I bought a tee shirt that was too tight for the size. Not my fault! Buying the correct size 16 and returning the size 14 went smoothly, until I realised my details of the back of the package wasn't enough for the refund. It was a very expensive mistake at $39.91 x 2 + $15 postage = $94.82. I am unhappy that the staff weren't able to help me further. Show details
Nice looking shirt but not cotton,synthetic material. For the price I expected better. Everything had made in China, I was expecting real indigenous products. Won’t purchase again. Show details
I bought items to support first nations artists (I was made aware that the company itself is not owned by first nation owner). However, the quality of fabric is just plastic and the price range $45 -$55 for polyester small top is no way justified. They are not wearable in Brisbane weather for sure. Happy that I supported the talented artists but disappointed with the business overall. Do not recommend. Show details

Bought 8 Tshirts because I like the pattern and disappointed about the quality. The material feels very cheap. Each cost $21 after discount, but feels like $5. I want to write a review for these t-shirts on their websites but couldn't find the place. So where are all the good reviews on their website come from? Won't buy from this website again.

have to say, I really loved the designs.
One mug design was called Tribe of women, in pink, and the other had a black background and was by a different artist (I have included a photo).
The mugs themselves have what I think of as a standard gift mug shape and have a decent sized handle, they are comfortable to hold. I know they weren't that cheap. My friend did not tell me exactly how much she paid, but she said she bought them at a place in Darwin when she was up there recently, but saw later she could have bought them cheaper, on sale online. But that's not the point.
I used the pink one a few times, maybe 5? Then a couple of days ago I noticed a leak. At first I thought I might have overfilled the mug or spilt a bit, so I wiped it and immediately it was leaking again I repeated this about 5 times till I came to the conclusion it wasn't me, it was the mug. I couldn't see a hole or any fault so all I can conclude is somehow it was not sealed properly. I threw it out.
That's pretty poor performance, less than one star.
The mugs are made in China. The Aboriginal artists may get some commission from their work, I certainly hope so, but my guess is China gets the bulk of any profit.
So in summary: Well boxed, attractive and interesting designs but not fit for purpose. Maybe I was just unlucky, I'll be watching the black mug carefully. I've given 2 stars for the nice boxing and the fact one mug at least is still operational. But I would not risk buying any more of their mugs (I had considered sending some to a relative in Canada) and as they are made in China, not sure how much help you are giving indigenous artists by buying, anyway.
Artists of Yarn 2025 A-Frame Calendar (desk) – Product looked good on the website, but when it arrived in the mail, the font size was tiny and feint and I could not read the calendar at all. The product could not be used. I requested a refund and was told I'd have to pay for the return postage. This is unsatisfactory.
Spam Text – Order at your own risk!! You place an order and in good faith expect to not being harassed with a constant bombardment of text messages despite choosing the 'opt-out' option or blocking every number the text messages will NEVER STOP!!! Did I mention that there isn't even a number so you can block the messages

Not a Fan, bought a drink flask, the top broke and outside of their 30 day return policy, so effectively they are good for 30 days only then need replacing at own cost. wont purch again from them Show details

Truly beautiful quilt set – Received QS quilt cover and pillowcases and extremely pleased with product, quality and delivery. It is a truly beautiful quilt set . through the dishwasher, only gently hand-washed it. This was disappointing since we purchased for the unique design. Unfortunately, the quality of the drink bottle was not up to expectations, so we can't recommend it.
Stupid scamming btards – Really annoyed. Ordered a large size t shirt and then when it turns up it is obviously small size even though it has a label down in on the back collar pretending to be large. You make me crap sick playing this dirty trick on me. Just to make a dollar extra profit? You must be crap desperate. So mad I'm going to ask for my money and the postage back. Crap time wasting crap

Great service, great product – 2 days ago I ordered 4 drink bottles, with the expected delivery date in 7 days and it arrived today, really impressed with the turnaround from placement of order to receiving it. I did received the package via Australia Post once I opened it up the 2 x Polo shirts was size 8 huh. How could they get it wrong?
I did try to look for the phone number to ring them and sort it out immediately.
But all they had was their website, mailing address and no phone number which would have been a lot easier.
I di send them an email via messages I got from them to complain but no answer.
Then I found their complaint email address and sent the complaint wanting size 16 and received a refund instead.

Not happy with the service having been charged twice for the same item – I am not happy with the service from this company. I ordered items that were charged twice. on me to have to fix an issue which is nothing to do with me. PayPal would not issue a refund, and I am left in a limbo. This should not be on me to fix, as it is the company’s fault.
Additionally, the previous items I ordered, I don’t like the material of the dress. I will mot purchase form them again.

pre-ordered the top so there was a bit of a wait but not too long and delivery was unproblematic. Would recommend.

Low quality, not true to size – Very disappointed with my experience. 2 dresses ordered, both size 12. I am usually a 10-12. One is more like a size 6. The other is a true 12 but the fabric is such low quality that I will simply not wear it, it would sweat-through in 5min flat. Native Metallic Silver Black Cotton Crew Neck T Shirt – Great shirt. The design is great, the metallic silver colour reflects the sun pretty good so it stands out in photos. Expensive Chinese made garments – Lovely designs however very disappointing they are made in China and expensive. Shirts are narrow and the 3pk scrunchies are small.
