All items were professionally and competently packed, arriving in the best possible order and condition; felt like I had picked the items myself from the NYC store!

I was very happy with the condition and quality of the products.

My only quibble is there is no facility to delay shipping, whilst this may at first glance seem like an unusual request, if I'm out on the road I could optimize the delivery window to fall one to three weeks after placing the order, to guarantee I can personally take delivery for the parcel.

#1105242022) as the first cancellation was "marked as fraud by our verification team". Even with my direct contact information and assurance that I was a real person, they cancelled my second order also. I sent their customer service people a note about the first cancellation and got no response. I didn't even bother the second time. I see they have incredible reviews here, maybe they're paying for them because my experience couldn't have been worse. I got two order confirmations - one was cancelled after 40 minutes, the second (Order #1105304667) was cancelled 9 days later as they were closed for Passover. I'll stick to newegg and Amazon for this purchase going forward and have removed B&H from my searches. Unbelievable.

Unlike the local camera shops, the website accurately reflects the stock levels and when you need to ask a question about items not in stock, you get a straight answer. Most products, even expensive high-end and specialized items, actually are in stock. They also have a great website which makes it easy to find what you want, with helpful reviews and detailed product information. Finally, when you need to order from a trustworthy source for items where there is a high risk of counterfeit junk (e.g. particularly memory cards and batteries), they would be my #1 recommendation.

Order processing times are also incredibly quick for in-stock items. My last order was placed on a Friday evening in Australia and arrived by 9.30am on Monday morning - extraordinary I know but I am not aware of any business in Australia which could deliver in that timeframe with the weekend. I realise that it wasn't a guaranteed timeframe, but it shows what's possible, and how the local shops need to lift their game. Admittedly I paid $20 US for DHL Express shipping, which was maybe $10 more than ordering locally, but the items I ordered were items not stocked by local retailers anyway. For comparison I ordered something else which was "in-stock" the same evening from a major local retailer in the same city, and it hasn't even been shipped as of Tuesday evening. When I need something in a hurry next time, I know who I'll be ordering from.

Easy to order with freight options. Only issue is orders under the limit ie should be tax and duty free coming into to Australia are still being charged GST despite being under the AUD$800 threshold.

Australian State address bug in checkout screen – It was REALLY annoying trying to set my address. The state box was limiting itself to just 2 characters. Australian states are 3 characters. The drop down list was correct. Limiting to just two characters made the address in the PAYPAL account different. I tried several times to try to fix but couldn't.

Big store lacks the personal touch — just a big warehouse shipping machine – Refused to price match same product. Refused to check batch number of product before shipping out to ensure it wasn't from a known faulty batch. Show details

B&H not what they used to be – Like most businesses that build up a reputable and reliable profile, customers will remain loyal and continue to use such businesses, but sadly B&H has slipped down the gurgler. Not only have shipping rates increased but the general prices are no better than anybody else! Love B&H – I was looking for a number of items and they were pretty easy to find. Definitely spoiled for choice compared to what I can get locally in Australia.

More concise info is always welcome – Always a good experience with lots of necessary product information. Sometimes there's slight inconsistency in information between different-sized products from the same maker so you'll see the product weight for one product and then the next size will only have the package weight. More videos are good as well, esp if you're buying online.

You dont know what you dont know – Best website on the internet to search all accessories for your big ticket items that you dont know about. Just type in your camera and see what B&H suggests! Show details

Great bargain! – I could get two memory cards for less than the price of one memory card in Australia even after paying for the tax and the postage. So instead of buying one I got two which I need to remain stress free while using a D 850 and D500 on the go. Thanks B & H!
