Really hard to find male clothes in Australia if you're on the smaller side. Even XS is rare in other chains, and when it exists it's way too big for me. (I'm 170cm & 75kg) YD goes down to 3XS. It's not the most durable or the fanciest clothing, but it looks good, fits well and doesn't break the bank. Wear their black v-neck t-shirts nearly every day. Show details

When I registered on this brand’s website for the first time, I received a code for a 20% discount. Unfortunately, the code didn’t work. I reached out to a few friends who had also signed up, and they experienced the same issue. It's disappointing and leaves a negative first impression.

from us and continued her personal conversation. I felt really humiliated and shocked she was completely disinterested as if I was interrupting her social life and not working as employed to do. It was a completely different experience from a lovely manager I've seen before very very disappointed in YD employing such openly obnoxious people she should not be in customer service lost my business 1/10

BAD QUALITY – Their products can’t even sustain for 5 months. I bought a shoe for $170. Wore them normally one or two days a week. The shoe sole cracked within 4 months. Asked for a resolution online, they asked me to go to the store and no replacement or refund. Their product quality is cheap with just a branded label. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Show details

then waited outside for 20 mins then went back in shop first when he saw us he’s reaction was bad then when we asked we didn’t receive sign up confirmation email and 20% code he’s was angry and said it takes a sec (second) we questioned sec ?! It’s been 20 mins mate then he responded it can take up to week or so ! Later we signed up with different email online we got the code but even now after 8 hours we haven’t received any signed up email for in store purchase. and I called the store few times as I never received a call or email from the store. When I call the store on 16th December, I realized that I must find a new dress for the function, as one was able to tell me the arrival date.

Then I call again on 18th December and was able to speak to the salesman who originally sold me the blazers. He apologies for delivery delays and told me that blazer is in transit, but it is in Brisbane, and I will get a call from store in few days.

I have not received a call or Blazer from the store yet.

This is unacceptable customer service of YD for a loyal customer as I have spent hundreds of dollars at YD every year. It will not take more than two weeks to get anything from Cairns even in peak Christmas time. I work related to local & international freight, and I am well aware of estimated arrival times and that’s the reason I paid for the blazer at first place.

I am disappointed in customer service of yd clothing.

Obviously the item was defective and not fit for the purpose so I was expecting to exchange the item . Rather than being helpful and supportive I experienced the store manager whose name was Cameron . Rather than being helpful I was made to feel it was my fault that the item was defective and inferior. He just smirked at me and said as YD had changed their record keeping system my previous orders were not visible anymore At this point I was upset and very disappointed with both his approach and demeanour as I have over 11 suits 15 pants and 16 shirts bought from YD and I saw myself as a loyal and regular customer so I called YD customer service and was told I would receive a call from the area manager. This did not occur and instead I received a call from the actual store manager Cameron who had without my consent got the vest repaired and told me it was ready to collect. If my experience hadn’t been so poor I would have probably have praised his initiative but instead I found myself wanting to cancel my previous order and seek a full refund so I could go to a clothing store that would appreciate my business and be more supportive Unfortunately I have not been able to get back in touch with YD customer service as their phones are not picking up anymore to pass on my feedback and disappointment I will not go back to the store to collect the vest so they can keep it but what disappointed me the most was that he had 2 other staff members at the front counter at the time I visited and I wonder what he is teaching them about dealing with customers as he appears to have a very unprofessional attitude and inability to resolve customer complaints.

Great service from Tamica at YD. DFO Brisbane – I shop at YD once every 3 months for business shirts, and have always had a great experience ! Tamica at YD is very helpful, always happy and great to deal with in general and makes shopping their a great experience. The staff in the store are all very nice and they always have really good deals happening all the time.

hate to shop but Jess made it exciting and knew exactly what she was doing, was so helpful and knew what I would like and what would look good on me.

