clearly marked/ advertised next day delivery. I picked this mattress purely for this reason. I was charged the amount to my card. After having money deducted from my account, I contacted them where they informed me that they in fact couldn't do next day delivery. I explained my need for it and they advised me to rent a van to pick it up or wait a few days when they could delivery. Didn’t seem to care. I requested to be reimbursed which they agreed but they couldn’t tell me when the funds would come back. I currently don’t have the funds to purchase another mattress as I am waiting on their refund. They couldn’t advise me on when I would receive the money in my account.

Excellent service in delivery of sofa bed – I have just had a sofa bed delivered from Bedworks. The delivery guys were friendly and extremely efficient - the bed is large and my place is small. They went the extra mile.

Beware of hefty return policy – Bought a single mattress. It’s causing a lot of back issues. Email them to exchange mattress but the pick up fee is more expensive than the mattress itself $500. Now I got to put up with the pain until I can for out that money to afford the exchange.

Refused to deliver bed inside the house – This was my first and last purchase from Bedworks. The delivery people refused to deliver the bed inside the property due to covid, even though this was a brand new rental. I had other deliveries of appliances to the property without issue. The delivery people rudely suggested I 'get a friend to help'.

Their service was unprofessional and disappointing.

I was forced to drag the bed up stairs in the property by myself as there was rain forecast. Had I been a person with a disability this would have been impossible.

I will suggest against buying from them to family and friends.

BedWorks – Recently decided to replace my mattress. So started surfing the Net for research and calling around. I decided upon BedWorks in Stanmore NSW. Sales lady inspires confidence and are certainly very knowledgeable. Mattress is of top quality and quick turnaround time. I would certainly recommend BedWorks, no hard sell, but certainly gave me peace of mind and confident that my dollars were well spend.

finished. We bought Enliven electric beds with King and Queen mattresses. The delivery guys were exceptional as they had to carry them down many stairs and didn't complain and were very careful with our delivery. You couldn't ask for more.

Excellent product and service – Appreciated the ability to customise the Nirvana bed base. Ben was very helpful throughout the process and was able to arrange changes in my delivery circumstances. Delivery arrived as scheduled and the guys were friendly and advised how to assemble the bed base. Product was easy to assemble and the stained finish matched very closely to what was indicated on the website. Overall very satisfied with my purchase and service provided.

High interstate delivery cost – Website contained all the required details except for interstate delivery cost. When I requested a delivery cost to Adelaide for a simple queen sized bed frame ( no bed head), it was $480!!!! Approx 3 times the highest other delivery costs online for other sites. Show details

Amazing staff and amazing beds!!! – I had such a wonderful experience at this store! Sundeep, the lovely gentleman that was helping us find a bed, could not do enough to help us and he made it such a great and pleasant experience. So...this is how Sealy mattress feels like!? – Bedworks online store is quite easy to navigate/browsing through their products. They have most casual to some luxury beds. and you moves it makes noises from the springs and the base was stapled with the straw-like shopping bag from the $2 shop (those stripes big shopping bags). Anyway, the delivery was spot on. The payment was a smooth transaction but, the bed quality I have to put a question mark on it.

Knowledge of product and assembly – Bought an adjustable bed and mattress. Store range and knowledge of product was very good apart from one aspect, the weight of the bed. very friendly and competent gentlemen, however, it soon became clear they were not conversant with the queen sized bed I had purchased. Comments such as "oh this one has 6 legs" (smaller sizes only have 4) and "what height do you want the bed" (other models have various sized legs - this one dose not) were certainly a little concerning. The real concern though was after I rotated the mattress for the first time. The location of the legs at the front of the bed did not seem consistent to those at the back. I then went back to the store and looked under the display model and confirmed the front legs were in a different position. The legs on mine had been placed in the optional headboard holes. They have since been relocated after my sons came over and assisted me. I do not believe this is more an issue with the delivery/assembly guys perhaps needing more specific instructions when delivering 'non-standard' type beds. As mentioned they were polite, helpful and also took all of the packaging away.

Bed Selector Novice – Don't be put off by the shop front, the store has a good selection of beds to choose from. Bed recommended by sales person ticks all the boxes, have just never seen this particular brand at any other store so not sure about how long it will last (will need to give it a few years) Show details

Great selection of quality customisable beds! – We visited the showroom and was shown the options by a knowledgeable and patient sales person. We made our purchase.
