Honestly so so impressed with my order. The service was amazing and they were always so quick and kind when replying. There was a small delay with customs but they kept me updated and still delivered everything with so much care. I received my beautiful vases, all wrapped up and safe. I received a message to let me know there was a hold up, unfortunately the poor company had problems completely outside of their control, getting the glass in to make these lovely vases. far as to offer a complimentary vase, which I just couldn’t accept due to customer service and communication. Yeah, it took a little longer than expected, but once they got there glass shipment, they had there work cut out for them to get these orders moving, and I got my vases within the week. They just needed a bit of kindness and understanding, no company wants to fail time frames, especially when it’s outside of their control.

I bought this beautiful Minnie size vase for my daughter’s 16th birthday and I absolutely love it. The natural wood and glass design is stunning and such great quality. Love the idea, customer service was great after receiving mailed vase broken even though it was well packed and marked fragile. Picked up replacement to be safe. Placed coloured stones in bottom, added the peace lily and a stalk of Lucky Bamboo. Placed on a lazy susan so I can rotate to change the view. Horrible experience! Don't bother wasting your money! Paid for my order in January, end of March still nothing.... Won't refund my money, just keeps putting me off "it's coming, please be patient"! Scammed.... If I could give no stars I would.
Will never purchase from this site again. I placed an order on December 8th and didn’t receive it until today (2nd March). I tried multiple times to get updates and asked twice for a refund. what was happening regarding my order. I ordered a medium vase- the product is okay but now I’ve seen and felt it in person I don’t believe it’s worth $139. I appreciate they added a free mini vase for the delay but it was still more than double the time they told me it would take to receive it all and their communication is dismal. Do yourself a favour and stay clear of wooden lux.

Awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered and paid for on 5th Dec. Emailed multiple enquires. Only to be lied to - 1. Gave a tracking number which never eventuated. 2. Told that my order was a preorder and would take 4 - 6 weeks. ( it wasn’t a preorder and they admitted that in an email. ) 3. Was told ( in email) that the order would be… Read more
dispatched by the 16th of December. It didn’t happen. 4. After emailing them numerous times for updates and getting excuses for delay I requested a cancellation of the order and a full refund. 5. They never acknowledged my request and just said the vase would be posted by express. 6. I immediately emailed them back saying do not send. And once again requested the cancellation and a full refund. I have explained that I no longer required the item as I had bought another gift seeing it didn’t arrive in time. 7. They sent the item. Poor quality. Oh! Yeah they said they were including a mini vase because of the delay. That didn’t arrive. 8. It took 15 weeks for the item to arrive from the time it was ordered and paid for in full the time it actually arrived. 9. I have asked the for a return of the vase for a full refund. They have not responded. I have contacted my financial institute, but because the item was finally delivered they cannot do anything. I have kept all emails to and from this company. Which prove the underhanded service.

If I could give this store negative stars I would. I ordered a vase 4th December 2025. And was told a week later it was out of stock and it was going to be 3-6 weeks for restocking.
