100% would not recommend. Awful company, awful customer service. 2 months after initial order it has still not arrived – Awful experience. There is no way I would ever recommend this company to anyone. It has been over 2 months since I first ordered and I still have not received my full order. Please,please don’t buy glue traps – This place sells torture glue traps. Just look up what happens to the little creatures that get stuck. It’s horrendous. Stop selling these Hone Depot!!!!! STOP!!!!

Terrible customer service – I ordered a cold press juicer on their website, upon logging in I received a 10% discount code which I tried to use on checkout, I couldn't find the coupon box and went through to pay via paypal thinking it would take me back to the website to review my payment and add the coupon code before proceeding to payment however this went straight through… Read more

I then emailed advising of the error as these things happen and didn't think it would be an issue with the company, I received no response after 3 days so I emailed again to the support team, no response, so emailed again. I then finally received a reply 6 days after my purchase, the reply I received from Robertson was truly appalling, referencing their policy and they are under no obligation to refund the money and advised me to cancel my order, I then replied advising of my disappointment and letting them know to cancel my order, I then received a response advising that it was already posted so they can't cancel with no other options provided.

I strongly recommend you shop somewhere else online, I won’t be making the mistake of going through this company again and I wish I had read the below similar issues people had with this company before ordering.

Very average! Bad customer service – Purchased a 36cm baracat non stick fry pan from these guys. What arrived was 30cm. No explanation as to why. But paid the full price. Checked the original order and mistake was not on my part. Have emailed 3 time’s over 3 weeks And no response. So can safely say will never order from these guys again. Or recommend anyone to them!! emailed an Australia Post tracking number that has never been updated. I have tried to email and call numerous times but nobody ever answers phone calls or emails.... on ringing Australia Post I was told they have been inundated with people complaining about this company and the fact that items ordered and paid for are not being posted... What a scam ... I have spoken to lots of people in the same situation and just look online at there reviews ..... We have contacted our bank and guess what, same scenario ... Lots of people have been ringing ebay and mastercard about same problem and we are having with Home Depot ... Customers are being charged for products and the company are never sending out there orders. They are not even answering our bank.....sounds like a scam to me.. We have rung the securities commission and let them know as well....hope they get investigated for taking peoples orders and money with no intention of sending out paid for goods.. I will never purchase from Home Depot again. I will be going back to Robin's and Kitchen Warehouse at least they send out your paid for products in a timely manner.

Gourmet Anodised 5-piece set of pans and two Jamie Oliver pans, namely the Shark Tooth grilling pan and the Stainless Steel 28cm wok with lid. These pans are brilliant. Not only do they heat up quickly and cook food to perfection, but with the non-stick surface they also clean easily. Our food tastes better, is healthier, and we can control the cooking to an exact amount. I'd recommend these pans to everyone.

September 26th 2019 Update: Remarkable Customer Service

110% satisfied with Your Home Depot and a special mention to Ed in the customer support team. I recently purchased an electric pepper mill and unfortunately had to return it due to damage. No questions asked a return slip was promptly emailed and I returned the item. The replacement unit was received but also had very similar damage as the original. I spoke to Ed and we were both scratching our heads. I really liked the mill and I was happy to get another replacement or if unavailable , to obtain a refund. The response really surprised me and Ed confirmed that this item was no longer stocked and he advised a full refund would be made.. and as a gesture of good will, he told me I could keep the mill (it works fine otherwise). I was gobsmacked with this resolution which is clearly in my favour. On reflection it demonstrates a sincere company culture & commitment to customer service and should be applauded. Well done & thanks again

mean a solid 5 stars. Is this the fault of Feefo I wondered or HomeDepot. I went to the Feefo site and found myself unable to check the Savannah mitt reviews. There is a page for Home Depot but no product reviews there because apparently they don't archive back beyond 12 months. Both reviews on the HD site are dated 2018. Seeing that one reviewer - country of origin? - noted the time it took to receive item, I will elect to buy locally for a slightly higher price. Ultimately, the reviews as presented were unhelpful.

Great price...delivered in 5 days – Ordered Sunday and items received on Friday. I see there are quite a few negative reviews here but my experience was very positive. I would have given 5 stars if items were posted next business day.

return. Firstly, all of the email addresses provided bounced back. I had to call the support number several times & was given alternative emails and they all failed as well. I was beginning to worry. I tried again the next day & got a quick response, but was told I had "changed my mind" and therefore had to pay all return costs. I tried pointing out that I hadn't changed my mind, the item was not what I thought it was. This was not accepted & I had to pay a small fortune to return it. I shop a lot online and this is the most disappointing response ever received- I will definitely not recommend & will not be going back. Learnt my lesson.

