Still waiting for my goods – I wish I saw these reviews before I bought anything from these crooks. I have tried 4 times to contact Zoroxo about what is happening, but to no avail. My goods simply sit "In Transit" and the date of delivery keeps moving. At this point I just want a refund, but have no idea how to go about it. These scam artists would be great canditites for ACA to interview!
Product not as good a description and price suggested – I'm happy with the process and service and had intended on making more purchases from the site, until the Star Wars Light Sabre I ordered for my son's Christmas present arrived. The description did a real good job on over 'selling' the item, but the product doesn't match up and certainly not to the $200+ that I pid for it. I feel duped.
Shifty and dodgy please learn from these reviews – Bought an item over 4 weeks ago for my daughters christmas present thought it was coming from Australia since I had cancelled similar order from america only to realise it is coming from overseas. So dishearten and disappointed I'm not a big online shopper and now I know why.

Happy customer – I thought Zoxoro to be reasonably good. The cost of the products is quite high. Condition of product brought when received was excellent. Can take on odd occassion a while for them to process a refund for you if its needed.
Wall sticker – Ordered a wall sticker on line, it was delivered in14 days.had trouble working it out .Requested help. Support team sent a link to a video.Excellent assistance.Very happy.
Goods delivered as promised – Purchased the goods on-line. The delivery estimate was 3-4 weeks out which I thought was quite long, but the goods were delivered well within that timeframe. They made good on their promise, so nothing to complain about.

BEWARE - SCAM CUSTOMERS – Ordered purple jewellery box for my disabled granddaughter on the internet. Used my credit card. They were very quick to charge me. Months later, many emails, I finally received a refund only to be charged again the same day. Went to my bank, credit card cancelled. I am a pensioner.$200.00 is allot for me to pay. Crap business – This is a crap website with no respect for people. I ordered a gymnastics mat in the 20th of December 2016 the estimated delivery was December 26th-January 16th, when it was January 20th I thought it was because it was around the Christmas holidays. out of the building by this point I was staying on my idea about Christmas holidays. A few weeks later I get the same email for the second time saying they were unable to ship the order now I was starting to worry that my order wasn't coming and searched up YouTube zoxoro and there was a teen boy who had ordered a canvas and got a poster, straight away I went from my office into my mum and dad who were in the house living room and said 'I don't think my mat is coming and proceeded to show them the video. A week later I got another email from them saying the same thing yet again I forwarded this email on to myself from my mums phone and looked at it trying to figure out what business would take away someone's money and give them nothing. The next day my mum went to the bank and asked them if they could get the money back it took them a week when they phoned my mum and said zoxoro had put our money back in her account after the bank had been harassing them for a week. The main point of this was to help you and never order from this crap company.

Fraudulent business – From reading other reviews, obviously a fraudulent business. I placed my order in Feb 2016 and still nothing received or refund given after several emails. I'll be reporting them to my bank as a fraudulent transaction.
Not an honest website - not worth even one star – I bought one item online 3 months ago. They readily took my money but the item has never been delivered. I've emailed them 3 times. could not be pulled up and their IT team was working very hard to resolve this. Their accounts dept had also been asked to look into this and I'd receive an update shortly. A couple weeks later I emailed them again and I received a response not long after sincerely apologizing for the delay in resolving my request. The contact at Zoxoro ('Sheila', very sus, if they were a thriving business there'd be more than one (supposed) person in their support department) said she'd followed this up with their accounts dept and said she had asked them to look into a full refund and they'd be sending me an email soon. My third and recent email resulted in an email from the mail delivery subsystem advising that my message could not be delivered to support@zoxoro.com.au. I quote, "The email account that you tried to reach is disabled." I agree with the previous reviews. Not a legitimate and honest business. Wonder in which country 'Zoxoro Australia' actually has its roots??
They Are Thieves - Never Ever Purchase Anything From Zoxoro – I purchased a baseball cap for 85AUD from this website to never be sent it and despite my constant interaction with customer service the issue has not been resolved and it's clear they only withdrew money from my account with no intention of providing me the goods I had paid for.

6 months and no delivery or refund from this company – I made an on line purchase in November 2016 for a Christmas gift. They said delivery in 14 days. I 'm still waiting. Terrible company to deal with. Very upsetting.
10 emails over 4 months and still no product – I purchased a furniture item on line 4 months ago and I still have not received it This outfit I believe is bogus. The phone number on their website is disconnected. Every time I write it takes at least a week, sometimes longer for them to respond if they respond at all. They just keep saying things like there is a transport delay. I finally asked for a refund a month ago and have had no response.

the original purchase deduced from my account (from the same company). Not realising this could be a scam, I have since emailed them a number of times to request resolution and refunds. I initially received replies informing me that a manager/accounts team was looking into it but since threatening further action, I haven't received any correspondence.

A Large Con!!! – Ordered and paid for a product, notionally dispatched with tracking number. Not able to be tracked, website down, site under repair etc. Cancelled order, money notionally refunded, never happened, never arrived at Bank. Ripoff
Thieves – Bought the product. Told it was despatched. Given a tracking number but the link doesn't work. Product never arrived. Contacted them. They were apologetic and said there was an issue with shipping.. even though it was already despatched right? They offered to refund. We were told the refund had been processed. Never received the refund. So they pocket $100 and I waste my time trying to sort this out.
Total scam. Say goodbye to your money – Like all other reviewers, goods NEVER arrive. But guess what? Lesson learnt. Do a little online research about companies you don't know. Don't give your credit card number to anyone. Use PayPal. Yeah PayPal charges fees. They're not a charity organisation. Your paying PayPal for a service to protect you. Zoxoro stole $150 from me. End of the day....my fault.

exact same item that I only ordered one of. When I did eventually receive the goods, it was brown, when I ordered black!! I've been trying (unsuccessfully) to get the matter resolved, but have been given the complete run around for nearly 5 months now. Thankfully, the item was less than $50, but it's not the point. I ended up being charged twice (almost $100) for an item that wasn't what I ordered in the first place and didn't even arrive in time for the occasion it was purchased for. These people are complete @#*!holes.

They are no longer trading - don't order anything! – I ordered a really nice woodgrain thermometer from this company back on February 28 and it never arrived. like this advertise on Facebook and other sites with the word 'Sponsored' under the company title. Sponsored by whom? It would seem the majority are scams. Who can we all complain to as a start to getting back our money?
This company is a scam! – My order, a set of toddler drinking bottles, was only partially filled. After many months of emails, many not responded to, much chasing, I have given up. Today, 6 months later I got an email claiming the order was filled based on a tracking note. But only HALF what I paid for arrived. This company is some kind of shell company... do they have any staff?
Stay clear – I paid for a Christmas present for my son-in-law in early December 2016 and as at 31 March 2017 it still hasn't arrived. I have now asked my credit card company to start negotiations to recover my money. I emailed a number of times, but the last reply from this company was acute and paste of their previous reply.
Ripped Off – Do not buy from Zoxoro. You won't get your product or your money back. They constantly refer your complaint to a manager who doesn't contact you.
