Don't buy from ZAPALS – Don't buy anything from Zapals. Ordered headphones from Zapals in February now it's June and still not received. Countless emails sent. No contact number. Still no response from customer service.

No response – Ordered item which failed about 4 months later have contacted customer service about 4 times and no response. Would not recommend anyone use this company as if you have a pro lem you will not be able to contact them, use PayPal

Still waiting on my order – This is the worst online company I have ever had to deal with. Made and paid for an order in early March. It is now nearing end of May and have contacted them several times without any answer. Do not ever deal with Zapals. It is not an honourable company.

gave me my money back. Moral of this story: Avoid Zapals, and use Paypal where you can, as they will refund fraudulent sales. Ebay will also refund where there is a fraudulent sale. As an alternative for similar products, I have found Banggood very good to deal with.

Order never arrived - thieves! – I ordered a watch with Zapals on 24 January 2019. EX17S Luminous Smart Watch Sunlight-visible 12-Month Long. I sent a few emails, but they remained unanswered, and the parcel never turned up. Zapals is one big scam. Don't be fooled. The scamming company is registered in Australia like this: "We are registered in the Australia simplified GST system. ATO Reference Number (ARN)： 3000 1369 6542."

Refund promised for undelivered items but 2 months later no refund and no replies for tickets – Stay away from this company! Initially they reply to your support tickets but then don't deliver on promises and don't respond anymore. I lost fair amount of money on products that weren't delivered and not refunded as promised. Very dodgy company!

I gave them a go. Even with all the negative reviews. That was a mistake – Back in December 2018, I purchased 6 items, but only 2 arrived within 4 weeks. In January 2019 I follow up with support and they refunded 1 item, but now they are ignoring all other tickets for the remaining missing items.
