firm enough (IF you have a back in need of full support). I tried with a very low/ flat pillow, and then NO pillow. This helped a bit, but it still exacerbated my back pain, and my neck is not used to no pillow at all. I use the curved pillow thats shaped to your neck and goes down for your head (a very expensive optimal comfort contouur pillow) honestly we could be better off with NO pillow, but i6s tough when you're not used to it from a young age. . In addition to this, when I've got sore, inflamed, spasmed back muscles, the only sleeping position for me is on a firm flat surface, on my back, with just support under my neck (my pillow that is curved for just neck support) and knees. I recommend everyone do this if your back is sore. Move to the floor if you have to; I've done that MANY times. Otherwise, this mattress is very nice. I like it, and I'm gonna keep it for the times when my back is loving life. If you don't have regular trouble with your back, I truly recommend this mattress. It's not hot, like my staple foam mattress. I loved that SO MUCH, being menopausal. But I'm back on my staple mattress, mentioned in another review, and it took only 2,3 days on my back mostly on this very supportive/firm mattress for my back to go "ahhhhh".

telling them you have to lay on it to feel the sinking. They tried telling me firmness differs for people therefore the matress is not damaged. I informed them this was ridiculous as we travel regularly and have slept in good and bed matresses all our lives but non had ever given us pain nor sagged and made us sink.. Lol how can both of us get such horrible pain if there is nothing wrong with the matress? We had to spend $179 on a matress topper which helped a bit but now 3 months later it's just so bad. Am writting this review at almost 1am because am laying on the couch researching actual good matresses because I can nolonger sleep on the bed. Its like literally sleeping in sink hole. This is the worst matress i have come across. The worst insult was calling my complain "change of mind" yet the matress is clearly not fit for use. They offered a lousy 50% refund ... NOT OF THE TOTAL but of the matress alone! In future I will be very weary if reviews that are too good to be true.

Update: Apparently the issue is firmness because my whole body and my partners ached instead of only one area of my body aching. My partner is 68 kilos and he sinks into a hole in the matress. They questioned why i am reviewing an issue that was dealt with months ago while ignoring the fact that i am saying 3 months down the line we are now in a deep hole which is now a whole different matter to months ago! They have now implied that they will "take other matters" to defend themselves which i am hoping they do as someone will have to finally physically view and test the matress as evidence! Its a worry they use such threats as it now makes sense how they might possibly scare other potential reviewers: NOT ME!!

visit some of these brands in their store or warehouse to test the mattress and inspect its quality prior to making the investment. We ended up purchasing this mattress from ZZZ Atelier after visited them and spoke to a very nice gentleman who has been very open and explained the product to us in a very detailed manner. After receiving the mattress we have used it for about 1.5 years now and our sleep quality has improved a lot from the previous mattress. We do not notice any significant issue with the mattress, apart from slight body impression on the side we usually sleep, which the company rep has explained to us that this is normal of any modern mattresses. Since it did not gives us any sleep discomfort issue we figured this is not abnormal.

We have been holding back from writing review too quickly as we experienced bad dip with the old mattress of other brand within a year time. It seems that after having the mattress for 1.5 years we now are confident to write this review and recommend the mattress to our friends

After 2 months, Catch and zzz Atelier have refunded me for the second matress, As freight company lost the second matress. I have scoliosis of the spine so did need a matress topper for added comfort.

days it's very hard to walk. My back pain runs through down to my leg now and I literally have to roll out of bed. Some days we've opted to sleep on the ground instead. We're due to the chiropractor now but given the nature of restrictions it's difficult to comfortably see one at this time.

We purchased a new mattress now and I've learned that "if there's anything you shouldn't cheap out on, it's a good mattress". I think I may have caused myself long term damage to my hip and at this point, I'm not sure if it can be reversed.

Mattress started sagging but was covered by warranty – Have had this for almost 3 years now and have just replaced it. Was great at first, but after a year it started sagging where we both slept and started causing me back pains. After raising it with their warranty team, and sending a few photos, they agreed to process the refund. Overall excellent service. almost 2 years but it wasn't a problem they covered everything under their warranty and sent us another mattress as a replacement !! The only slight negative would be that we had to wait a week to get the new replacement mattress ( but that could of been because of Co-vid ? ) but all that pales into insignificance as we are now back to getting the best sleep ever.

Added value to my life and improved my quality of sleep – I couldn’t peel myself off from it as soon as it arrived in a couple days. Service, delivery and mostly the product is 5 stars. quite acceptable. I have had the mattress for 4 years now. Recently realised it has dip a bit around my waist area after I purchased a new one and had the opportunity to see them side by side. Otherwise wouldn't have noticed. The dip was measured to around 15mm, which is very good even when compared to expensive mattresses which I previously owned. For mattresses with thick foam you will always get some dip even with the biggest brands and top models. It is just the way it is for pillow top mattresses.

Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

sagging came extremely sore backs and an added extra for me, my hips too. After 3 years, I've bitten the bullet and spent $2200 on a 100% latex mattress. It works out to be the same cost. Being latex , i don't need to worry for another 20 years.

more lower back pain & felt like I've gone through a spinal realignment. AWESOME! However, I did have to buy a very thick convoluted overlay mattress from Clark Rubber to compensate for the pain it was causing my pressure points - shoulders, hips, knees. I was waking up in absolute agony from pressure point pain. While the convoluted mattress allows me to get some sleep, I can not say that I'm entirely comfortable as there is definately not enough "give"in the springs around the main pressure areas - be that sleeping on my side or back. I'm a tall slender woman, but have typical Scandinavian wide bone strutcure, while I no longer suffer lower back pain I'm now experiencing tightness in the upper back and shoulder area. Its a great mattress, I can't really fault it, it's just not for me. Unfortaunately with the deeper mattress size, plus a convoluted topper as well, meant I had to buy deep walled fitted sheets & a king size doona to compensate for the measurement changes, all extra expenses I wasn't expecting. I've now spent out more on "mattress compensations" than I did on the mattress.

rotating etc. But about 4 months after purchase I had to put another 5 inches pure latex topper over the mattress as I was feeling the springs.

I persevered until June 2020 with this mattress, but the aches and pains got worse and you could visually see the dip in the middle left by my body. I'm single and not overweight and the mattress was definitely sagging. No side bolstering was an issue and the underneath was poorly covered. It was also very high, much of my old linen did not fit.

It was a short term purchase as I'd moved further out into the country and there are no furniture outlets nearby, but even for the price I paid, I expected it to last longer. I've gone back to a flip and turn pocket spring mattress.

number of years ago and needs a supportive mattress. We've noticed that we are both waking now, having had a restful sleep and are able to get on with our day with mostly no back pain. My husband still does have some back pain, but this is due to deterioration of his spine, and not the mattress. As we have only had it for a month and a half, I can't really comment on durability, or sagging, but I'm hopeful that it will stand the test of time.
