Where to start. First off, I was charged full price when the web price for the same mattress was $700 cheaper. That one's on me, even though the permanent sale is a scam in itself, and also illegal. delivery was refunded after I complained about it. Now the fun starts, the mattress that was delivered is NOT the same as the one in the store I tested, it has different branding and feels MUCH firmer than the store model. After multiple calls and visits to the store and being ghosted by the sales guy, I made another trip back to the store and met the manager, who just explained that I was wrong, and they are the same. I'm not an idiot, I can tell the difference between soft quilting and firm foam. I've asked for a refund several times, was refused each time. They eventually did offer a replacement model (after my 3rd trip back) however, this was to be for a significantly cheaper model, and you guessed it, no refund for the cost difference. What else, I still haven't received any receipt despite asking for one repeatedly. No response to emails. so, once they have your money, zero care factor. Suffice to say, I won't be a repeat customer, I've now got a new $4000 mattress that's probably going to end up on the nature strip.

a warranty replacement. That alone was impressive, but then it got better. My wife has back issues and Rick spent some time with her lying on the bed and making adjustments which included inserting some thin wedges under the mattress to make her spine straight. The result was an immediate increase in comfort. He demonstrated an eye to identify existing back issues and how to adjust the beds in ways that we never knew existed. This was all part of the service we enjoyed as their customer. No charge. Thankyou Rick. We can’t imagine getting this service and expertise from any other mattress supplier.

Bed left us both in pain – Customer service was top knotch. Quick delivery and on time. We believed on what we were buying and were excited to receive our bed. and received a phone call that same day. I was told it was pillow top that causes the sag in the middle and was given wooden supports to help raise the bed around where my hips would lie and my husband also received the same. I have severe lower back pain and pain around the hips and my husband is suffering from upper back pain. Although I didn't feel confident in the new approach I still slept in the bed for another 3 days. I couldn't handle it any more so started seeing an osteopath and physiotherapist. The pain was so severe I had to have an MRI and an X-ray. It's all come back and professionals feel that my problem did come from my bed. We were told we could not get a refund and to come in and choose another bed. Why they would think I would be happy to buy another bed from them is ridiculous. I'm currently sleeping in my sons bed, with a totally different brand of mattress and back is getting better. I would not buy or recommend beds for backs and I am not one to do reviews on products but felt this was an important one.

he didn't stop there, next night a mattress topper to soften the bed and a consultation in store where we think we have now found our perfect bed. Adjustable base, medium soft mattress and Rick took all the time we needed to be happy. He then has given us the dial system instead of the manual base, with no extra cost. For a small outlay, we will now have a brand new base, easy to adjust to our needs and a new mattress. Cannot speak highly of him and the company. It may have taken a while but they stood by us and ensured we were satisfied even though this all started 3 years ago. We're pretty sure we have now got a comfortable night's sleep. they offered a trial period, well the first mattress arrive and it only lasted 2 weeks it gave me great more pain than my old mattress I had before, my old mattress I had for 16 years with no issues it was a Sealy Posturepedic. – they agreed to swap the mattress for another one – the second mattress only lasted 6 months it lost its support and shape, I went back to them asking for a refund so I can purchase a decent mattress they wouldn’t refund my money they said they would make me a 3rd mattress this one with heavy duty springs and latex topping. I told them I didn’t want a 3rd mattress I wanted my money back they said no refund. They made the 3rd mattress more rubbish, this one only lasted 8 months it lost its support, the side wall collapsed it was like sleeping on a hill. I didn’t bother going back to Beds For Backs I simply purchased a mattress from another company, $3700 down the drain with Beds For Backs. I purchased a mattress from Harvey Norman a Sealy Posturepedic mattress and it is fantastic to sleep on, no more major issues with my back when I sleep on it – I highly recommend the Sealy mattress and it was $1100 cheaper than the Beds For Backs mattress – I REITERATE, KEEP AWAY from Beds For Backs. If I could give Beds For Backs zero stars I would one star rating is too good for them – ZERO stars is what they deserve !!!

terrace house. They managed to get it up to the 2nd floor using the new lift which was an extremely difficult task. Then they set up the bed and even helped make it up with fresh linen. Like Sleeping On A cloud – All my mattresses are from Bed For Backs simply because I can’t afford to have a bad nights sleep. really did impress me with his in-depth knowledge and patience. After speaking to Rick I have decided to buy a King Single as I am 185cm tall and the the double is just too short for me. I spent 45 minutes in the store and never did make it to South Road. Now I need to find a King Single Bed frame with pine slats. Unfortunately Bed for Backs could not supply this item .
