sizing was poor, and the dress did not look as I had expected from the website photographs. The quality simply does not reflect the premium price being charged.

What has made the experience even more frustrating is the refusal to offer a refund, with store credit or an exchange offered instead. There is nothing else on the website that appeals to me, so store credit is of no use.

For a dress costing $519, I expected far better quality, accurate representation and a more satisfactory resolution when the product fell short of expectations.

I would urge other customers to be cautious and carefully consider the quality, sizing and returns policy before purchasing. My experience has been disappointing from start to finish, and I would not purchase from this boutique again.

a designer item, takes weeks to arrive, and quality is extremely cheap, the measurements are completely different (like 10 - 23 cm) than advertised. Store policy is exchange or store credit even when product is defective. Buyer beware.

I had a wonderful experience with Yojani Boutique. I purchased a dress and there was a slight fault, but the customer service was exceptional—they quickly sent a replacement without requiring me to return the original first, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free. delayed shipping, they first said the item was on backorder and then said the item was purchased during a promotional period so they do not have to adhere to their shipping guide guidelines. The thing is they’re always running a promotion so it’s difficult to understand why there would be such delays in their normal course of business operation. Additionally, they’re shameless and their attempts to hold onto your money even though they didn’t need expectations. The company is based in Australia, but are manufactured and shipped from a distribution center in China. I believe that accounts for the disconnect in the customer care. Still fighting to receive a refund for items that I actually haven’t even received yet.

received an overwhelming amount of complaints as they refused to assist if you email them to say the item is not as described. The material used may as well have been the same as a tarp I would buy at Bunnings. No refunds will be offered, only a store credit to purchase another item which would cost them .30c to buy. received a response. It was disappointing because communication was great before the purchase, but stopped once I needed help after receiving the item. I later checked the return policy and saw that they only offer exchanges, which I can accept. However, I still wish they had replied to explain the process, especially since they were previously very quick to respond. I would caution others when ordering from YOJANI. If the item doesn’t fit or you’re not satisfied, refunds aren’t available, only exchanges, and getting support after purchase can be difficult. Online shopping can already be tricky with sizing and how items look in person, so clear and consistent customer service is really important. This will be my first and last time ordering from YOJANI.

receiving helpful or customer-focused support, I was met with defensive responses and lengthy policy explanations that did not address the core issue — that I paid for an item I have not received.

More concerning was the tone of their communication. Their response included language about potential “civil recovery” and liability related to a standard credit card dispute, which felt completely inappropriate and unnecessarily aggressive for a typical customer service situation.

A business should be able to stand behind its product and communicate clearly and professionally with customers. That was not my experience here.

Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend exercising caution before purchasing.

the hassle of shipping back and forth. I am asking them to pay for the tailor cost of $60 as it needs to be unhem and put in a spot near the side and not in the armpit. I send photos first and then they ask for a video so i did. They refused to accept as they cannot pay for personal alterations cost but the issue came from them. How can one strap be ok and the other not!!!The dress is gorgeous but i just happened to get one that’s wasn’t done right as it’s made from China and not Brisbane sewn.Despite the fact that i asked for part payment im disappointed with their decision and i wont buy from a company that doesnt accept that items do get made wrong and the only thing they can do at least is assist the customer to be satisfied and we did pay for the dress in full payment so you expect at least some compromise
