I've used Youly for over 3 years, but the past 12 months has been woeful. My most recent script renewal; which you are forced to prepay and CANNOT be refunded for, was rescheduled on THEIR end 3 times, even though the booking was over 3 weeks away. call, not even the next day. When I logged in to the app (which is also VERY clunky), it was still showing my wait time eta was 1hr 45m, which didn't suit me that day, so I rescheduled to a future date, and it got changed on me AGAIN!!! (Note both of the bookings were 3weeks or so in advance, so no idea why it kept getting changed so early). Wanting to try the 'next available' again, I was expecting a call by 6pm and as I'm someone who gets up at 4am for work, I was disgusted when I got a text at 7:43pm then a call at 7:44pm, waking me up. Due to it being a random mobile number I cancelled it then got text messages about missing the appointment. I will not be renewing my script with Youly again, as the value is no longer matching the cost.

Paid for a Script. Doctor missed Appointment two times all good no problem. Then tells me can't prescribe me any Medication for my Insomnia because I take recreational Drugs. Do what you want with this Information but I pretty much got scammed out of 50$. Then they give you a Script for Melatonin that costs 99$ if you buy the same exact thing in Chemists Warehouse around 55$. STAY AWAY

Always get 10/10 service. The Clinicians have all been lovely, and the support team have been quick at replying to any queries. Thank you to Ashleigh for her help recently⭐️

More often than not, we know what we need when going to see a Dr. I love that I can have a consultation from where ever I am, access medical opinion/clarification and have the convenience of my medications posted to me.

Have used Youly for over a year now and find them very convenient and easy to navigate their app. Helps to have access to Medical Dr all times of day when Im a shift worker. Would recommend.

7 days waiting for delivery and still nothing. Avoid them, this is the second time I have had to wait a long time with no communication from Youly. They blame Australia Post and have zero accountability. Save your money and use an online pharamcist directly or go to one in person. Save yourself the hassle. This company is no longer trustworthy.

DO NOT deal with this company. They save your bank account details and give you no way to delete it so they can repeatedly charge you without your consent. They tell you that Stripe is the one that saves your details and give your a link to contact them which doesn't work.

I dont understand why people are paying for this 'service'. There are other free 'bulk billed' options out there that can assist for free. I am also annoyed that I worked that out after signing up and this company will not remove your data 'due to legislation' but as sure as they might get a data breech that is at your information's risk. Fantastic low barrier to access, female focused service. I have used youly more than once. Fast easy service, great notifications prior to appointments etc. Great online option.

I have been using the Youly platform or a few years. It is so easy to use, consultations are quick and on time, very convenient, and the Youly team are really quick to resolve any issues. I regularly recommend Youly to my friends and family.

This is my second time using this plate form to purchase my contraceptive and I must say that I’m pleased with this service,The person who assisted me was very respectful and helpful she made sure to go into detail with regards to the pill so I could have a better understanding as to what I’m purchasing.

It was my first time asking for a doctor online. The communication was great receiving sms' promptly to let me know the time frame on my contact dr. It took like 3/4 of an hour as it was on a Sunday perhaps during weekdays is quicker. But, overall, the doc was great, it was a consultation like in a GP office, he gave me tips and suggestions. The process was easy to follow. I was kept up to date on the time my call would come through. The script followed soon after my consult. The dr I spoke to understood my request and was easy to talk to

Such a great service for routine contraceptive. Saves time arranging a doctors appointment, service is fast and efficient. Shipping is very quick for those times when I forget to order before I run out.

The entire process from registering to first phone consultation and treatment plan was seamless. The space felt very safe and non judgmental, my clinician was very professional, knowledgeable and had a lot of time for our session which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend Youly 10/10 5 stars.

Very happy with Youly. The GP I had was very kind and friendly. Easy to use service that I would definitely use again. I needed a refill for my script and live in a rural area where it can be difficult to get in with my usual GP so this service was great.

Had a Telehealth call with one of the gps as I’m stuck at home at the moment with back sciatic pain and unable to get to my regular gp, dr was really helpful and was able to provide advice and a medical certificate.

The GP phoned right at the allocated time, and was very professional. Asked exactly the same questions I would expect from my in-person GP, and answered my questions well.
