Fastest shipping and great service! – I bought some Hard Yakka socks i saw on the ozbargain website last week. I bought at 11.20am, it was delivered the next morning at 8am.

direction. It wasn’t O.K. because the size was not correct. I was buying many times before Hush Puppy shoes and size 9.5 always fit me. I believe something was wrong with this size and I deserve that I don’t pay postage at all because it is not my mistake. However lady from their customer service didn’t agree. It is the first and the last time that I am ordering something from Zasel and wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy staff from them because of their customer service. I am very disappointed.

Waste of Money – My new "leather" dress shoes didn't last two weeks. The "leather" cracked and peeled which exposed the fabric below. Don't waste your money on this brand. Steer clear of the seller Zazel. Sent wrong sized socks. Days and days of waiting to get a response, and they then demand that the buyer must pay return postage fee. They only have a Heidelberg PO Box "address". No other address is available. I am only a couple of kilometres away but no physical address to return to. Between Aust Post charges and their "return" fees the cost to return the wrong sized socks was more that the amount they charged for the socks.
Check their terms and lack of service. I have been "Zaselled" well and truly. Flash website but sharp practices.
