100% would not recommend. Awful company, awful customer service. 2 months after initial order it has still not arrived.
Awful experience. There is no way I would ever recommend this company to anyone. It has been over 2 months since I first ordered and I still have not received my full order. Customer service do not respond to phone calls or emails. I would 100% caution you if you are thinking about purchasing from this company. Take your business somewhere that actually cares.

Terrible customer service
I ordered a cold press juicer on their website, upon logging in I received a 10% discount code which I tried to use on checkout, I couldn't find the coupon box and went through to pay via paypal thinking it would take me back to the website to review my payment and add the coupon code before proceeding to payment however this went straight through and charged me the full value.
I then emailed advising of the error as these things happen and didn't think it would be an issue with the company, I received no response after 3 days so I emailed aga...in to the support team, no response, so emailed again. I then finally received a reply 6 days after my purchase, the reply I received from Robertson was truly appalling, referencing their policy and they are under no obligation to refund the money and advised me to cancel my order, I then replied advising of my disappointment and letting them know to cancel my order, I then received a response advising that it was already posted so they can't cancel with no other options provided. I strongly recommend you shop somewhere else online, I won’t be making the mistake of going through this company again and I wish I had read the below similar issues people had with this company before ordering.
Very average! Bad customer service.
Purchased a 36cm baracat non stick fry pan from these guys.
What arrived was 30cm.
No explanation as to why. But paid the full price.
Checked the original order and mistake was not on my part.
Have emailed 3 time’s over 3 weeks
And no response.
So can safely say will never order from these guys again. Or recommend anyone to them!!

We waited over a month to receive our order and did have some difficulty contacting people to enquire about where it was. It arrived this week and we are very happy with the products.
What a Scam
I thought I would give this company a go. Have always used Robins and Kitchen Warehouse to buy kitchen products before. Please don't buy from Home depot save your self a whole lot of pain..I purchased a Jamie Oliver twin fry pan set over 6 weeks ago..All they did was take my order, take my money and never bother to despatch or send item...They emailed an Australia Post tracking number that has never been updated. I have tried to email and call numerous times but nobody ever answers phone calls or emails.... on ringing Australia Post I was told...they have been inundated with people complaining about this company and the fact that items ordered and paid for are not being posted... What a scam ... I have spoken to lots of people in the same situation and just look online at there reviews ..... We have contacted our bank and guess what, same scenario ... Lots of people have been ringing ebay and mastercard about same problem and we are having with Home Depot ... Customers are being charged for products and the company are never sending out there orders. They are not even answering our bank.....sounds like a scam to me.. We have rung the securities commission and let them know as well....hope they get investigated for taking peoples orders and money with no intention of sending out paid for goods.. I will never purchase from Home Depot again. I will be going back to Robin's and Kitchen Warehouse at least they send out your paid for products in a timely manner.
Great Customer Service
I was after some specific side plates and found the exact ones I wanted on Your Home Depot. When the plates arrived (really well packed), I discovered one must have slipped through quality control, as it had a slight fault. I emailed and received an immediate reply from Thory (a Your Home Depot team member), who provided an apology, which was followed quickly by the delivery of a replacement plate, at no cost to myself.
I am very happy with the service I received from Your Home Depot and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from their online store in the future.

No response to emails sent nearly a fortnight ago. Phones just have a recorded message saying they don’t work and has been like that for days. No response on Facebook. Have had to lodge PayPal dispute for faulty item as no way to contact this company. Big mistake buying through anonymous internet company.

Tefal Induction Cookware
Having replaced our gnarly old electric cooktop with a new induction unit we needed to purchase some compatible pots and pans. I had used Your Home Depot previously and decided to check out their range. To my absolute delight I found them to have a great range, and after checking through their stock I settled on the Tefal brand. I purchase the Gourmet Anodised 5-piece set of pans and two Jamie Oliver pans, namely the Shark Tooth grilling pan and the Stainless Steel 28cm wok with lid. These pans are brilliant. Not only do they heat up quickly an...d cook food to perfection, but with the non-stick surface they also clean easily. Our food tastes better, is healthier, and we can control the cooking to an exact amount. I'd recommend these pans to everyone.
Recently purchased a Peugeot Zeli Electric Pepper Mill which arrived with some damage (even though well packed) and I spoke to Shannay and she promptly attended to arranging a return slip (postage paid) and offered a full refund for the item. I opted for a replacement . Thanks again Shannay. I generally have found Your Home Depot an excellent reputable company and will continue to shop when in online mode.
September 26th 2019 Update: Remarkable Customer Service
110% satisfied with Your Home Depot and a special mention to Ed in the customer su...pport team. I recently purchased an electric pepper mill and unfortunately had to return it due to damage. No questions asked a return slip was promptly emailed and I returned the item. The replacement unit was received but also had very similar damage as the original. I spoke to Ed and we were both scratching our heads. I really liked the mill and I was happy to get another replacement or if unavailable , to obtain a refund. The response really surprised me and Ed confirmed that this item was no longer stocked and he advised a full refund would be made.. and as a gesture of good will, he told me I could keep the mill (it works fine otherwise). I was gobsmacked with this resolution which is clearly in my favour. On reflection it demonstrates a sincere company culture & commitment to customer service and should be applauded. Well done & thanks again

(Please note there is a caution in this review). I was looking around for a good pair of oven mitts and focused on a particular pair and then shopped around prices. I was struck that on this HomeDepot link only 3 of 5 stars were awarded (and so I expected to read some shortfalls) but then saw that Feefo claims 100% out of two reviews. This should mean a solid 5 stars. Is this the fault of Feefo I wondered or HomeDepot. I went to the Feefo site and found myself unable to check the Savannah mitt reviews. There is a page for Home Depot but no prod...uct reviews there because apparently they don't archive back beyond 12 months. Both reviews on the HD site are dated 2018. Seeing that one reviewer - country of origin? - noted the time it took to receive item, I will elect to buy locally for a slightly higher price. Ultimately, the reviews as presented were unhelpful.
Absolutely shocking service. I purchased an item during a sale period and received a phone call from them saying the stock was being delivered shortly. Without any notice they cancelled my order and all I can think of is because they didn’t want to send me the item at that discounted price. I have tried to call them and no one will return my call to explain the situation. Absolute scam. Do not purchase from them. Unfortunately I have only just read similar reviews on here.
I have ordered a few time through this company, first few times was alright but when we ordered a reduced item it was apparently out of stock. Which I understand but 3 weeks passed with no email, phone call or communication of any kind. I rang to see what the issue was 4 time only to be told someone would call me back. I got a refund a few weeks later but no apology. I have found other sites and we purchase all our business needs through them. Good coin lost for you guys.
Beware of the loopholes
I purchased 2 items online. The response time was very good & I was reasonably happy with the prices. Unfortunately, one of the items (a rice cooker) turned out to be far too large for my purposes. Although there was a litre capacity in the advertising, there was no cup capacity mentioned. I immediately went through the process of organising a return. Firstly, all of the email addresses provided bounced back. I had to call the support number several times & was given alternative emails and they all failed as well. I was beginning to worry. I tr...ied again the next day & got a quick response, but was told I had "changed my mind" and therefore had to pay all return costs. I tried pointing out that I hadn't changed my mind, the item was not what I thought it was. This was not accepted & I had to pay a small fortune to return it. I shop a lot online and this is the most disappointing response ever received- I will definitely not recommend & will not be going back. Learnt my lesson.
Questions & Answers
I ordered an oval casserole dish with lid, all I got was the lid. Any attempt to get some one to answer the question of where was the casserole dish has failed. A complete lack of customer service!!! Ellen