help. We found two items we liked that were so high up even she had to go grab the ladder. We purchased the two items as looked great. Havent tried on as yet so lets hope they fit. Complaint being: store was so quiet the whole time we were there no other customers entered. Yet the woman couldnt acknowledge us, didnt offer any help and check out was not friendly. With all the restrictions in place in SA there was no checking we had checked ourselves in, NO manual forms to fill out if didnt have a smart phone. Lets hope they up their customer service attitude soon.

idea. We arrived at Galleria straight after school on the day to be informed that the suit had not arrived & they would be unable to get it to the store in the next two days. According to the staff member, our only option was to pick it up from the airport,which was 'easy' & 'not far' in his opinion. His estimate of ten minutes to get there was off by a good half an hour in congested peak hour traffic all the way. This was before having to enter the airport, find & pay for parking & locate the outlet. When we arrived the staff member there tried to sell my son a jacket at least a size too small. This was a perfect fit in his opinion.We decided against his professional judgement & got the right size. Finally with suit in hand, I mentioned to the staff member that I was not at all happy with the treatment we had received that day, to which he laughed. Hence this review, as that was pretty much the last straw. I sincerely hope my son decides to never spend his hard saved money at YD again.

I am writing this comment and I hope that this does not get censored because this is the honest truth of what I have experienced.

I recently bought two coats (retail 299$ each) reduced to a sale of 100$ each. I decided I didn’t like it and wanted to return to the store for a full refund. Mind you, I did not cut off the cloth tags, I did not wear the garments and presented my paper receipt. The receipt outlined that if the aforementioned conditions are fulfilled, the consumer is entitled to a full refund, exchange or store credit. I was refused a full refund on the basis that I bought the garment on special and that full refunds do not apply to special items (?). The store I bought at ‘claimed their manager had broken their arm and was not going to be in for a while’ when I asked to speak to him directly. They said they were happy to exchange for items in the store for the equivalent price and guilt tripped me by saying they would get into trouble by their manager for processing a full refund.

I was then referred to another store that ‘did not have a manager’ and could possibly process a full refund to me. I left the original store and arrived at this store - only for them to tell me the same thing - that a full refund was not available for returning items that are on special.

No where on the website, in person nor on the receipt does it have this information. This business has deceived its customers. Why would you buy from a store that would lie and trick you to maximise its profits? This is totally unAustralian and this represents a business set up for failure.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE. THE CONSUMER DESERVES BETTER.

Wedding shirt shrank on 1st wash – Bought a shirt for my husband as one of his outfit changes for our beach wedding. Highpoint store staff told us a price above what was advertised online, and had to check among themselves that they could match the price (average service). Really disappointed that after one cold wash the shirt shrank. It wasn’t great quality but had sentimental value and cost a bit, so we hoped it would last at least 10 outings. Show details

states you can return and refund the product with no issue, so long as same condition as bought, which it was. Went to return the pants at the same store, thinking it'd be straight forward, as all ticketing still on pants and the person behind counter was the same person who served me the day before. She refused to except a refund as i needed the same credit card and need id to prove its my card. I explained i was in yesterday, she served me and my wife, my name is on the receipt, but it was paid with my wifes apple phine. She said nothing she can do, even though shes the manager, shes only following procedure. I wasn't happy as she knew i bought the pants the day before, and my name was on the receipt. It felt like she just wanted to stop me from returning it and affecting her sales. Her attitude wasn't great the day before when she was helping me out, but when i asked for a refund she wasn't simpithetic or helpful. I work in customer service for many years, and I know thats not how to talk to a customer. I had to go to another store with my wife, where we were told the same thing, but the refunded it after we showed all our cards, id, and the bank statement which matches the purchase price. For some reason the last 4 digits on the recipt didn't match anything, which may have something to do with the apply pay app. After all that, i came home, tried on another pair of pants i bought from another shop and the shirt I bought from them is missing a button. I would go back again but the person who refunded the pants, kept the original receipt, enen though i asked for it BECAUSE it had the shirt on there. She gave me the refund recipt instead and didnt check when she handed it to me. I've returned many things over the years and never had I had to deal with such a fuss. I'm not going back again, too much hassle if i change my mind or theres issies with the clothes, it appears that after sales service is non existent
