Total scam – Do not purchase from this scam site. No goods ever turned up but card was charged and then attempted to hack my credit card. They need to be shut down and investigated by the police. Worst site ever.

SCAM ALERT – If you’re as silly as I am and look at reviews of this site AFTER spending money there. I paid via my credit card to the sellers PayPal, PayPal had my refund back within 5 hours of opening a dispute via their online chat team. Super easy. Show details

Do not buy from this web site!! S-c-a-m-m-e-r-s – Brought multiple charms from what seemingly looked like a legit Australian website. Two months on & never received a thing, yet they say there is confirmation of delivery from FEDEX. What a load of nonsense!!! Save yourself from the stress and worry of recouping your money. Steer clear. If only I had read these reviews before falling for it. Will be reporting them further. Website needs to be removed from the net. Baaadddd business.

SCAM. I ordered 4 items but they only sent me one item completely different from what I ordered. No refund – My order didn't arrive and only sent a random item and they offered no refund unless I sent that item back at my own cost to China

Total scam – Complete scam site. Features pandora items for sale using imagery from the pandora site. Charges credit card with an exchange rate that they create. Impossible to reach. They are breaching regulations on a range of platforms. Lets hope someone shuts them down.

No stars for me – Like all other reviews, I lost around $300 and was sent a piece of rubbish jewellery that I did not order and an offer of a small percentage as refund as my original purchases were no longer available. Not a good experience – I like another customer found this company through google and made a purchase of $76.00 .The parcel arrived but was not what I ordered, should have been 5 charms was in fact a bracelet.Have had email contact but the company which would appear to be Chinese are not willing to refund the full amount just suggest I keep the incorrect order which is well under what I paid. $15.00 as stated on the envelope, not the 3 charms I originally ordered. They have been sending me emails to give me a parcial refund if I keep the item they send me. They only offered me a full refund if I sent it back with me to cover the postage costs to China. But it was clearly stated that if they didn't receive the item or it was lost in transit no refund would be paid. I am very careful with online purchases, but I thought I was buying a genuine Pandora product. The email address ends in .com.au or au.com & Joan feel is on their webpage. This rating is one star as there was no option to do a zero. We need to expose this company for what it is. Be very careful not to buy anything from the online store.
