This is a great concept and I was honestly sold on the idea of getting my contraceptive pill through these guys permanently. Unfortunately my experience was less than ideal. I have been on the same contraceptive pill for 6 years and never had issues with it which is why I thought to give youly a go. You are charged a $25fee for an “appointment” where the doctor does nothing but an 20 second phone call and ask you the same questions you fill out on the questionnaire. ... Read moread two repeats so I asked their support if this was normal and they said no so gave me a discount code for my renewal where the doctor gave me 1 repeat!!! Absolute joke. I’ve been on this script for years and instead of the normal 4x repeats, I’m having to then pay once every script to have a consultation. Also they don’t call you at your scheduled time slot despite me saying I can’t take calls during work. Easier to go to the GP where mine still bulk bills. It was just good for the convenience, but more inconvenient if anything.Take payment but no certificate

Poor service, communication and zero result
Disappointed with process, called me for a medical certificate, missed the call, called straight back. Couldn’t speak to anyone as too busy, left a message, tried to access the message sent through their portal. Wouldn’t allow me access from my phone, eventually gained access whilst “in the queue” to speak to a clinician. Responded to message left-no response back. Never reached a clinician in the 3 hours I was in the queue.

Highly recommend you provide the option to send the script to the patient via text/email like other services. I didn't realise until after paying the doctor consultation fee that posting the medication was the only option, it took 5 days (including weekend) to deliver and cost an additional $11 on top of the medication and doctor consult fees. Getting an immediate script is one of the main reasons I tried this service instead of the hassle of a doctor visit.

I had covid and needed 2 days off, which my work requires a med cert. within 5 minutes I had one after speaking to a Dr. It was a very easy process and so cheap!

So I had issues with my first delivery, and here we are with my 2nd delivery and same issue no delivery?
Consultation on the 7.10 ready for pick up on the 9.10 in Wetherill Park depot on the 11.10 out for delivery 12.10 - then at 5.00pm delay no delivery, update to delivery Friday 13.10 then 5.00pm delay and nothing since then. Again went to Contact Us and no reply. So I have paid for these product and again not received with no contact or explanation. Not sure what to do here or how to get a response?

I do not recommend the services
I received the wrong medication and to date no one has given me support or offered to fix the error! I understand that mistakes happen but the lack of support and service to remedy the situation is unacceptable. I do not recommend the services!
Disgraceful consult session
I got a consult to diagnose my acne and the consultant was extremely unhelpful, rude, sharp and made me lose any trust on them. They were talking to me as if I was another dermatologist or had already had another consult asking me if I had rosacea or fungal acne. The whole point of the consult for me was to get informed and have at least a conversation or how to treat it or what might have caused it. Instead, I felt misinformed, not knowing for how long I should be taking the medication prescribed, and with more doubts than before the consult.
What a great idea!
Completed a quick and simple questionnaire, before choosing a time and date for the Telehealth call. After that; the checkout and payment process was hassle free and with next day express shipping, I received my medication ready for my overseas trip! No long waiting rooms or being put on hold while trying to make a GP booking.

Great service especially when your own dr completely ignored me
Very good service
I was ill with sinus infection which I’ve had many times before and can manage without antibiotics and needed a medical certificate for work. I couldn’t get in to my GP and didn’t really want to pay $90 for a medical certificate. With Youly, I wrote my issues and was called by a medical practitioner to go over my written words and was given clear advice on what to do if I got any worse and they agreed with my non antibiotic treatment as I clearly know how to best manage this issue. Once assured of my needs and that I would take necessary steps if I became worse, the medical practitioner emailed me a medical certificate for my employer.
So convenient