Amazing, quick and no faults – I ordered a scanpan sauté pan as my old one was cheap and riddled so I thought I would splash out. I placed my trust with YHD and they didn’t disappoint!! I got the pan I wanted for $350 cheaper than the retail cost and it came within 3 business days undamaged and in perfect condition, in fact I used it last night. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

Horrible Scam - No product or refund – Same experience as most customers here. I ordered a product promising next business day dispatch. Followed up a week later and was told item was damaged and that a refund will be issued as it was the last in stock - seems like a common excuse they use but I'll give them benefit of the doubt... However! It's been weeks trying to get a refund as the shop has decided not to respond to any of my emails anymore.

Randomly cancels orders – I ordered some Oxo containers from Your Home Depot mainly because they offered next day dispatch. I ordered before midday on the Monday, called on Thursday as they still hadn't been dispatched. Was told they'd send them that day and then got an email saying they had cancelled my order on the Friday and would refund me. Terrible customer service. Won't be back.

spoke to a young lady who said it was no problem to cancel the order. Still no confirmation, nothing. I also asked about the confirmation and she advised they were 'too busy' with orders. I said I thought it was odd, that I was getting advertising material if they couldn't handle what they already had. Meanwhile, the status of my order still showed on the webpage as Processing. I waited a day and still no change: no confirmation of anything, no change on the status in my profile.

I rang again, again a young lady said it was no trouble to cancel and she would do it straight away, although it would take 3-4 days to process. Remembering that their website advertises next business day delivery. No confirmation email afterwards, no change to status on the website. I rang again the next day and asked to speak to someone higher up. The young lady, different one each time, said it was no trouble to cancel. I advised I had done that. I had also during these days, lodged service tickets on their feedback line, also asking to cancel the order and for someone to send a confirmation. I checked the service ticket status (you have to register to access that separately from your registration on their website). I found that one of my service tickets had been closed as completed. No contact, no confirmation email, no email advising the ticket was closed. At this stage the company had not contacted me regarding anything.

I then contacted Paypal and lodged a ticket with them. Within an hour I got a text message to my phone from Your Home Depot, advising they couldn't process a refund while there was a live dispute lodged with Paypal and to remove it. I went to the Paypal site and nearly cancelled the dispute but their website advises not doing that until the refund is received. So i respond to the text from Your Home Depot and said that the dispute would remain and to process the refund. They rang me! The first contact I'd received directly from them regarding any of this. The lady again told me should couldn't process a refund while there was a dispute with Paypal, and that it would take weeks to process because I would have to wait until Paypal contacted the company. I told her I wasn't cancelling the dispute and to process the refund.

The refund appeared in my Paypal account within an hour. I was lied to. I think their attempt to have the Paypal dispute removed was so that Paypal would not gather a list of complaints/disputes against them, which I am sure is on the rise. There was never any discussion about the stock.. Like others who have reviewed I am dubious that they have stock. It is quite plausible they are making money on the over night money market. They had my money for a week. I'm not sure that anything they have done is illegal but I think it's dubious and suspicious at best and would not risk my money again. No service, no care about the customer at all. And lies. There are much more reputable companies around who are interested in making an honest dollar and I will be dealing with them. I am following this up with the Consumer Commission...... oh...and 24 hours after the refund appeared in my paypal account, my order still appears as Processing on the website.

the two weeks I received an email saying they would send a complimentary knife sharpener - which I never received! I called them several times to be stuffed around even more and then after 6 weeks was offered a refund. Was told it would take 3 business days which it shouldn't so rang them again to be told it was processed on Monday and will be in my account by today. Following day I received an email asking for my bank details as they didn't have them on the system...

If you are thinking of purchasing anything from Your Home Depot I'd advise not to and go somewhere else. Giving 1 star is being generous!

the girl said she checked tracking and the items were posted out on the tuesday, should be Friday, if not give us a ring. my order still says processing, and i still have no tracking info. So i rang back this morning, and asked the question a different way. was told items shipped wednesday. So i said "so i was lied to yesterday?". She just kept on with her speel. did i want tracking info? of course i did! she said she would email me. Then i said well i was told at least one will arrive today but i havent received notification and aussie post always notify when a tracked item is coming out. she said she would ring Aussie post. she just called back to say they will be delivered today, 2 parcels. an honest answer yesterday (sorry EOFY we are really busy, it was delayed) or at least info on my order on their site, would be helpful. dont Lie!

hopefully they will be delivered. to be honest though, if i could get a refund and go elsewhere i would. i wish i had seen these reviews before i shopped, never would have ordered. just terrible service. the call i just got was too little too late, and NO apology. pathetic.

No Delivery, No Contact – Paid through paypal, they accepted the money but wouldn't respond after the $500+ icecream maker wasn't delivered (tracking on their site was set to "processing" 10 days after payment was accepted). Had to use paypal to sort out the issue and get a refund after repeated attempts to contact Yourhomedepot with zero response. Purchase through these guys at your own risk.
