Terrible experience. My luggage was stolen on the first week of my 5 week holiday, everything taken- money, clothes, laptop ect. anything to do with stolen luggage, let alone lost luggage. All I can say is if you choose these guys you better hope you don’t lose and get anything stolen from you because you’re on your own. This company is mastermind and going round and round with you and finding loopholes and anyway to be fools. It’s all about money for them

clinic on a drip. It cost a lot of money. Thank goodness I had travel insurance! Zoom were super helpful and very easy to deal with. I recommend Zoom wholeheartedly to anyone travelling anywhere! My claim was lodged and immediately responded to. I am very happy! I’ll always be using Zoom in future!

I had to extend my trip and tried to do this online, but their systems said my policy didn't exist. I tried to access the online chat, and they said they currently weren't online. Very clever of you to put the wording about claims arising from acts of war or war-like events. What's not clever is that you sent me an email with a greeting: "We hope you had a fabulous, incident free holiday" after I contacted you about my problem with war related lack of transport back home. Communications were poor. Emails were not being read. Documents and info was given as requested, only to be asked for again. Just auto reponses like a stoopid AI agent. Detail required was excessive to nature and amount of claim. Dealing through email threads was confusing and ineffective. Seems like the system was deliberately difficult to make… Read more
the claimant just give up, it's not worth it. I have a claim, I have legitimate receipts and scripts from a legit service provider and pharmacy. You don't need my actual diagnosis. That's patient/doctor privilege. None of your business. All for a payout of under $200.

We were rebooked on another flight, but to make that flight, we paid about 500 USD for Uber and taxi since that flight departed and arrived at different airports than we originally planned. with our claim, because in their T&C, they have a section which says "We will not reimburse if: d) your claim arises from cancellations, delays, diversions, rescheduling, or shortening to your scheduled or connecting transport unless it is due to a strike, riot, hijack, civil protest or unrest, weather, natural disaster, or physical accident affecting your mode of transport.”...I found it ridiculous because the additional cost arising from flight cancellation is one of the main reasons we usually buy travel insurance. At least, we got a $50 voucher from the airline, but most probably we won't be able to redeem it because we don't live in that country, and they only operate in that region.
