we saw something that was white it was a skirt which makes the bed look like an ensemble...what a clever idea, honestly i am happy with this purchase it will last longer than the old style ensembles with no broken wood in the base because this is all metal and it really does look like a proper ensemble base. When I raised these concerns, I received generic responses that failed to address the inconsistencies and confusion surrounding the product listing. To make matters worse, even during the correspondence regarding my case, different product names were referenced, further reinforcing the lack of clarity.
Despite the mattress remaining sealed and unused, I was still expected to absorb significant return costs. Rather than attempting to understand the customer’s concerns, the process felt focused solely on enforcing policy.
Based on my experience, there is considerable room for improvement in product transparency, communication, and customer service.

Dog stairs arrived today and Harry is very happy with them and i am too. Sturdy feel. Good quality material covering them. Just the right height for the lounge. Great size for our shelties weighing 13 and 14 kg. Don't stick out too much from the lounge. Non slip base. Ordered through Bunnings Marketplace. Definitely recommend product

A bad experience I'm afraid, the unit will not bolt together as per instructions, have called the company but was meet with a message service to leave details for a call back. I'm still waiting. Thank goodness the retailer has come to the rescue and will pick up the faulty bed and refund my money. I will never purchase something from Zinus again.

King Single Bed – I purchased a Zinus King Single metal frame with wooden legs. It looks nice & streamlined. Easy to assemble. Seems sturdy enough for my needs. Can recommend.

The top of the mattress feels lovely but the bottom half of the mattress you can feel the springs, they are directly under one layer of fabric, so as you tuck the sheets in it hurts your hands.

to have been drilled perfectly, since the screw itself couldn’t be tighted all the way to the end. That being said, it still went in a fair way and feels generally steady anyway, so I guess it’s fine.
Main appeal of the table is its easy to make + looks stylish in a simple modern way + is (so far) sturdy. Desk came with a specific container of extra screws as well just in case you lose some.
Purchased Queen bed frame through fantastic furniture on line store, delivered quickly, everything went together like a dream, easy enough for 1 person to assemble, no missing parts, easily understandable instructions, for price could not ask for better, only downside is fantastic furnitures delivery fees

rang customer service 16 times, I was automatically put on hold and no answer. I emailed -- they responded 48 hrs later, with a boilerplate response with zero helpful information. It is now a week after my bed was due to be delivered and I have no idea where it is. I would have never have ordered via this business had a I read the reviews.

What made the experience even worse was the way the company handled my complaint. Rather than offering a proper solution or exchange, they offered a small “goodwill” payment that does not resolve the actual issue. I found the response dismissive and unhelpful.
I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality products or reliable customer service. Very frustrating experience from start to finish.

Supplied screws are way too tight to fit with either supplied crappy ratchet or poorly fitting Allen key. Only way to assemble is with brute force. Would never purchase this product or any other from this manufacturer.

I ordered a bed frame through Bunnings marketplace. It all came unmarked and therefore could not put it together. Had to pay for hard rubbish to pick the bed up. I contacted zinus through marketplace, their personal email and also have called them. When the message banks comes you can’t even leave a message it just hangs up on you. I sent them video proof of the faults but have not heard back. Slow and frustrating process.

first time I couldn't be bothered contacting them again as I can't stand ignorant emails I will keep that one section tied together with a cable tie and quite obviously advise people not to purchase from this company again unless they want to chance missing parts and delay tactic emails.

all, it's actually plastic! Note also that there were 3x threaded inserts in leg pieces that did not have properly formed threads, so assembly would have been impossible if not for the fact that I had an M8 tap and wrench that enabled me to tap out the threads. Another head scratching feature of this bed's design is the double sided tape that's on top of the slats, which Zinus figures is a good way to hold mattress is place....Not! This product should never have left the factory.
Just received my order. No instructions, no screws or bolts and it took weeks to arrive, the box was water damaged. The steel frame was undamaged but seriously. I have now been without a base for weeks for it to finally arrive and no bolts or screws!
Really impressed. Bought a King Single bed base because it was very cheap compared to similar products. There were several features that impressed me. The instructions were well thought out and easy to follow. The cloth strips between the slats have been replaced with Velcro strips, so the slats do not rattle around at all. It came with a handy little ratcheting Allen key that made assembly much quicker.
Thank you Zinus. Received single beds in just a few days. Husband put first one together in about 20 minutes. I made bed up and so easy to put fitted sheet on it. No more fighting to get to corners. Hopefully you guys to queen size beds the same. If so will be placing order after Xmas. Excellent service and product.
