I couldn’t afford to own an animal without insurance and Bow Wow Meow has been fantastic. This time, my pup ate a Kong ball and had to have surgery to remove it. Yet again, there were absolutely no issues with claiming and the money was in my account promptly. Absolutely no complaints with this company! Show reply
After the advice from the live Vet chat, we took our Beagle to Sash emergency who found she had a 12cm tumour that had ruptured and our baby was bleeding out and would die. put our minds at ease knowing we could go ahead with emergency surgery without a second thought and not have added financial stress on top of an already difficult time. I have told all my close friends to get it as a priority. I never thought it would happen to us but here we are. Bow Wow Meow covered 90% of a $20000 vet bill and my baby is now home recovering.

So grateful that we signed up for pet insurance with Bow Wow Meow when we first got our dog. Daisy was bitten by a snake and ended up in an emergency vet hospital that allowed us to pay using Gap Only. BWM paid out money immediately and turned a $22K bill into an $8000 one which was much easier to manage. Daisy survived and is back to her normal happy self. I’ve been with Bow Wow for one year now. I have several pets with them. I love that the vets submit the claims through at time of the appointments and they are processed immediately by Bow Wow leaving just the gap to pay for. I’ve recently had to contact Bow Wow and spoke to Nathan who gave great service and was empathetic to my situation. Nathan was able to work through the problem with me with empathy. Follow-up · Bow Wow Meow was referred to my by a friend. I've The been using them for nearly 5 years now, very hapoy. The claim process is easy, fast and efficient. I pay the vet fees, Claim then lodged by vet practice. Text from BWM confirming receipt, finalised within 2-3 days, email explains what is covered by policy. My vet practice can also provide gap fee only.

Follow-up · The renewal amount was $300 more than the previous year however, my own health insurance goes up every year so why shouldn't the Bow, Wow Meow cover? Plus my dachie had gotten older. The Nose to Tail coverage was and is excellent, we only needed to pay the gap and the claim was submitted by the vet; it was seemless.

Annual premiums have become unaffordable! – Their renewal premiums increase dramatically each year. This year's policy was due to increase for 2 pomeranians, by over $1500. They put the dog's ages of 10 being the main cause. That means my policy for 2 dogs is now over $5000.
