i had a question they got back to me pretty quickly, never felt like i was being left in the dark. The build quality is really good. I dropped by the site a few times during construction and you could just tell the work was being done properly. No cutting corners, materials looked solid and the finishing came out really neat. And they actually finished on time!! I was shocked because everyone I know who built had delays but not us. They stuck to the schedule which honestly took so much stress off. The pricing was fair and transparent, they gave a full breakdown and there was no surprise bill at the end which i was scared about. What they quoted is pretty much what we paid. If you are thinking of building your home just go with them. 100% recommend

Cons: - Site Cleanliness: The construction site was often messy and disorganized, with the trash left behind during different stages of construction. - Maintenance Communication: Post-construction handover communication with the maintenance team was poor, with delayed responses and a lack of proactivity and accountability regarding warranty claims. - Unfulfilled Promises: Despite a signed agreement to replace a defective laundry cabinet door, it has not been replaced after numerous follow-ups. - Long Repair Times: Replacing faulty toilet buttons took over six months. - Substandard Paintwork: The paint quality was poor, with missed spots and inadequate coverage. Issues like the external garage door’s steps reverting to bare wood were hidden during the handover inspection. - Kitchen Cabinet Scratches: Scratches inside kitchen cabinet doors were ignored, and replacement requests were refused. - Bathroom Leaks: The ensuite bathroom tiles were improperly waterproofed, causing leaks. - Poor Caulking: Substandard caulking left holes between bathroom tiles. - Misaligned Installations: The kitchen wall-mount range hood was installed at an off-angle, and not all cabinet doors were correctly adjusted. - Weak Water Pressure: The bathroom water pressure was inconsistent, with one tap flowing more than the other when both ran. - Creaking Doors: Despite being brand new, a few doors were already creaking. - Improperly Adjusted Toilet Seats: Toilet seats were not correctly adjusted, affecting usability.
While Xircon Homes excelled during the initial build stages, especially in sales and communication, their performance during the maintenance period was disappointing. The disparity in attention to detail and quality between the build and maintenance phases was stark.
The unresolved issues, particularly the unfulfilled promise to replace the laundry cabinet door, reflect poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. This experience, marked by a mix of high points and significant low points, leads me to rate Xircon Homes three stars. They have considerable room for improvement, particularly in maintaining quality and communication post-handover. I hope they take these critiques seriously and address these issues promptly.

Over all – I build my house with xircon home in 2021 the didn’t complete the job at first stage and the never fixed defects from final inspection on top of that the mirror in bathroom fall in six month after handover which they dont want to fix as well Show details
Poor workmanship – Hi have built 2 houses with Xircon homes and was totally happy with the built uptil issues started to pop up. In summary bathroom waterproofing was not done properly causing a severe damage at the property. I have got independent insurance assessment to support this. Show details

Both the Sales and design team were patient enough to carefully listen to all our requirements and amend changes in the plan even if it was quite often. It is this freedom that we would expect from a builder to choose what we want and just dont adopt their standard template to fulfill our dreams. I am excited about the construction phase and pretty sure it will be a smooth and joyful experience.

Their Buildertrend computer program was one of the best experiences I had as I could see all updates such as payments, construction documents, building process photos and construction stages schedule all on one platform. Also I found their prices are competitive than the market and got flexibility to modify the floor plans as per your requirements. In the end I have to say that supervisor Abbas got high knowledge of construction industry and details which makes the house more practical and sturdier. By having all this experience, I have already started another house project in other suberb as well.

they were still able to manage things dashingly and have a more extraordinary personal touch. The unbeatable combination of Site Manager and Internal coordinator has made my life easier. Site Manager who is always under delivery pressure from office, customer and including neighbors has kept his head-down and focused just on delivery.
