentioning the reward, I logged in to my account which similarly indicated current rewards of 0$. Getting in touch with customer service to question this was like getting blood out of a stone. A circus of errors and arrogant customer service followed this: fragmented responses, hand-balling, long periods of extended stalls in communication responses, the discovery that I had a duplicate account, and promises of reinstating a goodwill $50 reward to my account for 7 days (even though I was not given access to this rectified account and eventually only had 2 days access. All the while my basic questions went unanswered and no responsibility was taken by Witchery behind-the-scenes staff for the debacle. Shocking customer service for this current age. I will take my business elsewhere.

Don't shop at Witchery – I purchased 10 items from Witchery on 6 June 2024. As at 14 June 2024 I have received 3 items (8 days later) and 4 items have been cancelled. that my order had been cancelled has resulted in me missing out on the item that I saw in store. Also Witchery still has my money while I wait to find out if the remaining items will be provided or cancelled also. The notification email cancelling my order states the incorrect price for an item that I purchased and received the email notification. At present, of the 10 items I purchased, 4 have been cancelled, 3 have been delivered and I wait to find out if I will receive the remaining 3 items I purchased (8 days later). I have tried the on-line chat - what a waste of time. Tried calling and been on hold for an inordinate amount of time but at least they admitted there was an error with the charging and my refund. I have an email stating I have received two tops when only 1 was delivered. I have been informed that someone will get back to me in 5 to 7 business days about the missing money and missing item. What a shambles and they still have my money. How they have not gone broke with this kind of treatment - maybe they are making interest off the money from all the customers who pay but don't receive their orders over a significantly delayed period only to have their order cancelled (bait advertising). The amount of time I have wasted on trying to receive the items I have paid for and to receive a refund for the items that have been cancelled is not worth it. I will never shop with Witchery again.
