purchasing decision based on what a bot told me... Anyway, subscribed and bought the modem Sunday 11pm, confirmed shipped on Monday and received everything on Tuesday. Had some trouble setting up and while Jo couldn’t help this time I was directed to a human CC agent within a few minutes who guided me through the set up. Once again had a query the next day around billing and was able to chat with an agent quite quickly and resolve. Speeds, I’m getting anywhere between 10Mbps to 60Mbps, rather good even at peak time. Quite happy with their service, just make sure you have good Optus 2300Mhz coverage in your area if you consider going with them.

The attitude of the Yomojo representative on OzBargain is reprehensible. (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/17509911/redir) REVIEW UPDATE: A different Yomojo representative has apologised for the language used on OzBargain. An investigation into the unexplained reduction in my account balance uncovered an accounting error. This was rectified promptly. Experience rating changed from 1 (Terrible) to 3 (OK).
My phone service was cancelled because I exceeded the number of SMS on my service. Yomojo stated I made over 450 messages, most to a single number but in reality, it was the character count that was over. My phone only showed 5 messages, And Yomojo promotes unlimited messaging! this is my last chance. Im not a scammer abusing your network. Ive been a loyal customer for many years, but your policies and application are disrespectful and having limits on messaging is really old fashioned in this day. Worst internet company ever constantly cuts out so I switched to telstra and now have smooth wifi no issues at all seriously it was cutting out more than thirty times a day the kids were getting so annoyed so was I especially if I wanted to.watch something best decision switching over to telstra

It was an amazing experience when I was trying to seek help from Yomojo support service. The chatbot didn't help much at the beginning. However, when it connected me to a real person, everything moved smoothly. Haydee, the one who helped me, was patient and professional. My issue was resolved in a short time.
