My dad ordered two dog toys like a couple of days ago, we should have checked if the website was credible first, but we didn’t. And now I’m seeing all of these terrible reviews about this website and he paid $60 for two toys like that is absolutely outrageous. My main concern at this point is if they’ll even show up, not even if they’re indestructible. Why hasn’t this website been taken down yet?

Deceptive advertising and poor quality toys – I purchased a squirrel & hippo in Nov to give to our son's Golden Retriever at Christmas. Both toys lasted less than an hour. Ears chewed off and other holes. Sent an email to the company along with pictures and have gotten no response...even after a follow up email. I do not recommend this company.

Poor Quality – Toys did not last two hours before our dog was able to damage them. I have emailed and tried to call the business and no one will respond. Do not by these products.

determined Dachsy's. My two launched a major low level campaign of destruction on two toys that were disemboweled and shredded within minutes of their unboxing. After collecting and photographing the carnage, the 'replacement' request was emailed to the company the same day we received the toys...and nothing has been heard since. And I don't expect there will ever be a response/replacement/refund. Most expensive dog toys ever. Oh well, the two little demons were rather proud of their work and looking for their next challenge. Don't buy this shoddy rubbish.

Ordered $71 with of dog toys for my chewy puppy. Received an email of confirmation and that was the last I heard. Sent an email cancelling the order and asking for a refund. Followed this up with numerous other emails and tried contacting through Facebook Messenger. No response! So they stole the money and nothing was ever sent and they do not answer the phone or any other method of contact.
Promise of indestructible dog toys that my Frenchie tore apart in about 30 second to 5 minutes. I bought many of the toys (8?) and they are all crap. When you email customer service you won’t get a refund, but more terrible toy replacements and you still pay for shipping. They do give you an option to spend more money ($39 and then you can get “better” toys) Can’t say it enough, do not buy from dishonest companies! If I could give zero I would.

Very disappointed – Very disappointed in the 2 products I brought. A giraffe and duck Dura chew toy. My mini labradoodle had the ears and tail off in the first 5 minutes. In less than 20 mins it was in the bin. These are certainly not designed to be chewed on.

Poor quality…didn’t last as advertised – Bought 4 of these due to the claim of being for strong chewers. The duck only lasted about ten minutes before it ripped and the squeaker and part of the stuffing was removed. Useless company!! – Absolute garbage company Ordered on December 9th for Christmas present for my dogs. My purchase still hasn’t shipped!!! Tried to email the company and they haven’t responded. Total rubbish – Sadly, half an hour barely and it was already on its way to being destroyed. Emailed immediately then the next day... no response. Will lodge credit card dispute. Update June 2025. Never got my money back. Paid through the shop app, not paypal, therefore no buyer protection. Furious, but lesson learned, always use paypal.

False advertising! – Toys are easily destroyed. The “free” replacement they offer isn’t free - it is $8.00. Replacement toys offered were nylon - dangerous; rubber - easy to destroy; or rope - pieces ingested easily. And I’d have to pay shipping on them. Terrible product – As soon as the tots arrived I knew they wouldn’t last long. Cheap flimsy material and lasted all of 30 seconds on Christmas Day. Kmart toys are cheaper and last longer. Don’t waste your money.
