Put in a claim on 23 November 2023 did not get any reply no feedback no nothing Currently still waiting for someone to reply and PAY ME WHAT THEY OWN ME have rung multiple times, emailed multiple times. Even thought they answered my complaint on another webpage that they will reach to me, they did not. The poor customer service continues and for your oney you get NO SERVICE AT ALL.

Not only will they make every possible step difficult for you. They will delay, repeatedly ask for the same info, which you already provided, and now welcome to the new worst - ghost you! 16/12/23 text they will come back to me by 23/12/23 and it’s 09/01/2024 haven’t heard anything despite multiple chases on my end… Show details

Don't waste your money

I paid to protect my NYE ticket to an event. I could not attend due to illness, but I need a doctor's note. Who calls their doctor on NYE for a sickness bug?
They also do not communicate on a personal level but send automated emails asking for the same thing.

Terrible experience with this company

I opened a claim the 2nd of December due to the cancellation of flight (and reported two days after) from Paris to Krakow by airplane company. Since then, i just received 3 automatic messages stating "We are still assessing your claim". Xcover does not answer to emails and there is no phone number to reach them. It is difficult to understand how long they are to deal and answer to such an easy and simple case. Xcover was part of my Revolut Premium and now i will downgrade my Revolut Plan because Xcover seems to be only an empty shell. Show details

It seems like this insurance company seem to throw every obstacle at you for submitting a claim. I have been trying to claim for flights and a hotel from an unexpected hospital stay for 5 months. Again, like many others I went to XCover with my Revolut Premium subscription and have found them nothing short of astonishing. Show details

Travel Insurance Claim - No response

I have canceled my flight tickets and it's been already a month that I haven't heard from xcover.. I just receive an auto email that they are reviewing.. there is no single point of contact to reach to their team directly. No phone number which is very disgusting!
I have booked my travel tickets from booking.com, and now when I reach to them they say you have to speak to xcover .com and booking.com share some non sense phone numbers which doesn't exist.
My patience is gone now and I regret for purchasing a travel insurance and booking a ticket from booking.com. Show details

Xcover is 100% a scam and it's aweful that Revolut is using them for their Ultra customers. We got stranded for two days in Athens, because the airline cancelled our flight. We got rebooked two days later.

The airline blames the UK Air Traffic control. So I went to Xcover to get help for accommodation. They also blamed the UK Air Traffic control and said they won't cover our expenses. So why am I paying for this? Every damn company now days only care about themselves. Being stranded in a foreign country feels like one of the main reasons you have travel insurance but they fail there 100%. I will write Revolut together with a big group of people who have the exact same issue to try to make them change insurer.
