classic comfort mattress is instantly comfortable and supportive in all sleeping positions. I have a small curvature of the lower back that means I struggle to sleep on my back on other mattresses, but have had no issues or discomfort with this mattress. I also typically rotate a lot during the night to shift into a more comfortable position, but have not needed to do this as frequently leading to a more stable and restful sleep. The mattress is high quality and does not have a lot of movements transfer across the bed. The only additional comment is that it is a lot heavier than my old mattress which is making changing the sheets a bit of a workout! Excellent mattress. I have recommended to family and friends, and one of my family has also bought one.

runs hot, I’m a new mum with a tender back and body who is now also a light sleeper. Finding an affordable mattress that doesn’t have sinking & gives us each quality sleep was really challenging. I went searching for osteopathic mattress recommendations in Australia and came across multiple mentions of Yinahlas range. Fast forward to arrival, we laid on it and instantly knew we’d found something really different to the standard mattress store range. The topper layers alone are comfortable and the right level of soft. Then you start rolling and feeling the spring support, with such a high spring count and the way it’s constructed it’s silent and continuously supportive as you roll. I mentioned being a new mum, so my body is sore. Everywhere. Feeling supported and comfortable rolling is no small thing. It’s been 3 months and we have each had consistently quality sleep with this mattress. We rotate it every 2-3 weeks to avoid sinking (because we’re larger this is preventative to preserve our beloved mattress), it has perhaps 1-1.5 cm sinkage which is expected based on Yinahlas website. Each of us have felt improvement in back and knee pain and my hips are feeling better. If you’re on the fence, buy it and put it to the test. Worst case you have to arrange to send it back, chances are this is the unicorn mattress you’ve been hoping to find.

Living rurally 1,750 kms from Yinahla's factory and showrooms and not being able to test the various model mattresses or be assured it would be delivered in perfect condition I was naturally concerned. That all changed when I rang and spoke to sales consultant Ashleigh who put my concerns to rest with her candid honesty, delivery facts as well as assisting me in choosing the right mattress feel for me - another example of outstanding best practice. What's it like to sleep on? Everyone has different requirements for how a mattress should feel and support them. For me the Classic Comfort is very supportive and feels solidly made with its high spring count. I am a side sleeper and need a 'medium' mattress. In terms of firmness it is perfect for me - I personally wouldn't want a 'firmer' mattress and after 3 months of sleeping on this I'm not sure I'd want a 'softer' mattress. Too hard and unable to return – Purchased the Classic Comfort Cloud 9 mattress after reading all the reviews online and also reading the "100 sleep day guarantee" The mattress in the shop felt very comfortable and soft so we decided to purchase this mattress. for a swap or refund however I was informed that I could only do this through our local store because they own the business separately (Cloud 9 actually refered us too this store as their local outlet so I genuinely thought I was still buying from Cloud 9) and sorry, no refund because "Chiropedic" only offer a 7 day warranty.....you only get the 100 day free return policy from Cloud 9 if you buy directly from their website. I am extremely dissapointed and angry that I am now stuck with a mattress that it is giving me horrible hip and back/neck pain after spending $2,000 (unless of course I fork out an extra $1k to swap for their pillow top variety and deal with the owner of the store who mislead and messed us around). I will say the mattress itself seems to be good quality and there is no partner disturbance, I just find it like sleeping on a hard plank. I was mislead to think we had the same return warranty because we purchased an actual Cloud 9 mattress, at no point did the shop owner advise us differently, when I asked the shop owner about the return warranty, he just said he has never had one returned ever.....He also spun us one about delivery costs but that's another story!

Such a shame as I chose to spend extra $$ on this mattress because I thought I was covered by this 100 day return warranty and also because they were Australian Made.

the showroom in Nunawading, as I wanted to have a look at the full range. I originally thought the Copper Gel would be the best fit for us, but it was a bit too soft. We tried the Classic Comfort and immediately thought “Ahh, that’s the one!” For the sake of making a fair comparison, we did visit other mattress retailers in the area, but nothing came close to the medium-firm comfort of the Yinahla. My hips and spine now feel fully supported and I have had to change to a higher profile pillow, because I am no longer sinking into the mattress. I sleep comfortably, without tossing and turning and no longer wake in pain. Two weeks in, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

Helped My Back Pain – We have had the mattress for a month and I am so glad we made the purchase. I have lower back issues and have found the mattress to be very supportive. I don't wake up with the same back pain I used to have. We also used to wake up when either party got up out of bed in the middle of the night. I don’t think the sales assistant expected a sale that morning as I was laying there and handed over her my credit card and ordered one. It’s now a good 8 months into owning one and no regrets. The sides are still firm and I am sleeping a lot better with more back support. To date I am happy with the purchase and would recommend at least trying the brand over the other big name ones. As the old Mitsubishi ad used to say…”please consider”.

High level of comfort – I've had this mattress over a year now and find it very comfortable. It's supportive without being uncomfortablably firm. I think you definitely should follow the care guidelines and rotate your matress. A good sleep experience – Have had this mattress now for 4 months. It has made a major difference to my sleep as I no longer experience the hip and leg pain that I previously did though it did take some time for this to occur. new. A month after I wrote this my hips started to ache. The mattress was too hard for me. Talked to Yinahla about returning it but it was past their return period so they were not interested. We replaced the mattress and my hip issues are gone.

does need airing for a few hours following removal of plastic, not a big deal, and I had no problems after that. It is a heavy mattress but no more so than most hybrids and weight is clearly listed on website so I knew what I was getting. These types of heavy mattresses really need two people to lift them. I have not had any issues with sagging but I have rotated the mattress regularly as per instructions. Like all mattresses of this type there is some heat retention compared with my old mattress but I found I adjusted to it quite quickly. It possibly helped that I purchased this in winter. I would absolutely purchase this mattress again without hesitation.

stiffness in our backs so I am wondering if we should have gone with a firmer model but the trial period is over now so fingers crossed it doesn’t get worse with sag or anything like that. I will warn that the mattress is rather heavy, so navigating up stairs or even onto a bedframe cam be a bit of a two person job, but once it's in place it's definitely worth the effort.
