Absolute scam they changed my shipping address to Qld so I changed it back got the confirmation email and they hadn't changed anything absolutely crap poor customer service only a robot.

The worst company to deal with. They accept your money, do not follow with online magnetic fridge calendar order and never respond to your emails. Absolutely disreputable. Show 2 replies

Coffee cups should last >6months, especially ones that cost >$40. An xmas gift became heavily cracked. I requested a refund. They said only 30 day return warranty policy. Their final position is 30% off next purchase and free shipping.... coffee cups should last more than 6 mths.

I made sure all my photos were uploaded properly before submitting, then the confirmation page also showed the correct photos I had uploaded before paying. The birthday card arrived 8 days before the birthday and it was not a custom card as ordered, but just had generic stock photos on it instead… Read more

I emailed Zazzle using the email listed on there site to try get this fixed, then received a reply email saying customer service would get back to me within 1 business day. I never heard back from them. I then tried to contact them via the help section on there site, however once again never heard back from them. To sum up my experience: Terrible product. Atrocious customer service. Waste of money and time. (Photo attached of the generic photo card that was sent)

Terrible customer service – Still awaiting a full refund. I ordered a shirt incorrectly. I was given an email saying order has been cancelled awaiting 5 days for full amount to be transferred into account. I am still waiting and I have sent 3 emails with nil response. I ordered another shirt through them. The white isn't white, it's off white. I had a design on the front and back in black. The front and back were two different blacks.

I ordered a card on 1/9 based on processing & shipping times quoted to ensure it would arrive on time. They stated it takes 2 days to process however it took 4 days before it was shipped. Now UPS have revised their delivery twice and now it’s not… Read more

arriving until 12/9 which could change again!! This is past the time l needed it to arrive so l now have to go buy another anniversary card to give my wife. Poor service and won’t be ordering cards in the future.

After all this the card arrived 10/9. So don’t understand why UPS had to stress me out by saying it wasn’t going to be delivered until 12/9. When it did arrive the card was slightly creased/damaged.

I ordered a product from Zazzle on 10th August 2025. On 6th September 2025, the product has still not arrived. I contacted the supplier on line where I'm greeted by AI. After a couple of questions, I'm asked if I would like to speak with a human but there is a 40 minute wait. Show reply

 Follow-up  · Following my initial review, my product arrived 5 weeks later. I was unhappy with the time taken as I believe this time to be excessive. The company responded and refunded the cost of postage. They responded promptly and provided good communication. I was happy with the quality of the product when it eventually arrived.

Excellent service, especially when the issue wasn't their fault – Great products, exactly what I ordered. One package went missing after sent but as soon as I contacted Zazzle, they organised a replacement. They answered my emails almost immediately and were highly professional. The sort of service I've rarely received with online orders. Very impressed.

I am so disappointed because I never received the Order 131-92413419-7265961 placed on 21/11/2024 for the Daschund Sausage Dog Monogramed 15 Pro Max iphone case. This was a surprise Christmas gift for my daughter. I have never been contacted by the seller at 6 Union Quay, COrk Ireland. Don't bother using this website. I ordered some customised playing cards and customised whiskey glasses. There were no issues with the playing cards and they arrived fairly quickly and I could track delivery (they came from the USA). Different story with the whiskey glasses. message said that delivery could not be tracked. I have not received the glasses and, now that I look at the reviews on the Zazzle website, I can see that various other people also did not receive their glasses. I have no faith that I will ever receive the glasses and I have requested a refund but, given other reviews, I suspect that Zazzle won't bother to refund and I have lost my money on these glasses. You do not seem be to able to connect to a real person but you only seem to be able to deal with AI bots that can't deal with specific situations. When you ask to speak to a human, their chat function tells you that the estimated wait time is x minutes but this never changes so I assume it is fake. Overall a very poor experience and I will not order from them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ZAZZLE. I ordered personalised Christmas ornaments. I received an email saying they’d been delivered. They had not. When I questioned where my order was, the AI agent repeatedly gave me links that did not work. I tried over 30 times to get some information without success. Looks like I have lost my money. Wish I had read these reviews first.

The products are good quality but the problem is if the product says it’s from a certain country, Malta in my inference, well the package is actually coming from the USA so it’s harder to get my Mai because Australia post isn’t delivering or sending anything from the USA at present. So the UPS postage is quite expensive. I wish the website would be transparent about where your product is coming from. I’m very annoyed

Ordered some Google review cards from this lot. Nowhere at the ordering or checkout is it stated that they deliver via UPS who just so happen NOT to deliver to Australia Post Collection. Now I'm dancing around with YPS trying to get my delivery. If I could give NO stars I would. Bloody incompetent!!!!! I won't be ordering anything else from this lot ever again.

Ordered a custom hat couple of months ago for my father in law birthday. Never receive it, try to log in complaint and never have email confirmation that the complaint was logged. I think this is their way of avoiding responsibility so we don't have any proof of the complaint. Terrible business practice. Avoid at all cost. Update: eventually got my money back but miss the gift for my father in law birthday.

Ordered business cards. Look nice but the email address and phone number is in an extremely small print. As this is the purpose of a business card they are completely useless. Threw them away and reordered elsewhere. Be mindful of this.

Ordered 2 printed T-shirts as a gift to be delivered to my son in law in Queensland for his birthday. My son in law let me know they arrived a week after his birthday. Instead of being the 2XL size ordered they were enormous, one nearly big enough to be a single bedspread. I am so disappointed - when you are ordering a gift online the recipient in another state should receive the gift ordered. Where is the quality control?

Slow, slow slow... over a month for approx. 12 tiny round stickers. Don't waste your time or money with this company. Easy to use website but everything is downhill from there. I thought ordering over a month before my event would be plenty of time, I was wrong! I requested a refund as I'm yet to receive the item and the company has gone silent!

sent. A couple of other gifts arrived in a leisurely time. Then the latest personalised gift ordered was marked as "delivered" and, a week later, appears to have disappeared into an abyss. This particular item was to commemorate our 25th wedding anniversary . . . And now I'm going to have to buy a mass produced gift because UPS tracking doesn't seem to work beyond America's shores, despite apparently having couriers in our major cities. So disappointed!! And will NEVER buy from Zazzle again..

Great range of products. But I wanted one card (for triplets), and it was going to cost approx $10.00 to have it sent! No Thankyou. It should only cost $1.25 or at the most $2.50. VERY disappointing.

Terrible support provided – If there were zero stars available I would allocate it! I placed an order in September and despite following up Zazzle many times they would not assist to locate our order. We did not receive an email confirmation, nothing about an order however we received a credit card charge. I would NOT recommend their services!

Don't use Zazzle!! – Don't use Zazzle. Ordered a Christmas ornament that was to be delivered well before Christmas. It was delivered on Jan 16, and it's HORRIBLE quality. This was the replacement they sent because the first one got lost in transit. They only refunded the shipping fee. I asked for a better quality replacement. They refused. HORRIFIC experience!!

Order cancelled with no explanation or communication – I ordered personalised birthday t shirts for my dad’s birthday. I checked the status of my order and noticed it had been cancelled. I did not receive an email to notify me it had been cancelled. My dad’s birthday party is two weeks away, and I won’t have the t shirts. Not happy at all. If I had have received communication about the cancellation of my order, I would have ordered the t shirts from elsewhere.
