receiving helpful or customer-focused support, I was met with defensive responses and lengthy policy explanations that did not address the core issue — that I paid for an item I have not received.

More concerning was the tone of their communication. Their response included language about potential “civil recovery” and liability related to a standard credit card dispute, which felt completely inappropriate and unnecessarily aggressive for a typical customer service situation.

A business should be able to stand behind its product and communicate clearly and professionally with customers. That was not my experience here.

Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend exercising caution before purchasing.

Poorly constructed dress, not what was advertised. The seams pooch and do not lay flat, the neckline was far too wide and did not rest on shoulders, the bodice was much shorter than advertised. When I requested a refund they stated they don’t refund based off customer satisfaction. Show details

the hassle of shipping back and forth. I am asking them to pay for the tailor cost of $60 as it needs to be unhem and put in a spot near the side and not in the armpit. I send photos first and then they ask for a video so i did. They refused to accept as they cannot pay for personal alterations cost but the issue came from them. How can one strap be ok and the other not!!!The dress is gorgeous but i just happened to get one that’s wasn’t done right as it’s made from China and not Brisbane sewn.Despite the fact that i asked for part payment im disappointed with their decision and i wont buy from a company that doesnt accept that items do get made wrong and the only thing they can do at least is assist the customer to be satisfied and we did pay for the dress in full payment so you expect at least some compromise

it holds shape really well. Its super pretty and I'm hoping it will be the kind of piece that I can keep for my daughter when she is old enough. I would really rate the quality of the clothes based on this purchase so will be keeping an eye on future designs.

My only flag is for international shoppers (outside Australia) you can only return items that are faulty in accordance with local law. So if the look of the item isn't right you can only exchange or change size, so I would avoid the classic, buy, try on and return hauls that are very common in the UK/ EU. It would be amazing if there was a pop up or something for international shoppers about this at check out, as this would reduce shopper disappointment and probably help the fab customer service team from receiving negative emails.

Overall a really good experience and I would absolutely buy from here again.

This is an Instagram brand that ships from China. They claim to be a "small Australian family business" but they have no address in Australia; also claim high volume manufacture and shipping from various countries.
