Fails to provide item or refund – One of the worst company's I have delt with, should have read the reviews first. Ordered a customised jersey for a 70th birthday 7 weeks before requiring, it to a month to get to a point where they told me they could not supply the size or guarantee they could supply it in time, now I'm going through PayPal to get a refund as the refund they said they have done has never happened. Item as described on website – Ordered from the UK, 2 different cricket shirts which were to be personalised for my grandsons living in Perth for their christmas presents. Order placed 13th Nov 2023 and received in Perth 7th Dec 2023. Very pleased with the shirts. Don't buy from this website – I ordered a QLD State of Origin Jersey six weeks ago, but despite the payment being taken from my account, the product still hasn't been delivered. I've attempted to contact the company via email and phone, but there has been no response. The phone number just rings without an answer. I strongly recommend against buying from this vendor.

Requested tracking no. Oh oops, it hadn’t really been shipped. Waited another week & emailed again. Another promise to investigate but, again, we never heard back! I don’t understand how these people run their business. It wasn’t a cheap jersey & while my son is happy with it, their customer service is pretty poor. shocking – ordered a jersey 8 weeks ago as it said in stock, a week later was told it was a glitch and they had no stock. 6 weeks later i finally received it and it was a ladies large instead of a mens. 4 email later to no reply, i have no answers. Order hasn't come – I ordered a jersey on the 31/8 and it still hasn't come. I haven't had any shipping information. I have emailed them via their contact us on the web page and haven't got a reply. I'm wondering if I've been scammed.

Exactly what I ordered and quality item – I ordered a retro 1980s State of Origin jersey with name and numbers. It came to me within 2 weeks and was exactly how I ordered it. Scammed! – I recently bought a jersey from the website and paid for it. I then received an email a day later saying that they actually didn’t have the size of the jersey that I purchased and that I’d get a refund. I waited a while for them ti send me a refund, though I never got my money back. I tried to contact them and didn’t get a response. They scammed me, I would not recommend buying anything from this website!

Terrible customer service. No empathy for their inconvenience what so ever! – Ordered and paid $140 for a youth Size 14 Broncos Jersey for my 10yr old. Very small sizes BTW he is usually a size 10-12. Finally, 10 days later received email saying they had a ‘glitch’ in their system and can’t supply it. Did not offer any disc off a Small Mens jersey. Dolphins jersey – Didn't even receive my jersey, went through the whole process, paid for it got the confirmation then 4 days later got my money sent back with no reason. Had to email them to ask what the go was. Apparently there was a glitch in the system. That was all I received. Pathetic really. Will find another store. Show details
