Beautiful products and great customer service. My first order arrived broken (thanks Aus Post) but Woodenlux quickly replaced it with another without me having to return the broken one.

Beautiful original item. I bought a medium bowl and received it really quickly, and it's absolutely stunning! Also I contacted the seller through the website with a couple of questions to help me decide between medium or large, and received answers each time within a day or two. The bowl is so nice I'm probably going to buy a large one too!! I'm planning to use this for a succulent/cactus open terrarium. Show reply

Wow, how beautiful. I purchased the large one on preorder, it arrived sooner than expected. I absolutely love it. I don't know which side should be on display, all sides are equally stunning. I bought the large vase for a gift, sadly it was delayed due to shipping auth, but I was kept updated. It finally arrived but had a crack in the vase, when I contacted the company they answered my text within the hour and sent me a new piece, (wood and vase) straight away. I absolutely love it, one of a kind and my partner loves it. It has been worth the wait but a big thank you again for your communication in every step. Show reply

I received my stump vase today and I love it. I bought this to sit next to my late husbands photo on my buffet and it is just beautiful. I received my beautiful vases, all wrapped up and safe. I received a message to let me know there was a hold up, unfortunately the poor company had problems completely outside of their control, getting the glass in to make these lovely vases. Yeah, it took a little longer than expected, but once they got there glass shipment, they had there work cut out for them to get these orders moving, and I got my vases within the week. They just needed a bit of kindness and understanding, no company wants to fail time frames, especially when it’s outside of their control.
Really impressed with how Woodenlux handled my order. There were some delays, but the team kept me informed and followed through with a replacement. Love the idea, customer service was great after receiving mailed vase broken even though it was well packed and marked fragile. Picked up replacement to be safe. Placed coloured stones in bottom, added the peace lily and a stalk of Lucky Bamboo. Placed on a lazy susan so I can rotate to change the view. Very pleased with the purchase, have ordered a couple of minis to compliment the big one. Show reply

Terrible communication and ongoing excuses for delay of order. They delete true and factual comments deemed negative from their social media platforms. Received two minis (was advised a medium), as compensation as order was to be 4-6 weeks, but ended up nearly THREE months. Mini unstable and wobbly, dangerous if glass tumbles. arrived within a week in perfect condition and it is now sitting in my living area looking absolutely amazing. I am so happy with my bowl, it looks fantastic with a plant in it, and I am really happy with the service I received. 100% would recommend.

Placed an order on December 12th. I ordered 2 x medium vases with stumps C12 and C11. Received my order a month or so later - was sent 1 x large vase and stump only which arrived smashed. Today 9th of April, I received a package with what I thought was my actual order. WRONG. What I received was unfortunately not even close to what I ordered. Didn’t receive any complimentary vases. They said I was again sent someone else’s order. They also said they are waiting for more stock. Gave me the option of keeping the wrong vases and wait for stock, or send back and get full refund.
Unfortunately my patience is running out with this company after going back and forth for 4 months. So I will indeed be sending these wrong items back and hopefully receive a full refund for the order I never got. Very disappointing.

Your order was a pre order which stated 4-6 weeks at checkout hence the free mini's you will be recieving. Stock is expected in about 3 weeks now. We'll include a free mini for the wait. Will never purchase from this site again. I placed an order on December 8th and didn’t receive it until today (2nd March). I tried multiple times to get updates and asked twice for a refund. what was happening regarding my order. I ordered a medium vase- the product is okay but now I’ve seen and felt it in person I don’t believe it’s worth $139. I appreciate they added a free mini vase for the delay but it was still more than double the time they told me it would take to receive it all and their communication is dismal. Awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered and paid for on 5th Dec. Emailed multiple enquires. Only to be lied to - 1. Gave a tracking number which never eventuated. 2. dispatched by the 16th of December. It didn’t happen. 4. After emailing them numerous times for updates and getting excuses for delay I requested a cancellation of the order and a full refund. 5. They never acknowledged my request and just said the vase would be posted by express. 6. I immediately emailed them back saying do not send. And once again requested the cancellation and a full refund. I have explained that I no longer required the item as I had bought another gift seeing it didn’t arrive in time. 7. They sent the item. Poor quality. Oh! Yeah they said they were including a mini vase because of the delay. That didn’t arrive. 8. It took 15 weeks for the item to arrive from the time it was ordered and paid for in full the time it actually arrived. 9. I have asked the for a return of the vase for a full refund. They have not responded. I have contacted my financial institute, but because the item was finally delivered they cannot do anything. I have kept all emails to and from this company. Which prove the underhanded service.
