Beautiful original item. I bought a medium bowl and received it really quickly, and it's absolutely stunning! Also I contacted the seller through the website with a couple of questions to help me decide between medium or large, and received answers each time within a day or two. The bowl is so nice I'm probably going to buy a large one too!! I'm planning to use this for a succulent/cactus open terrarium. Show reply

Wow, how beautiful. I purchased the large one on preorder, it arrived sooner than expected. I absolutely love it. I don't know which side should be on display, all sides are equally stunning. I guess I just turn it around with every water change. Now waiting for the plant to grow. Thank you woodenlux. I definitely recommend people to get this, they can thank me later lol. I bought the large vase for a gift, sadly it was delayed due to shipping auth, but I was kept updated. It finally arrived but had a crack in the vase, when I contacted the company they answered my text within the hour and sent me a new piece, (wood and vase) straight away. I absolutely love it, one of a kind and my partner loves it. It has been worth the wait but a big thank you again for your communication in every step. Show reply

I received my stump vase today and I love it. I bought this to sit next to my late husbands photo on my buffet and it is just beautiful. I received my beautiful vases, all wrapped up and safe. I received a message to let me know there was a hold up, unfortunately the poor company had problems completely outside of their control, getting the glass in to make these lovely vases. Yeah, it took a little longer than expected, but once they got there glass shipment, they had there work cut out for them to get these orders moving, and I got my vases within the week. They just needed a bit of kindness and understanding, no company wants to fail time frames, especially when it’s outside of their control.
Really impressed with how Woodenlux handled my order. There were some delays, but the team kept me informed and followed through with a replacement. Follow-up · Heavy and thick glass, feel great about putting a large volume of water in The assembly was so easy, the base section sits snug and no concern of tipping, they just fit and stay. Yes clear, with the tiniest tint of blue, because of the thickness of the glass. Saving for another chic, edgy vase to add to my collection

Placed an order on December 12th. I ordered 2 x medium vases with stumps C12 and C11. Received my order a month or so later - was sent 1 x large vase and stump only which arrived smashed. Got told I was sent someone else’s order. Got told they were waiting on stock, then got told I was going to be sent 2 x small vases complimentary. Okay cool. … Read more
Today 9th of April, I received a package with what I thought was my actual order. WRONG. What I received was unfortunately not even close to what I ordered. Didn’t receive any complimentary vases. They said I was again sent someone else’s order. They also said they are waiting for more stock. Gave me the option of keeping the wrong vases and wait for stock, or send back and get full refund.
Unfortunately my patience is running out with this company after going back and forth for 4 months. So I will indeed be sending these wrong items back and hopefully receive a full refund for the order I never got. Very disappointing.
Horrible experience! Don't bother wasting your money! Paid for my order in January, end of March still nothing.... Won't refund my money, just keeps putting me off "it's coming, please be patient"! Scammed.... If I could give no stars I would.

Will never purchase from this site again. I placed an order on December 8th and didn’t receive it until today (2nd March). I tried multiple times to get updates and asked twice for a refund. They would reply once each time (with really no useful information) and then stop again. I never received a shipping notification either so truly had no idea… Read more
what was happening regarding my order. I ordered a medium vase- the product is okay but now I’ve seen and felt it in person I don’t believe it’s worth $139. I appreciate they added a free mini vase for the delay but it was still more than double the time they told me it would take to receive it all and their communication is dismal. Do yourself a favour and stay clear of wooden lux.

Honestly so so impressed with my order. The service was amazing and they were always so quick and kind when replying. There was a small delay with customs but they kept me updated and still delivered everything with so much care.
