the drivers you haven't followed the guidelines to receive waiting fee. YET all guidelines are met on drivers end, Yello lies and blames technicians saying you weren't there or your app wasn't open. I've had several late deliveries ending in me losing out on other jobs and Yello not paying me the waiting fee, especially when waiting almost an hour on some occasions. Feels like I am working like a slave for this company. NOT RECOMMEND

fridge after it sitting out an hour. Yello told me to call the store to organise delivery as they don’t have the option to send someone else. How the fark is this a delivery service and they can’t rebook a service that they messed up. I’m at home with a house full of kids inc a newborn, not feeling good, no food and have wasted 2 hours of my precious time. I hope Woolworths never use yello drivers again!!

Thieves work for them – Driver stated delivery from Woolworths was delivered. marked with my surname and number easily visible from the road. This was a blatant stealing act, yello did nothing. And it was my last funds for a week including nappies and essentials for my kids. A week for a refund leaves us with nothing.

Yello Couriers? Try Hellno Couriers – Absolutely racist and unprofessional customer support. No drivers ever available and when they do arrive its hours late or the sender cancels and sorts another business. Woolworths needs to do better than to partner with these people – Paid for express delivery from Woolworths. Ordered at 2. It's 5.20 and they have not even found a driver to pick it up. I could have chosen a later delivery via woolworths truck and I would have had it by now. Seriously Woolworths, you need to dump these people. Or have an Uber "plan B" running for when Yello is ridiculously late, and charge Yello for the Uber. This delivery roulette is a disservice, not a service. Show details

Literally..they do not turn up 99 per cent of the time.. No joke. I had one driver turn up... after three drivers cancelled that day I gave him a good rating.. just because he delivered.. The worst delivery service – They were supposed to deliver my Woolies order, sent me a message saying delivered. However, NOT my home...tried desperately to get in touch with Yello, they stated they would get in touch with driver who sent them pic to prove delivered, yes not to my home though. Driver stated they would go back retrieve items, they did not. I messaged Yello again morning after and they couldn't care less, not their problem. They are the absolute worst!!!! Show details

Idiot driver parking in no parking area for 20 minutes – Driver parked in clearly signed no parking over driveway and refused to move until his groceries were loaded. It took 20 minutes and caused over a dozen cars to be unable to go in or out as he had blocked the entrance. Many people got involved. Worst most unreliable service – Ordered from BWS . $10 for delivery with their courier company. They take your money but send you a text an hour later stating they are busy and order will be delayed. Unreliable – This is the fourth time I've used this company now and, all four times, they've failed to provide the simple service I've paid for. They actually didn't even bother to pick my item up on any of these occasions, and you can't call anyone to enquire or make a complaint either. yet returned my order, but when they do it will be sent for redelivery. An hour and a half later, I call Coles - 25 minutes on the phone to be told I will have to call Yello, as Coles have no idea where my order is. On the phone to Yello, to be told I have to ring Coles. Trying to explain to someone who just wants to pass the buck, when finally a knock on the door. Talking to Yello, explain the raw meat is hot to the touch, the milk is hot to the touch - she hung up on me. Please note after 20 plus years in customer service I was in no way rude, I did not raise my voice, and did the best I could to keep it friendly. I will never, ever be using a "partner delivery " through Coles again.

Fed up – This is not the first time my grocery delivery has been messed up by this company. Last time they tried to deliver the wrong order - I noticed it was incorrect, so they swapped it out but only gave me half of my shopping. Yello who, at first told them that the package was still on the way, later claimed that it had never been picked it up (despite their own tracking stating that it had been as aforementioned). Big W even offered a refund for shipping and a free replacement through AusPost express.

"Never ascribe to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence" is an apt quote. However, it is somewhat suspect that a package Big W insists has been picked up (as corroborated by the Yello's own tracking system and CS rep, at least initially) later went missing, with the shipper claiming that it never left the store at all. Looks like Yello's drivers are probably pilferers too.

Worst grocery delivery drivers & map api – Yello drivers use the Yello app exclusively to locate delivery addresses, however the map api the app uses is incredibly poor. The app places us in the middle of an airport runway, and we have numerous times asked Yello to correct this. Yello driver has yet referred to our delivery notes. A fifth of drivers start out on their journey, get confused and cancel the order. Two fifths call us (on poor hands-free phone lines) to ask where we are. When the order is cancelled by the driver the Yello office does nothing to rectify the situation; we've lost frozen groceries and so had to cancel the order as a driver decided not to return the goods back to Woolworths, instead leaving them in his boot while he went off on other deliveries. Today's escapade saw much the same, but the driver's phone number given in the Yello tracker was disconnected. Yello: fix your map API and sort out the processes around informing supermarkets and customers of driver-cancelled orders. Provide a link to give feedback on drivers who do not complete their jobs.

So unfortunately for the really sick family members at home who were relying on this delivery for basic needs will have to wait another 24/36 hours for another delivery from elsewhere. Worst courier company in PERTH. Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional.
